I made an appointment by phone call for my daughter to use the laser therapy (a 6 pack I had bought in January before we found out she needed surgery) and when I arrived they said I didn't have one, but after explaining who I spoke to and details they said they would take my daughter in. While in there we made an appointment for the next week and when we arrived they said same thing again! We were told there is no appointment for my daughter so I explain in detail again then they say well you don't have any left in your package when we only used 3 of 6. I said no we only used 3. The lady then shows me the computer and says see how you were a no show to some appointments so now you dont have any left! I told her I have NEVER missed an appointment or made any and not shown up! Seems like a scam! Especially when these packs are hundreds of dollars! She did agree to let us use one but said she will have to talk to someone to see if we can use the rest but they have not called me. Pretty terrible service read more

I received a PT referral from my doctor and discovered a wonderful world of intuitive, compassionate physical therapists. I worked with almost all the therapists there and learned something new from each one. This facility is my "go to" for back pain and joint issues. They will work with you on accepting your insurance, which can be an issue with other facilities. Dr. Chris Solarte was so easy to work with because he knew how to work the affected areas. He will push you, but only up to the limits of your endurance. Took my daughter after a knee injury. She is a dancer so getting back to dancing was very important to her. Peter is amazing, kind and so knowledgeable! My daughter started on crutches and ended up walking, dancing and doing dance leaps and dance turns better and stronger than before her injury. The amount of time and thought that goes into each session is incredible. The resources that they use during the hour session from underwater treadmill, laser, leg compression, exercises and strengthening machines is great! They also take proper covid precautions too, so that is nice. With 2 very active children we have seen many days of physical therapy over the years. -I went to see Dr. Pete because of a pain that had been going on for about a year. This session was free and supposed to be for a short assessment. Yet, he took his time to find the source of my problem. I continued to see him for about a month or so despite he was out-of-network for my insurance. My problem has significantly diminished within that short time frame. If you need an assessment of your problem, do not waste your time anywhere else. -They have a great facility. So coming off of my 4th knee surgery, I was looking for a place that could really help with not only pain management but strength training and hopefully a return to normal activities. I would like to thank the perservance of Vanessa at the front desk she worked with my insurance very diligently to get the paperwork and copays sorted ahead of time. She also provides scheduling and text messages to adequately assist and aid in the process. I began training with Dr. Peter Lingas and Dr. Chris Solarte and have recieve optimal care and support. From a former semi pro athlete to a comparable cripple, I have steadily in the weeks of physical therapy gained feeling, muscle, and confidence in getting back to my goals. The physical therapy room is adequately stocked and designed. There is massage, hydroworx machines, pneumatic weight machines for lower and upper body, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, leg press, squat rack, basketball court, turf field, baseball mound/throwing cage, cycle machines, vertimax, equipment to track your biomechanics, BFR, ICE/Stem, pressure boots, hypervolt machines for stretching amd muscle loosening, massage tables, water station and of course a front desk with other appointments and personal gym sessions available. You will not require much more from the dedicated staff who are all passionate for therapy and helping above all else. A high amount come from Loma Linda University which is regularly ranked as one of the toughest PT/PTA/DPT schools to get into. Update on Performance Physical Therapy. I started PT about 15. months ago. My first 7 sessions were 1/ mo. I used their stretches and routines for about 6 mo. further on my own. I then returned for 1/mo. check ups on my progress. My knee pain had been greatly reduced after the very first week. My knee had little cartilage. New exercises helped to develop the surrounding and other helpful muscle groups. About 8 mo. ago I was able to jog at 10+ min/ mi. At that time I thought it would be great if I could run a mile in the 7 minute range (7:59), at 70. My birthday gave me till May 5th. Thanks to Dr. Peter and the PT development at Performance Physical Therapy, I continued to get stronger with no knee pain. About the start of April, I ran 1 mile in 9:10. One week ago I was running out of time before my birthday and tested my mile, surprise to me, it was 7:35 min. I took a picture of my watch time and sent it to my family members. After today's appointment I realized I never mentioned the front desk staff and the rest of the support staff. Like the one getting ice or heat. They are all professional and show care and concern. From the front desk recognizing you, indicating checked