As soon as I walk in the door the older woman, her name was Chara or Shara? Was talking to an elderly man like he was an idiot. I should've known then to walk out. We get called back and this woman says "wow cmon guys you really don't have socks on him" in a condescending tone like I'm an idiot who doesn't know how to care for my son. I removed his socks because they take infants blood from a heel prick, and I did so before we got called back to make her job easier. A few hours later we are anxiously awaiting the results because of his levels have gone up he may need to go to the hospital. Doctor calls and they were not able to use the sample because this woman didn't fill the sample to the minimum line. How does an employee of labcorp make such a negligent mistake? Completely unacceptable. This lady has shitty bedside manner and cost us a whole day of valuable time that could impact my son's health. Don't trust these rude, incompetent employees with you or your loved one's health because if they don't completely carelessly botch the sample, they'll be sure to talk to you like you're an ignorant asshole. I will NEVER return to this dump again.

He didn't cry yesterday but sure did today after knowing what was going to happen. Despite how scared and strongly he resisted, Vicki and her coworker handled it wonderfully. Both veins wanted to give out and while one did, delicate adjustments and patience got just enough from both veins. My poor little doesn't have easy veins so to me this was a huge deal. Very grateful to both of the ladies who helped today and hopefully won't be back for a while but at least we know where to go next time. Thank you!

There office is bright and clean. There are two kiosks for self registration. A great benefit is the ease of making an appointment on line. They honor the appointment times and get you in as close to time as possible. All the workers I have dealt with have been very friendly and do their jobs well. They provide quality care on routine testing and make it easy to view your results. My only disappointment on this location is their limited hours 7:30 a. m. to 3:30 p.m. and closed from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. but the waiting time here, with no appointment, is wayyyyyyy shorter than the location at High Desert Medical Group.

For the past 4-5 YEARS, only 1/2 of their AC units are working ~ how is this not being addressed?! At least I saw some portable AC units in there today.. No big deal for my 10-15 minutes here, but your employees are in a desert, on the second floor who need ALL of the AC operating. Changing hours and closing at 11am isn't the best answer.

You register when you make an appointment, and upon arrival you have to re-register ? Afterwards, I looked at the screen, displaying Appointments and Walk-Ins. My name appeared as a Welk-In. Somebody altered my status from Appointment to Walk-In. Only when I requested they changed it back to Appointment, they did so. Next: The blood drawing person switched my fasting status to non-fasting, alleging I was drinking orange juice. I was driking water with a non-sugar, non-fat, non-sodium Kool-aid powder, orange colored. I was fasting for 12 hours. "You can argue with your doctor", she said. I emailed my doctor right away. In addition, I requested she removed her alteration, and wrote fasting. These serial problems I have with Labcorp are all related to Janine, who has been discriminating against me openly, after I complained about her poor blood drawing skills. She can't draw blood, and in addition, she is a psychopath. She attacked me verbally at Walmart, necessitating a police report. Now she is trying to gang up staff members against me, as she herself is not permitted to discriminate against me further, and is not allowed to attack me either. I will continue to report everything here. This matter is inching closer to a DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT. I see, many others have very similar problems with Labcorp. Report them all here ! Do NOT let them discriminate against you. Don't allow them to abuse you. File complaints with the BBB, etc.

But the girl that took our order was the blonde with blue eyes. She was very irritable, unhappy and seemed discontent. She made us feel stupid for asking questions. And was super rude overall we felt uncomfortable and discriminated. We were craving the seasonal pumpkin beverages but were forced to walk away due to the horrible HORRIBLE service. I wish that young lady the best and I hope she finds a fulfilling job/ career. Maybe she was having a rough day or something. Just kinda sucks for Rad Coffee to have somebody like this spreading this energy.
