Jonas is the Muay Thai instructor who I have also had the opportunity to train with in the past. He tries to tailor the class to the needs and goals of the students.. whether it's to get in shape, learn self defense, or eventually fight in the ring, which he has a lot of experience with as well. I have been wanting to get back into regular Martial arts training for quite some time and I am glad I found out about this 10th planet gym.