in will collect payment shortly or after. Then came over and got my card. I like having consistent therapist. She made appointments for Brady at my preferred time. Today after therapy. I got ice packs and the young lady who prepped the packs had towels to cut cold if needed. Made sure positioned well. When time was up, packs were removed. When one of the young men saw I was going to get up. He came over to help as the 0 gravity chairs are low. He hustled over to be there if I needed help. I am a senior who required physical therapy for a badly strained shoulder. My insurance company directed me to PIM and i am very glad they did. When i started PT i rated my pain level at a 12 (on a scale of 1-10). During my time at PIM i sometimes doubted my progress, but the staff always took time to listen to my concerns and reassured me that the PT will be beneficial. I am so glad i stayed with the program. After 8 weeks of PT my pain level is at 2 - I still get a little stiffness occasionally. I could not have achieved this recovery without the wonderful people at PIM. IPIM deserves more than a 5 star rating because there is no better place to come and get stronger, healthier, and improve your game. I recently sustained a fracture in my midfoot which kept me off my feet for over 3 months. I came to Pete as soon as I could to get my rehab started and get me on track to playing sports and back to work. Being a therapist myself, I did not want to settle for just any PT to help me get to where I needed to be. I wanted a qualified therapist who believed in evidence-based practice, knowledgeable about my specific injury, had an eye for movement analysis, and the ability to incorporate sports-related activities into my rehab program. Pete and Dustin checked off all these boxes and more. I could not be happier. In addition to rehab services, IPIM provides other programs such as sport specific training, team training, and nutritional guidance. I was referred here for physical therapy after an injury to my shoulder. Nico and all of the other physical therapists helped me regain strength and my range of motion (ROM) back after several sessions. Initially when I first arrived for rehab, I was not able to lift my arm. Now, not only can I lift my arm, I have been able to return to normal activities of daily living. They provided strength training exercises and educated me on how to continue building strength at home. I appreciate the knowledgeable and caring staff. Love Institute For Precision In Movement (IPIM). My daughter is a dance athlete who pushes her body to the limit. IPIM kept her moving at her best without pain. I love the gym vibe they have there. It really excited my daughter to try new movements and be aggressive with her therapy. Instead of reducing movement from pain, IPIM showed her how to painlessly push through to the next level. Let me start off by saying Pete is great and the environment at Precision is filled with positive energy. I've been to P/T for work related injuries when I was younger and they were always clinical disconnected workers comp places, don't get me wrong they got the job done and Iv'e never lost range of motion when P/T has been part of my medical plan. Fast forward 15 years and I work in office and skate on the weekends. I'd been to my doctor a few times to complain about a sore knee and have experienced increasing difficulty in movement when hitting the skatepark, he told me I have arthritis from overuse and gave me a cortisone shot. 6 Months later the pain was back and getting worse. I pushed for a P/T referral and they agreed. I had heard about Precision on Instagram from another skater who is a P/T M.D. and was excited when they took my insurance. Iv'e been going for a couple months and my knee is feeling a lot better with increased strength and a real plan as to how I'm going to regain my ability. Pete explained what deficiencies I had and what muscles the exercises I was to do would be effecting. Pete has helped me with my form and a conscious focus on activating certain muscles for specific movements. This review is long overdue. This is the best PT office. I had multiple areas of muscle tension and pain due to years of repetitive stress and poor posture. Last year I could not even turn my head without feeling pain. Basic exercises were very difficult for me. Once the pain became unbearable I decided to give them a call and they got me in right away. Dr. Pete worked with me to regain function and gave me exercises to do at home. My pain improved after the first visit! The staff is all very friendly and the facilities are awesome. They always work with me to schedule times that are convenient for me. They can even have trainers to help you get back in the gym once your injuries are healed. I'm so glad I was recommended this physical therapy location! I went in about 6/7 months after I had ACL and Mensicus surgery. I was originally going to a different PT location about 4 months after surgery and I wasn't seeing much progress. I was then recommended Pete's Physical Therapy location and it was truly amazing. The rehab, the workouts and the recovery they provided really helped my recovery process. I was able to work with different physical therapists so I was able to get a feel of different workouts. They are all very knowledgeable and welcoming. I also want to mention that I am a Wrestler.
