ZERO stars!!!!!!! It's no wonder why, this location has such bad reviews. I needed to get my blood drawn for surgery that was coming up in a few days... I work all day, all week and weekends are barely all I got. I came to this location being one of the last ones open... I came at exactly 11:30 (30minutes before they close) to get a simple blood draw. One of the last things, so I could have my surgery, and it had to be today based off instructions. We got in there and the guy denied me. Even though they close at 12, he still said no. I dislike the fact that they say they close at 12 when they should say 11:30 or 11, if that's when they take the last customers.... Very frustrating and a waste of a drive, which right now gas is obviously expensive as hell. Very disappointed... and sadder to say... I'll have to wait another 5 months of excruciating pain to attempt to get my surgery and do this all again because he could aid for 5 minutes of the blood work labor during OPEN hours. Staff unfriendly and not understanding. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. read more

Went in on Saturday morning, fasted, checked in, waited my turn, was called in, presented all my paperwork, arm out ready to go.....no "red tubes", whatever that means. Was told I needed to go to a different Quest location and do this all over again on Monday. NOPE! LabCorp on Monday. read more

Had an appointment for a drug test at 2 pm. I showed up at 1:47 and signed in. I had hydrated before like the instructions had said. I have still not been called up, it is now 2:15 pm. I am now forced to use the restroom since I can't hold it no longer. There are walk ins being taken ahead of me. Do not bother getting an appointment, your time is not valuable here. Very flawed admission process; they have two doors/lines Waiting for admission that allow people to enter the facility! They have only one sign up sheet! Once the two doors open up, you have a Chaos! So now who came first and waited in line? What is the purpose of queuing people into lines? So much for the FIFO meaning of a que! That is First In First Out! All this is not important if Quest had enough people to handle the Clients! When you have close to 20 people entering the facility at the same time from two doors, you have no process or fairness any more! It took an hour and 15 minutes to just input our data into the System. This is in no way a reflection on the performance of the Staff; they have always been courteous; it is the admission process that need to be corrected. read more

This place operates poorly. I came in for urine test and still had to wait forever just to leave a sample. They make you use a kiosk to sign in which doesn't give all options. Sad that we have minimal options for lab testing and are forced to use this one for some employers read more

Needed a drug test for pre employment and this place I was in and out in 10 min. The lady was super helpful and made everything very simple.

They are fast friendly and very gentle. I had good experience with this office my second time and so far so good.

The billing services for this company are horrible. I continue to receive an email telling me to pay my bill, yet they never include an invoice. You go online and they ask for an invoice number and a Lab Code. Well, guess, what, if I have never actually received an invoice, then guess what, I have neither. I cannot find a number to call the billing department. I called the place where I had the tests done and they referred me to.. wait for it... the website. What a damned joke. I'm trying to pay a bill and this stupid company basically makes it almost impossible. I doubt I'll receive a response from them, but I'd love to resolve this. read more

I chose this location even though it wasnt the closest to me since they opened earlier than the other locations. However, I was not Looking forward to coming into this location because of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The receptionist and tech Annalina B. was great. She greeted me when I entered which was shortly after they opened (6am)the office. She informed me that drug screening for potential employers aren't done until 7 am but she would Get me in as soon as she could. The wait was no longer than 10 minutes and throughout the process she was friendly and informative. FYI: when coming in early at 6 am the main entrance is still locked drive you can enter through the handicapped entrance which is located on the side of the building. read more

I was very hesitant to visit this location this morning given the reviews but decided to proceed since the location was less than half a mile away, making it super convenient for our family. They were extremely welcoming and as I sat in the waiting room, at least 5 more patients walked in and they were so kind to everyone! Super sweet ladies working there! Lady @ front desk was rude. When she came in the back to draw blood she swirled the needle in my friend's arm with the big needle and poked it 4 times, then she finally changed the needle to a small needle. Bad place unprofessional people. Don't recommend this place. read more

Easy to book appointment online, walked in and waited a couple of minutes. All of the employees were very friendly and talked me through getting my blood drawn (which isn't a favorite thing of mine). Office was clean and spaced out for COVID safety read more

I have been to this location a handful of times and have been very happy with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly staff. I think some patients, however, come in thinking the world should stop for them. Getting your blood drawn is not the most pleasant experience, but that is definitely not a reason to be so miserable to the hard workers here. read more

