By end of day on Tuesday I called my primary doctor office to get a new referral for home support. Wednesday morning I called the new referral authorization they said they did not have the authorization yet even though I gave them the number. I destiny home health.com/ waited 5 hours & called back still they had not received authorization. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro. All these purr fits are so unprofessional unbelievable. Not even my dr will reach out to to assist. Every session, Trevor evaluates the patient and gets them feeling better. Trevor adjusts the patient's care based on how their body is responding. Prior to surgery, my expected time to full recovery was 9 months. After being treated by Trevor and team, I'll make a full recovery in less than 4 months. This is not a location where they just check the box. They genuinely care and get to know their patients. They use the most advanced and up to date equipment in the industry.
