I've trained with numerous trainers over the past few years and have a lot of friends well versed in the fitness industry and really had no issues. Our goals aligned, easy to communicate with, patient. He had a set structured plan helping me with hypertrophy during my brief stent there. I started with a living social deal that was $49 for 5 weeks (4 days a week). The coaches motivated me to work hard and stay healthy. It really trimmed my body up and I felt amazing. Unfortunately the cost after the 5 weeks was way out of my budget so I stopped after it was over. I just re-started again with another living social deal and this time I have 13 weeks of Kaia Fit to look forward to. The owner Patti is a gem and makes you feel right at home. I hope that these next 13 weeks will teach me more than I know now about being healthy and working out and it will continue to help my body stay as fit and sexy as ever! Chose the 5am class because it is the only one that will fit in my schedule. I did the 7pm class before but its not offered this time. Other options are 6am, 7am and 6pm. I like that there are many choices even though none are JUST RIGHT for me but you have to do what you have to do.

From day one, Josh made all the difference. He has an incredible ability to meet people where they are, offering guidance that is both supportive and constructive. No matter your skill level, he makes you feel comfortable, capable, and motivated to improve. What sets him apart is that he genuinely cares about his athletes and their progress. He challenges you to be better while always encouraging you along the way. His feedback is thoughtful, specific, and focused on helping you succeed rather than making you feel discouraged. Beyond his coaching skills, he has built an amazing community. The atmosphere in every class is welcoming, positive, and supportive. Everyone encourages one another, and that culture starts with him. It's rare to find a coach who is not only skilled at teaching the sport but also intentional about creating an environment where people feel respected and included. What began as something completely outside of my comfort zone has become an important part of my life. Boxing has improved my life and I credit so much of that to Josh and the environment he has created. If you're considering trying boxing--whether you're a complete beginner like I was or someone with experience and no matter your goals --you won't find a better coach.

He came home excited after each session, saying Chris showed him techniques and moves he had never learned before, things his school coaches had not covered. It helped him move on to the next levels in wrestling and he made it to CIF this year. With only few classes he attended, I cannot imagine if he had been going here longer he would be a beast out on the mat. What really stands out is the level of experience and success behind the coaching. The coach's daughter is state-ranked in girls wrestling, and I believe his son competes at the college level, which says a lot about the knowledge and dedication they bring to the gym. Most importantly, my son genuinely enjoys going. He is already looking forward to getting back once his track and field season is over, which says a lot. It's clear that the coaching is focused on helping athletes grow, learn new techniques, and build confidence. If your wrestler wants to take their skills to the next level, this is definitely a place worth checking out.
