Libya (sp) was my phlebotomist and she was able to take my blood without me even feeling the needle!! I was honestly surprised how quick she was! The other Labcorp on Bob Hope Drive always made drawing blood painful and always left me with a huge bruise. I was in and out of the office in 10 minutes. I'll definitely use this location from now on!

For the past 4-5 YEARS, only 1/2 of their AC units are working ~ how is this not being addressed?! At least I saw some portable AC units in there today.. No big deal for my 10-15 minutes here, but your employees are in a desert, on the second floor who need ALL of the AC operating. Changing hours and closing at 11am isn't the best answer.

The facility was clean, staff was professional and efficient, and there was lots of parking. The person who drew my blood was very skilled and quick- no rooting around with the needle even though I'm perpetually dehydrated and have small veins. I was able to make an appointment online, also, so arrived at 0837 and was out the door by 0904. One star removed because the waiting area was pretty crowded considering we're still in a pandemic. Nearly everyone had a mask on except for, of course, the woman who plopped herself down in the empty chair beside me and proceeded to loudly smack her lips and exhale heavily. Staff did provide her with a mask at some point, I believe, but... really? Also, kiosks weren't working but took up a considerable amount of space so there was even less room to spread out safely.

Somebody altered my status from Appointment to Walk-In. Only when I requested they changed it back to Appointment, they did so. Next: The blood drawing person switched my fasting status to non-fasting, alleging I was drinking orange juice. I was driking water with a non-sugar, non-fat, non-sodium Kool-aid powder, orange colored. I was fasting for 12 hours. "You can argue with your doctor", she said. I emailed my doctor right away. In addition, I requested she removed her alteration, and wrote fasting. These serial problems I have with Labcorp are all related to Janine, who has been discriminating against me openly, after I complained about her poor blood drawing skills. She can't draw blood, and in addition, she is a psychopath. She attacked me verbally at Walmart, necessitating a police report. Now she is trying to gang up staff members against me, as she herself is not permitted to discriminate against me further, and is not allowed to attack me either. I will continue to report everything here. This matter is inching closer to a DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT. I see, many others have very similar problems with Labcorp. Report them all here ! Do NOT let them discriminate against you. Don't allow them to abuse you. File complaints with the BBB, etc.