We have an appointment. They continue to take others back despite our name being on the top of the board. People listed below us keep getting called back. They are supposed to prioritize appts first and here they are not. I've not had a problem at other locations. We are now 30" past our appt time and about 5 people below our name have been called back. It sucks that we are at their mercy given they are the only ones open this early for fasting labs. This is the most ridiculous Quest on the planet. They are inefficient and do not have processes that help patients. They make you sign in, wait to be called to make sure you are here, then make you sit down, then call you again to get your insurance information and payment, then make you check in on an IPad, then make you wait AGAIN, and then finally after waiting an hour and a half, you finally get to have your blood-work done, that takes all of 2 minutes. Here's what's up: Came here on Saturday to get blood work done. Appointments are supposed to be set from 8-10 only (and was told you cannot make appointments after 10am) and then walk ins from 10-12. Checked for appointments but they didn't have any available from 8-10. Walked in at 10:15 or so to a room full of people, ok, no problem, I can wait. However, people walking in had appointments at 10:30, 11 and 11:15, all the while the whole waiting room of walk ins was still waiting. The lady at the front counter, named Catrice, is a raging b and was yelling at everyone as they walked in. She hates life and takes it out on everyone who walks thru the door. Had no manners, refused to answer questions and then decided that yelling at me was a good idea too. Well, that wasn't going to go well. So I snapped back at her saying she didn't need to be so rude to EVERYONE in here. After that she got a bit nicer. There is a Quest in Corona that is WAY more efficient and everyone is polite and very nice. If you have the ability to go to Corona, so there. My wife made an Appointment weeks ago. The night before she gets an e mail canceling her appointment with no reason as to why.I have been trying to reach someone for about 45 min. All I get is the run around. They clearly do not care. The automated system just keeps hanging up on me. My wife is ill and has to go on this day per her doctor. Terrible customer service! Ridiculous to need to use the check-in kiosk when two staff are at the counter chatting socially. Went in for a drug test and after submitting ID and form, told not advised that I could not leave office. This could have been communicated so differently and professionally. After hearing this repeated authoritative demands, aloud challenged her way of instruction. The person who handled my testing was so demeaning in attitude, I felt so offended by the directive nature of the employee. I was repeatedly given incorrect direction, including using the terms "pee" and "piss this employee should be alert the proper terminology would be urinate. I wondered if I was not a customer or if they were being paid. Definitely a need for training to be customer oriented and not so derogatory. I left disturbed and annoyed. Left VM to a quest manager or supervisor however this number was answered by a Voice message with no identification. I arrived at 10am and was seen within 20 minutes with a room packed with people. If you have an appointment, they see you before any walk ins so just know that when going in on a Saturday. read more

Frankie was ready and very willing to give me the info i needed to track down the results complete with intake number for reference. He was pleasant, courteous and helpful. Nice friendly staff work here. I came in on a Saturday morning to this location. It's hard to believe there is only one Quest Diagnostic open in this large populated area on a Saturday. Also the hours are 8-12 and although they take appointments I couldn't make one last night on their website. This morning I do the walk in thing and the place is packed with people and the check in clerk said it's an hour wait. I'm fasting but I decide to wait it out. Quest Diagnostics should really look at opening at least one other location on a Saturday in Temecula/ Murrieta area. Obviously there is a demand and need for another location. Customer service is very important and I think wait time ranks in the top 2 frustrations that people complain of. Come on Quest Diagnostic, please look into this issue and have new value for the customer service. read more

Even though doctors may not say you should schedule an appoimtment, you can. If you get to the office early, you can walk-in and be seen. There is a wait time, obviously, but the team works pretty quick. We got here at 7:45 waited until it opened and was seen at 9ish. Not too bad. Workers were upbeat. Franky was a great worker. I called a day before and was told I can walk-in with my child (fasting) at 8 a.m. And when we got there we were turned away and told they only take walk-ins at 10 a.m. To come back at 10 like my 4 year can really wait that long. Yes it's great that they open at 6am. But no excuse to be very short toned staff is suppose to be welcoming smiling and when a patient says good morning doesn't hurt to respond. Male staff had this attitude like he is above patients and is doing us a favor. Female staff didn't even look at patients. I RARELY write reviews, but felt that I had to on this one, because I was ALMOST deterred from visiting this Quest location, based on the onslaught of negative reviews. I bit the bullet anyway, because I needed to have an extremely early appointment, and the Jefferson location opens at 6 am. So, I gave it a shot. The staff was great! They were friendly and courteous, and quick as they could be. I was about 4th on the list, and I got out of there within 20 minutes, which was fine with me. I think most of the negative reviews are from people who went on a Saturday, and since this is the only Quest open on Saturday, it's bound to be a madhouse. Go on a weekday, and you'll probably be just fine. Heads Up: the entrance is in back of the building. Don't be like me, and arrive at 5:45 am, wait at the front entrance with about 4 other people, only to realize that it's not going to unlock. read more

Absolute joke of a place. I walked in to get a blood test and saw 30 people waiting. No one at the desk to answer questions. One old man stood at the front desk for ten minutes before getting his question answered. The place was so crowded that there were no seats. I left after I was told it would be over an hour wait. read more

Most of the staff here is friendly and courteous, but make an appointment! If you have an appointment you will be seen right away- easy to do from your computer, and make sure you get an email confirmation (I learned that the hard way.) however, without an appointment you can expect to wait 40 minutes or more. They are very understaffed and very slow. read more

I was a bit concerned when I walked in and saw 3 people waiting to check in (sign in sheet wasn't out) but they move fast! I was in and out in 15 minutes (I did have an appointment). My nurse was amazing and very sweet. She was quick with finding my vein and it was the least painful experience so far. I wish I remembered her name but my fear of needles caused me to forget. read more
