The office itself is set up in a rather quiet serene style, which takes the edge off for anyone who may have a fear of being poked with a needle. We work with a consortium so I tried to refer the administrator to them, and she scolded me and said, "as an HR person you should know these things." The more I tried to explain, the more she interrupted me and refused to listen to what I was trying to say, just kept talking louder and faster! All while my employee was standing there waiting. So I didn't get seen by a phlebotomist and walked out without patient care. I took my business to West Pac instead, where there was no wait, was seen as soon as I got there, where staff treated me like a patient and were kind, uplifting and compassionate toward patients. I went to Quest at 9:30 a.m. My appointment wasn't until 10:30, but since I was already out running…read moreerrands and in the area, I decided to see if I could be accommodated as a walk-in. When I arrived, the waiting room was empty, and there was no one in the back having blood drawn. The phlebotomist told me she needed to take her break, so there would be a wait. While I found the timing surprising since the office had opened at 8:30, I understood that I was only asking to be seen as a walk-in and didn't mind waiting. A few minutes later, another man came in and asked if they were taking patients yet because he also wanted to have his labs done early. I told him, "No, she's on her break right now, and even before that nobody had been called back while I've been here." When the phlebotomist returned, she called the man back first. He told her that I had been there longer than he had and that she should take me before him. She replied, "No. She has a 10:30 appointment. It's your appointment time now." At that point, I left because I wasn't willing to sit in the waiting room for another hour after arriving early to see if I could be accommodated. I returned at 10:15 for my scheduled appointment, only to find the doors locked and no one in the waiting area. I then tried calling Quest to find out what was going on, but that turned into a complete circle. I looked up Quest's phone number and sat through a long hold before finally reaching a live representative. After explaining the situation, I was given the phone number for the very Quest location I had just left--only to discover it was the exact same number I had originally called. There was no direct way to reach the location or get any information, making the entire process incredibly frustrating.

Somebody altered my status from Appointment to Walk-In. Only when I requested they changed it back to Appointment, they did so. Next: The blood drawing person switched my fasting status to non-fasting, alleging I was drinking orange juice. I was driking water with a non-sugar, non-fat, non-sodium Kool-aid powder, orange colored. I was fasting for 12 hours. "You can argue with your doctor", she said. I emailed my doctor right away. In addition, I requested she removed her alteration, and wrote fasting. These serial problems I have with Labcorp are all related to Janine, who has been discriminating against me openly, after I complained about her poor blood drawing skills. She can't draw blood, and in addition, she is a psychopath. She attacked me verbally at Walmart, necessitating a police report. Now she is trying to gang up staff members against me, as she herself is not permitted to discriminate against me further, and is not allowed to attack me either. I will continue to report everything here. This matter is inching closer to a DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT. I see, many others have very similar problems with Labcorp. Report them all here ! Do NOT let them discriminate against you. Don't allow them to abuse you. File complaints with the BBB, etc.

She quoted me their prices and even mentioned a significant discount for cash patients. I asked to make an appointment and she said there was no need because it was extremely slow and I could just walk in. I went the next morning. The place was clean and the one person manning the office and drawing the blood was professional and friendly. I ended up paying $133 for all six tests. I was very happy with that price and would definitely recommend this place.

He didn't cry yesterday but sure did today after knowing what was going to happen. Despite how scared and strongly he resisted, Vicki and her coworker handled it wonderfully. Both veins wanted to give out and while one did, delicate adjustments and patience got just enough from both veins. My poor little doesn't have easy veins so to me this was a huge deal. Very grateful to both of the ladies who helped today and hopefully won't be back for a while but at least we know where to go next time. Thank you!

Every time I checked the screen my name was pushed down. I sat there patiently with out complaining for 2 hours. After that I told the lady that I was a walk in and I was there for about 2 hours. She said she was doing appointments in that moment because she was alone. I understood. She's alone and all appointments were booked and there were walk ins. I stood by the door waiting. I could hear laughter after every patient. Some took 5min some 10min. Frustrating. I kept getting skipped. There were 2 walk ins ahead of me on the screen however they weren't there. So I was next for a long time. The other girl finally arrives. She calls someone after about 10min of arriving. By the way the other one wasn't calling anyone anymore. It's been over 3 hours so when she comes out to call on appointments (by the way the people in waiting area haven't been there long) I told her that I'm a walk in and I've been waiting over 3 hours. She replies with yeah we're backed up I just got here but you can go online and schedule an appointment for tomorrow. With a smirk on her face. I said wow! And left. I can't believe she said that after I told her I've been there over 3hours. Unbelievable, I've never experienced this type of bad customer service at labcorp. She should have asked me for my name and said let me get these x amount of patients and you're next. But nope, her solution was to go back the following day. By the way I've never seen these 2. The others were always kind and tried to give the best customer service. You guys need to replace these 2. They have no business working there.
