Everything was verified electronically. By the way, there is no one to check-in the patients. If you need help, I'm sure the phlebotomist can assist. They have a screen showing all the upcoming appointments so the patients know when it will be their turn. The waiting room is small. It has about 7-8 chairs. There were two phlebotomists working at the time. My appointment was at 12:20 PM, but didn't get called in until 12:30 PM which was no biggie. It took no more than 10 minutes for my blood to be drawn. I was out of here in no time. The phlebotomist was professional and did very well. I felt a very slight sting, but that was it. There was no bruising at all. I was a happy camper. I will continue to come here for my lab work. Thank you Quest!
