I've been seeing Dr Amy for several years now and she keeps me pain free! I'm grateful I found her up here in Big Bear.

Great variety of care options. Dr spent lots of time talking to me about my needs and explaining things.

I had pain in my knee for about three years. I also had bone on bone in my hip but never felt any…read morepain in my hip. To complicate the diagnosis I also had two other confirmed diagnoses of my knee. One doctor suggested a surgical procedure to correct one diagnosis of my knee. Another doctor said I needed a knee replacement, I did not. My Ortho doctor that I trust, confirmed that I did not need a knee replacement. Dr Tailor, who does not perform surgical procedures but looks for alternatives to surgery, determined that some of the pain in my knee was radiating from my hip and referred me back to my other, (Dr Tailor being one of them now) favorite Ortho Doctor Dustin Briggs for a hip replacement. I had the hip surgery about four months ago and the pain in my knee has definitely diminished. I still have some minor pain in my knee and still have the initial two diagnoses of my knee but the pain is not as severe. I am currently seeing Dr Tailor and he is trying options to determine what will work best. As he said, he likes to solve mysteries. He is wonderful, inquisitive and caring and has several options available, we shall see which one works. I highly recommend him. I like that surgery will be the last option, not the first.

The 1st one was TNHHS Team Nurses Home Health Services, Inc. They gave me the runaround on the phone all day Monday & Tuesday no one ever called me to schedule my wound care or PT. By end of day on Tuesday I called my primary doctor office to get a new referral for home support. Wednesday morning I called the new referral authorization they said they did not have the authorization yet even though I gave them the number. I destiny home health.com/ waited 5 hours & called back still they had not received authorization. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro. All these purr fits are so unprofessional unbelievable. Not even my dr will reach out to to assist. SAD PART IS IM AFRAID OF NOT PROPERLY HEALING BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PT EXERCISES I NEED TO START ON MYSELF. BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY THELMA OFFICE MANAGER THAT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 2 WEEK TO GET A NEW APPROVAL.

From day one, the staff was incredibly positive, supportive, and knowledgeable. Josh really took the time to create an individualized therapy plan tailored specifically to her needs, which made all the difference in her recovery. Because of that attention and expertise, she was able to heal quickly and safely--getting back on the basketball court and running with confidence. We're truly grateful for the care and dedication at SSR Physical Therapy and highly recommend Josh and team to anyone looking for top-notch rehab and support.

Ryan immediately started diagnosing my issue, traced pain points, and could tell i was frustrated w my lack of progress at other places . he got right to work and started a holistic and hands-on approach that i had been looking for . what was most impressive is how the team moves like a well-oiled machine . ur never really inactive for more than a couple of minutes . they use a timer system for different treatment cycles, and they vary for ur specific needs . what is great is that one timer goes off, and a new team never shows up to transition u from ur previous treatment to the next pretty seamlessly . i can tell they put a lot of effort and passion into their program, and i'm a convert . no bad things to say ! don't wait, tbh
