very bad customer service especially for all the seniors present. the security guard was very rude unhelpful and had no mask covering her face and she interjected herself very close to all patients, who were old people obvious with health issues. glad my appointment and location were mishandled and i went to the one in sun city california and it was a very big difference. haun location needs to follow the example of sun city. it was quick and the staff was top notch in customer service and all aspects of healthcare for seniors! and there was no "security " or need for any. going to sun city location from now on. read more

I usually don't give 1 star reviews, but honestly everytime my wife has come here they are borderline rude or just very in compassionate about the clients. we made an appointment for 10:45 and still had to wait over 30 minutes before they called her in. What's the point of making an appointment in the first place? What's more is the overall attitude at the front desk. You definitely feel that they simply don't care. I'm not speaking for the actual phebotomist, but the front desk. Poor overall customer service. read more

I could go to phlebotomy school and test my own blood faster. Bring a sleeping bag.

Went in to get blood test done on my 5yr old on a Monday morning. There was just one other person before us. The nurse (shannon) at the front desk was very helpful and super friendly to my very scared son. read more

I called today to make a drug test appointment for my new job that required me to go get it and this quest was one of my options to go to . I call ahead of time to ask if I can go as a walk in and that if they do drug test and I tell her that I don't have paperwork she then proceeds to tell me as long as I got proof of information on my email that should be fine and that there wasn't any issue , I get there I sign up and wait , by the time they call me in in I tell the nurse or phlebotomist that I have all the information she need to put it in the computer but it's in a email and my new job said that i should be fine with that information is enough and was exactly what she needed . Well she says that she needs paper work and that they don't do drug testing there when clearly the tablet from when you sign in gave me the option of the test I needed to be done and when I call they clearly said they were able to do if there . She didn't bother putting my info in or helping me at all . Such rude service and with a attitude if they don't know what they are doing or have no communication just say so I wasted my time here to not get anything done because of the false patient information. POINT BEING GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!! read more

Shannon was our phlebotomist and she was amazing! My daughter is so scared to get her blood drawn but has to get it done every month while on Accutane. Shannon was so sweet & fast she didn't even know she was finished . We will definitely request her every time read more

I was a walk in so I understood it would be a waiting time. The time stated was about 45 minutes. An hour comes and goes, the room is starting to become empty. I asked how much longer for my wait the lady said my name had been crossed off the list as if I had been called already. So I had been sitting waiting for no reason. I had to fast for tests done so now I'm irritated and hungry which is a bad combination for me. If I can go to another place I would definately do that. The front desk lady was rude. if you are not a people person you should not have a job where you have to constantly deal with people face to face. read more

My son and I went early in the morning so i did not experience the wait that others claim they did but, I give this place a five star, since they got to my son quickly. I didn't have to wait. The office was practically empty however it was early in the morning, about an hour after they opened. The office is clean, spacey and there are plenty of chairs for when it does get crowded. read more

This place is awful. I'll be sure to insist on another lab next time. Came in yesterday and waited then was told to come back following day. Was told best time to come in is between 12-2 so I got here at 11:50. 40 min later still waiting just to be checked in by receptionist. No other names ahead of me on the list.. No idea how long until I go back and I'm hearing there's an additional waiting room in the back. Staff is rude and don't even acknowledge you. read more

Anna is great at drawing blood and super nice! I am so happy I had her! Make an appointment and you get right in. The front staff should be more helpful helping older customers understand the iPad sign in screen. Not everyone knows what to do. read more

This is the third time I have been to this office and it's been great all three times. The staff is always super friendly and they get me back very quickly even with no appointment. The blood draws themselves were quick and done very well with little or no pain at all- love these guys! read more

Shannon was the BEST flibotomist I've EVER had and I'm a 48 yr old female who experiences anxiety with needles and blood being drawn. SHANNON was so caring by turning in the fan to blow in my face and put cold compresses on the back of my neck and forehead. SHANNON also brought me water and was EMPATHETIC to my feeling light headed and hot and clammy. SHANNON normalized my experience stating that many of her patients experience the same temporary side effects that I do. SHANNON bed side manner was A+. Thank U SHANNON. Hope your still working at Quest Diagnostics in Menifee on Haun road January of 2018. I will request SHANNON. read more

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the girl at the front. After immediately checking me in, she sent me straight back to the room. Anna drew my blood, and I didn't even feel the prick. She was quick and very personable. I was in there a total of less than 5 minutes. I definitely recommend going here! read more

I have been going here for several years with no issues at all. After reading these reviews I was concerned this morning when I went in for blood work. But as all my visits I had no issues the staff were all friendly as always, and everything went smoothly. read more

Phlebotomist Shannon was as excellent with my son as she has been with me in the past and I am a hard stick she knows what she is doing I wish all phlebotomist everywhere were as well trained and knowledgeable as she is read more

Front desk people are so rude. How about acknowledgment you exist. Definitely need some training in customer service. When there is standing room only and your not feeling well from fasting you would think people in the medical field would show some compassion. read more

The two ladies in the front waiting room are the problem at this lab location. They are rude. They treat patients like robots. When you walk in nobody speaks to you. If you ask a question they tell you sit down until you are called. When called up they tell you to go back and sit down. read more

This place is a heavily mismanaged shit show. There's no rhyme or reason at all, and no sense of urgency. I hope I never have to come back to this joke of a medical establishment. read more

The Lab is clean and efficient but I cannot get my test results mailed to my Dr because there is no prompt for it or an operator. I finally spoke to someone who hung up on me. Quest is not reachable if you have a problem. Very upsetting! I must go to the Lab to pick up a report that should have been mailed. read more

This location is always busy can't blame the staff the office is in a medical building surrounded by other med. Building its just a busy location so be sure to make appt if your in a rush. The office can use a new paint job but the staff is exceptional. Celine is the phlebotomist I go to. Shes currently out I was told she'd be back, thank god shes painless and her customer service is great. I recommend this lab to everyone I know. I always feel comfortable with the staff it feels like family as often as I go in. Thanks for all your hard work & dedication read more

Worst lab I have ever seen! They deserve absolutely NO STARS! There are rude and abrupt! I dropped off a specimen for my spouse as ordered by one of his specialists (He has 15 he sees). We followed the instructions as given. Signed in on Monday 25th to drop off the specimen, They now state they did not have any of the paperwork after I left. There was no paperwork in the bag given to me other than two specimen containers with 2 plastic bags. I wrote my spouse's name, DOB and date the specimen was collected and froze it as instructed. The only Dr number they claim they had on file was one for a physician he has not seen in 14 years! The did not put our requesting physicians info in their system ,as their "fax" was not working! What a lousy excuse! Just learned they threw the specimen away! They could not finish their conversation last week, when we returned for blood work, as they were too busy on the phone! My spouse is terminally ill! We do not have the time, the tolerance or the patience to put up with inadequate care, rude personnel or the lack of their professionalism! I would certainly NOT recommend this lab to anyone due to their inept operation with no supervisors on staff to oversee their work! This lab is not run efficiently! These girls need to be fired forthwith and people with knowledge on how to run a lab, see patients and keep current paperwork up to date need to be hired! Someone's life could depend on it! read more
