We would give this rating a negative if it was available. This is meant to be a warning to choose another place for lab tests. My husband (Hispanic) had a terrible experience with a phlebotomist by the name of Anna (refused to give her last name) at Quest Diagnostics yesterday. The blood draw did NOT happen because she rudely said "we don't do those tests here". In fact: Quest does have a contract with this specific company to do this specific test. She started out rude and became offensive. We had been going to this location for a long time and had great care. It is a shame that one person can do so much damage to patients and a company's reputation. Her supervisor told me that the blood draw would not have happened anyway because the appointment was 12:10 which is after their pick up time. Don't come in as a standby, we came here as my mom just moved from Missouri back to California and her doctor needed blood work, they didn't tell us to make a appointment, well we knew we would have to wait (totally understandable) but they Lie, one of the lady's that works here is rude as Freak, they told us that we have to see if anyone didn't show up for there appointment and if they don't then she will get her blood done, I said and how will we know that, she said to look at the board, ummmm lady do you think I know all these people? My mom is still number one on the standby list and it's been over 2 hours, I go to lab Corp and don't have these problems even when I've had to wait! This Labcorp did not do one of the tests the doctor asked for. Additionally they charged my husband $80 copay...even though routine lab work is supposed to be NO Charge! I tried calling to talk to a supervisor and no one has responded. I'll be looking for a different lab read more

They lost my results. And when I try to reach someone via phone, it's nearly impossible to talk to a human being. I had to go to the billing department. Only for them to transfer me to a separate line, then they had to transfer me again. I've been on the phone for at least 10 min. read more

Horrible experience. 2 plus hours of waiting in a hot hallway. Ended up leaving because newborn getting frustrated. Needed to get results expedited for doctor and I was told the people who drew blood went to lunch. This is a Garbage office, I left and found another. read more

Love the automation, however I do see some older adults struggle to check in. The three times I have been were great. I was in and out in 10 minutes today. Special shout out to Maria as I felt no "pinch" when she poked me and the first time ever there was no sign of blood on the bandage. Terrible. The girl who helped me looked off that bat mad. Gave me a ten minute grace period to wait in the lobby and look for my order(my md did not send it over). Found it under the 10 minutes but she did not come out to check. Had to press the help button and the girl re-added me to the waitlist. I got seen ONE HOUR after my appt. I was here ON TIME and I found my order UNDER THE 10 MINS. Guess I will be driving to the murrieta quest, much better there. read more

Never ever will I get labs done here again... I had changed to Cobra when I lost my job.. so my claim was denied in the interim.... they billed my credit card for $320 from a previous visit six months earlier without authorization from me! I did not provide them with this credit card at this visit. So I guess they keep your credit card information and bill without authorization. Fraudulent company!!! I had an appointment set for today I had booked last week for blood work that requires fasting. I always use Maps to find my quickest route, which was 13 min via the freeway. However, there was either an accident or construction that added an unexpected 20 minutes stuck in traffic. I called the phone number listed for this Quest Diagnostics location to inform them of my situation, however, there was no option to speak to a representative within the office. Only options for listening about directions, how to get results, etc. I even called twice to make sure I had heard right and didn't miss an option. When I arrived, there was no one to speak to, only iPad screens to sign in. After signing in, I was alerted that I would lose my appointment time due to being late and would have to go on the stand by list for my fasting appointment. As I sit in their waiting room, I'm currently shown 1 on the standby list, but haven't been called--several people have gone before me (many on standby). Once again, there is no one to speak to regarding this. QD has completely taken out any human interaction with their automated process. I have no estimated wait time, I'm not even sure if it's worth me waiting for my blood work at this point (40 min now). Because of my fasting and health issues, I've begun getting migraines I can't take medication for because I have to wait an unknown amount of time for my blood work. In addition to this, of the very limited human interaction I've witness by the workers here (they occasionally come out if they note an issue with someone signing in), they are very rude and impatient. It should be noted that the patrons here are older and seem to be struggling with the automated technology since there is no physical person to assist them with signing in. If you have the option, I would chose LabCorp--I was automatically signed up with QD from my provider. I have two stars because their facility is clean. Pleasantly surprised! What an all around great experience today. Based on some pretty harsh reviews I was nervous but decided to go anyway. I went at 6:30am with no appointment and only had to wait about 5 minutes!! The phlebotomist was really great and professional. I wish I remembered her name. This is a good Yelp lesson - you can't make everyone happy. And when people are unhappy they want to be heard aka leave harsh Yelp reviews. Wish I could rate with no stars but i'm not that lucky. I set an appointment last week via phone for an early morning appointment and still was waiting over an hour just for them to collect my insurance info. Whoever was working the front was selective with who they did temp checks with. Definitely do not recommend this location, no matter what time you come or if you set an appointment ahead of time. I love this Quest. Every time I've been in for a blood draw they are efficient, professional, and enjoyable to talk to as they draw. I've been to other places to draw blood and have waited over an hour even with an appointment. This place, I'm in and out within 15 min of my appointment. Lab test done on 1/23/23, to this date, 1/31/23, result is pending, still in process. it's over a week. I called all numbers I can get a hold of and can't get a live person! tried the online messaging and chat, several times! recvd no response! this place does not have good customer service! I went in with a 9:45 a.m. appointment. They told me there were no lab orders. I called my doctors and they told me that Quest has a problem losing lab orders. She re transmitted them. I went in to ask if they were retransmitted and if I can be seen since I already had an appointment. They showed me the lab orders that were retransmitted after a lengthy wait.The staff were very rude. They told me I needed to sign in again and be seen as a walk in. They made me wait until I couldn't wait no longer because I had to pick up my son from preschool. I made the appointment just because I knew I was short on time. This office is a joke. I have not had any issues with the Quest Diagnostic on Bradley. On a side note, while I was there, they were very rude to a white, disabled gentleman with a false leg who did not have a mask and told him he needed to go out and get his mask. They didn't have any to give him. However another Latino gentleman was taken into the back and kindly asked if he had his mask and then said they would find him one. While experiences at the lab are generally not bad if you make an appointment online, the lack of ability to speak with a live representative on the phone is unacceptable. When you call, a recording gives you an option of about 8 topics to select. The questions I recently had did not fit any of the topics. I will have to go to the lab to ask my question, and the people who work there are usually very busy and don't appreciate interruptions. I've not been in this situation before, but have observed staff being short with some patients. Not their (staff's) fault! Provide someone to help people. It is very poor management to have ONLY online or automated scheduling and only electronic check in. As omnipresent as Quest Diagnostics is, there are other labs in my insurance network that are nearby. read more

