I have been to this office three separate occasions and each time I have been I have had an unpleasant experience. The first time at this location I scheduled an appointment online for a pre-employment drug test via the online portal. When I arrived they could no longer run the test and said It was too late "the machine was already off". That the appointment was booked through the site exactly how it said and I was turned away. When rescheduling I found the woman who sits at the desk to be rude. Again. And I was very pleasant and polite, just trying to get my labs completed. Her name tag doesn't exist so I don't know who she is. The staff that took my sample was fine. They lock the door due to covid which is understandable but aren't pleasant with opening the door or asking what they could help with. They "highly suggest scheduling and appointment". Good luck. Terrible wait times. Office is too small for the traffic they receive. Quest business office - stop being cheap and hire front office plus lab techs. You receive tons on test which means you ARE BEING PAID daily. You can afford at least two more techs in addition to a human or two at the front completing intake. Just because your in the High Desert go opt to operate sub par. Ridiculous Oh and stop saying you accept walk ins. If you know you're legit not going to be able to service them just state that. None of this "we'll try to work you in." It's 10am - been waiting since 7am. Your service is disgusting. read more

The office I went to is located at 12370 Hesperia Rd. I love how fast they work!! I recommend anyone coming here for lab work to download the app first . It's super easy and convenient. On the app you can make your own appointment and you will get a text confirming your appointment. Then you will get another text saying that when you arrive for your appointment you click "I am here". That to let them know you are confirming you have arrived for your appointment. Then they will text you when it's your turn to go inside. Once you are inside , the tech will ask for your lab order then you wait for about two minutes. Then you get your blood drawn and you are out of there. It was so easy and fast. Plus the place is super clean. I got my blood drawn by Gretchen. She is so good at drawing blood I didn't even feel it. Remember people download the app it makes it so much easier. read more

Had an appointment for a blood draw. I've been to many Quest labs over the last decade and have to say staff was courteous and efficient. I had new insurance and there was no issue. I booked my appointment on line, and my labs were drawn before my scheduled time. Gretchen did a wonderful job with the draw filling 4 viles expertly. I went to hesperia quest and never went back . so rude and awful. Corwin road not much better. Always dreaded my appts. But on July 25 at 8:00 I was surprised to be greeted in a friendly manner. Such a nice young man. It was so quick and painless. never had a better blood drawn! My husband and I had such a good experience. Ill always go to the Vons quest from now on. My first time to have someone at quest say hello and smile! It is also very clean and professional. Thank you so much. I wish i had the young man's name. It was truly a GREAT experience. Worst service ever. Pre Register on line do your visit is quicker to walk in and have 8 people in line st the check in kiosk who don't have a clue what there doing but you have to wait in that same damn line. So I motioned to her with my finger to come to the door I only wanted to ask her a question her rolled her eyes at me came to the door and said we are not taking any patients with out appt , so they should just put a sign out ! not let customers stand there for 10min trying to get their attention ! Horrible customer service, the lady at the front counter is rude to all the sick and elderly patients coming in for service. They have you disclosing all information out load so everyone in the waiting room can hear (HIPPA). Compassion is key people!! read more

Employees should have a little more compassion when dealing with patients who are visibly ill. For your employee to tell a cancer patient to sit in a grey chair and not specify which one when there are multiple grey chairs and then proceed to yell at the patient because you failed to specify which one tells me you are in the wrong field. I didn't have an appointment and they took me in really fast. The lady who helped me was very nice but then she left to lunch where another lady went to the reception area. She was very unprofessional. She was watching a movie trailer with the volume all the way up and after it needed I guess a minute to be over, she realized everyone in the lobby could hear her so she lowered the volume. She then began to talk on her personal phone and yell at her kids about them "not picking up the crap from the garage" and trying to talk to her sister and if who was picking her up and driving her up the hill. She was texting with her phone high up in front of her face, not caring to even be discreet. I usually laugh at reviews but this place was very unprofessional. What happened to HIPAA? Best Quest I have been to. Speedy check in. Nice personal. My 6 year old was having 4 vials taking and they were so good with her. They were speedy, and didn't have the needle showing until right before they poked her, which is so important when you have a scared child. Will return here for all lab needs. I would give a zero star if I could. These people at the front desk (the older blonde lady and the middle aged brown lady) are so rude. You are asking a simple question regarding whether they do a specific lab test ordered by the doctor, and they freaken rolled their eyes at you and said "NO". Do they not understand customer service? I came here to take my wife for her glucose test for her pregnancy. We have never had such horrible customer service. All the receptionists were extremely rude, especially GRETCHEN. She treated me and my pregnant wife like trash. I don't know how this woman still has a job. If she does not like her job then she should find something else instead of treating the customers like garbage. read more

The nurses here are very friendly and helpful. They do a great job,my family and I plan on coming here again when it comes to getting some blood drawn. Have noticed a downward trend in customer service for a while. My elderly mother has to have monthly appointments two weeks prior to her B12 shots. For some reason the new "lady" as my mom called her insisted her appointment was in 2 weeks and kept pointing at the calendar despite the front desk verifying her online appointment booked well in advance and checking her in. Had to reschedule to this week. When I tried to call customer service the person at the 800 number actually said there is no proper management there and even they can't get them to answer the phone. Let's hope proper management comes on board soon. read more