If i can give "0 Stars" i will 1st time i go here because my daughter's doctor requested it, but you walk in and all the staff have attitudes, like they hate their jobs, no smiles no welcome in, they don't acknowledge people who are waiting, the receptionist/front clerk seems mad and upset when elderly patients have questions or don't have their medical information right!!!! The main issue with that is that the waiting room is small and we can all hear the conversation because she is LOUD! No privacy what so ever!!!!!! I guess i have to go there when the doctor needs a lab test from us so hopefully we don't need any more because i don't want to go there again! read more

Great staff. Staff is friendly and fast. Which is really great since most people are on a time crunch. However, I do believe it's a disservice that they use higher tech to check in. Most patients there are of older age and have trouble checking in. They don't offer any other type of check in and personally I think that is not right. My doctor needed a stool test for diagnosing my miserable debilitating condition. Having no control over bowel movement timing; it was late afternoon before bringing to Quest. I'd tried to find information about how to process/deliver the specimen - couldn't. I'd called for assistance. No live person answered despite multiple attempts. I listened to the automated "assistant"...also no helpful information about my need. I drove over to drop off the specimen close to Friday closing. Took several minutes to fill out the online entry system. No option to actually speak with someone to make sure I'd done things correctly. Then I was taken back to a room, which I thought odd because I knew it was nearly past business hours so didn't expect the labs to be drawn that day. Just wanted to turn in the specimen to hopefully learn what was plaguing me. She rudely stated she wouldn't take the specimen (it was in an unused sterile specimen cup from a prior testing need). She took out a grocery bag and sharply tossed in items, lab kits, tubes of stuff and sent me on my way - with the requirement that I was now the lab tech. Hence my specimen won't be in the lab until Monday = 4 wasted days followed by the 4th of July holiday....when do you think I'll get results?...and I'm supposed to be on a plane next week. I won't be returning- there are many other lab options; although not one open on the weekend. read more

This place needs help. Quest! Get over here and hire some people that care about having a job in healthcare. I called three times trying to get my paperwork faxed and told them that I'm a "cash paying" customer and I have no insurance. None of the three times did they tell me that they don't accept cash. So I wasted 40 minutes for nothing. They also couldn't tell me how much it would cost for one blood test of my vitamin B. The woman said she didn't know until the Dr's office informed them of a discount. I repeated that I have no insurance so I probably won't get any discount and asked for the price so I would know how much it would cost. She was kind of irritated at me. I didn't get an answer for two days. They lied to me about the hand sanitizer. They said they were working with the manager to get some. When I spoke with the manager she said that was absolutely untrue and how there should be two out on each counter. So I'm going to find another location. I don't trust these people and I'm pretty convinced if I go to this location they are going to purposely collapse my vein or something! People shouldn't have to feel scared! :( read more

very bad customer service especially for all the seniors present. the security guard was very rude unhelpful and had no mask covering her face and she interjected herself very close to all patients,who were old people obvious with health issues. glad my appointment and location were mishandled and i went to the one in sun city california and it was a very big difference. haun location needs to follow the example of sun city. it was quick and the staff was top notch in customer service and all aspects of healthcare for seniors! and there was no "security " or need for any. going to sun city location from now on. read more

What's the point of making an appointment in the first place? What's more is the overall attitude at the front desk. You definitely feel that they simply don't care. I called today to make a drug test appointment for my new job that required me to go get it and this quest was one of my options to go to . I call ahead of time to ask if I can go as a walk in and that if they do drug test and I tell her that I don't have paperwork she then proceeds to tell me as long as I got proof of information on my email that should be fine and that there wasn't any issue , I get there I sign up and wait , by the time they call me in in I tell the nurse or phlebotomist that I have all the information she need to put it in the computer but it's in a email and my new job said that i should be fine with that information is enough and was exactly what she needed . Well she says that she needs paper work and that they don't do drug testing there when clearly the tablet from when you sign in gave me the option of the test I needed to be done and when I call they clearly said they were able to do if there . She didn't bother putting my info in or helping me at all . Such rude service and with a attitude if they don't know what they are doing or have no communication just say so I wasted my time here to not get anything done because of the false patient information. the staff name Shannon with no experience we can tell...push a needle to 3 different places in my hands and squeeze left to righr then said ohhh the vein too thin it blow up....then went get a long string to do so my daughter look for different spot for her ...then she said that vein still small and try to find different place else...end up still not find blood come our ....lucky for me theres one staff sawe it and went to the room...so she ask the new staff can she feel the vein that shannon stick the long needle in and did push again in couple direction ....the new staff said "barely"....now we really for sure that shannon got no experience at all. i dont like the next time i hit to a prtoblem like this cuz i am not agree for be a practice equipment for anybody....i end up got a big bump in my hands according to shannon that my vein"too thin it blow up" my appoiment was 945am for today. read more