I've been here twice in about a year or so and have had no issues. Today there was no wait and the time before I didn't have to wait too long. The facility appears to be clean, the front desk lady was helpful, and I have never had a blood draw hurt so little. It barely even hurt at all when she stuck the needle in. Not all quest locations are like this location, because I've been to a few but this location I went to in victorville ca I will never go back to again and I dont recommend anyone else go there. 2nd time visiting this location and the people are EXTREMELY rude I am a phlebotomy myself and I know the work but I've had 3 different people on separate occasions get upset for having to do their job. I'm 30 weeks pregnant I had to go in for a glucose test i came in an hour and 30mins before close time to do a glucose test ... stupid and bad on my part so I could see why they would be frustrated they made that very clear. it was my mistake I work down the street from this location so it was just convenient for me to go that day and time again my fault I had to go back a few weeks later for a second glucose test but I didnt want to make the same mistake twice so I made an appointment.. at 830am to be exact. the locations opens at 7 when I went in again the lady up front was not only not happy to be at work because I over heard her say it VERBALLY but while I was there the 3 hours for my glucose test I seen how she interacted with EVERY pacient and she was extremely rude not helpful she isnt nice to people who dont speak her language she isnt nice with older men and women who are slow and dont know how to use technology I had to help a pacient my self because the lack of help from the employers the pacient thanked me so much for people like me. And she told me her experience there. When I was called back the first time for my glucose test another lady that helped me sighed VERY loudly and said a "3hour glucose test" with frustration. I immediately asked her if there was a problem with that... I made my appointment I was there early theres no reason for someone to get that upset over a test.. is that not what the lab is for? Anyways the ladies that made my experience bad... I didnt get any of there names but the lady up front is a old shoulder length blonde hair lady with glasses ... the lady that sighed she was also older with very short hair and glasses and the ladies when i went the first time that made very obvious they were upset was same older lady with blonde hair and a Hispanic lady with her hair in a bun. The ONLY SWEET girls that work there is the African american lady with red hair and idk if shes Hispanic and black but she looked mixed with curly hair. They were both extremely nice . Also just a suggestion to any people who work there and see this I'm 23 years old I'm young and I am very good with technology .. but seriously your sign on the tablet is bs for the ammount of senior people you get there. I'm bummed to be having to leave this review as I've had a lot of positive interactions at this location despite the reviews preceding mine. I had a Saturday appointment and forgot to print my work order, this had never been an issue before when I'd go during the week. The ladies had always been super helpful and accommodating. Between many doctors appts and equally as many lab appts, I forgot to print it. I was told, in the most condescending fashion, that they could not print it and I needed to come back another day. This was a time sensitive test. The girl was absolutely and shockingly rude about it. She called someone up, an older woman named Lisa who was equally as adamant about not helping me. My husband had several labs scheduled as well and was perplexed by their unwillingness to help. We have spent thousands on labs here and I could not believe they were so dismissive. My husband was irritated and wanted to let it be known and informed them they'd lost our business. Not that they care, obviously. They were firm on leaving on time despite only one person in the lobby. "You can't email me the work order because it will take an hour to receive and we close at 11". I mean, what kind of lame excuse is that? I'm truly disappointed in their lack of customer service firstly (there was a kinder approach to go about it but clearly that is not their forte) and their unwillingness to help. When my husband got their names, Lisa immediately barked back with "well I'll tell my boss all about this". This was a DMV type interaction. Notably my husband was right to say this location is incompetent, they never sent us a full panel he had done in March! I'm still going back and forth with corporate about it. Quest is without question the best place to have any lab work done. They are very good at finding veins that are hard to find like mine. Gretchen and Sabrina are very nice and friendly and really make you feel comfortable. I was kinda hoping I could bring one of them with me when I had the CT scan at Elite Imaging. The girl there couldn't find my vein so she blamed me. I told her they never have a problem at Quest. Then she tells me that putting an IV in is way different. Well guess what? You still need to be able to find a vein before you can do anything else and that girl could Not do it.....she blamed me for not being able to find a vein. Quest is by far superior when it comes to finding a vein and you can also argue that Quest is a lab and they do it every day but everyone always has a problem finding my veins cuz they are so tiny. Quest never has a problem, they never have. If you make an appt online ahead of time, you won't have to wait. Quest is the best. read more

My job makes us go here for wellness reviews and I made an appointment online just to get there and the nurse had me spend 30 minutes looking for my insurance card. I finally found it online and she said they didn't take my insurance. I told her my job sent me there and she said "Oh, why didn't you tell me?". Maybe because I made an appointment saying what I needed and it was right in front of you.. That was last year. This year Ii went and was sure to tell the lady what I was there for. I was the only one there and she gave me a cup, told me to put it some silver thing when I was done and walked away. I thought I only had blood work, but I went along with it. Before I did my thing, I didn't see where she said to put it so I found her and asked. She opened a bathroom door and showed me. I had already turned on another bathroom light so I went back to that one. Once I came out, she told me, with an attitude, I used the wrong one. She just told me what to do, didn't tell me I couldn't use a certain bathroom. I ended up having to go back a week later because she never got my blood, gave me a urine test didn't need. This time, the a different lady was working and she was sick, coughing up a storm and just shouldn't have been at work that sick. My info email after I made my appointment said I didn't have to fast, but she asked if I did. I said no and she got an attitude telling me I needed to because I was getting certain tests done. I had to tell her I didn't care to just get my stuff done so I could go. Next time, I'd rather drive to Main Street and see how they treat people. read more
