I was impressed with the staff...that's so hard to find now a days. Dr. Smith came in and was very nice, listened to me and was very helpful and happily answered all my questions. He was very easy to talk to. I'm switching my kids in 2 weeks and I will review that as well. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I've been trying to get a preauthorization for a medication, a medication he is aware that I was taking and one that is visible on my chart from my last physician but won't do it without seeing me. I work M-Fri and I'm only off on weekends, I unfortunately don't have enough time banked to take time out from my day for a visit. And the staff doesn't understand that I work 25 minutes away from town so I wouldn't be able to make it in prior to them closing for the day. He was a nice man but I've now been without this medication for two weeks so I have to seek out another physician that has a better staff who is more helpful.

He only charges half of what Bay Area dentists were asking for an implant, and that comes with an in-office CT scan to determine the viability for an implant for insurance approval - and you don't have to leave the country or risk your health for the affordable price! You just have to get to Barstow (a 2-1/2 hr drive or bus ride from Las Vegas or L.A., or an hour drive from Ontario airport). His office manager is a genius at getting the insurance companies to cover their share. I always owe less than anticipated. Their office and facilities are modern, comfortable, and attractive.

The day after getting it I noticed it kept hurting so I ran my tongue across the back of it. There's a opening between the cap and my gums where food is getting in....SMH! I told dentist at Jangs and he had the nerve to tell me just to keep it clean and use a toothpick to pull food out! I knew he was full of it. Even our new dentist said its a ill fitting crown which he took pictures of and is submitting them to have it replaced and show them what Dr Jangs office did to me. I kept telling Jangs office that the crown wasn't right. I should have to be in pain after getting a cemrown and I definitely shouldn't be getting food in an opening! Then he yanked some of my teeth telling me they couldn't be saved and crowns were denied. Crown were denied because they could have been saved and I realized that when he had the audacity to ask me....." Don't you want dentures?" Fuck no....do you? Then they kept trying to push us to get my mom's teeth yanked....NOPE! Plus I waited about 2 months to where they were supposed to submit the paperwork for approval for my mom's work and heard nothing. So I would call only to have that bitch that sits in front be rude. She's lucky I bit my tongue quite a few time because she doesn't realize she playing with fire. 2 of the ladies that work up front need a good ass whipping and one day someone is gonna give it to them. I told the one who submits all the paperwork to her face after she had the nerve to be rude to me on the phone that she better never talk to me like I'm her 5 year old child again. Watch out people! Lots of scamming going on at this dental office. Money hungry and they don't care who's mouth they ruin....because they ruined mine and ALMOST my mom's. Its sad how people complain about some of the staff up front and nothing is EVER done about it. Even a few of the girls that work in the back said their very rude to clients. Dr. Salman is super chill, gentle, and actually takes time to explain what's going on instead of rushing you out. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. We are always laughing & making jokes. The office is clean, organized, and they stay on schedule (which is a win). Even though I have closer options, I'll keep making the drive because the care here is worth it every time. 10/10 recommend!

I want to give a shout out to all of the emergency room staff at barstow community hospital, I've…read morebeen in and out of the ER over 1/2 a dozen times in the last 3 months and they have been excellent, my quality of car had been a cut about, every department that had taken care of me had been like that of some big city hospitals.. And the car and service i received from the MRI department the IMAGING department and the mammogram department a beer than i ever thought i was going to receive. I did 5 different procedures in 1 hour and 45 minutes on one of my trips there, the place is exceptionally clean and the receptionist at the front was inviting and delightfully pleasant to hold a conversation with at 7am. My ER doctor was so good at her job, but the compassion was what made me feel like i received exceptional care.. Thank you Barstow Hospital..

A few years ago, I was a charge nurse here as Mrs. Samuel David Esquivel, Salvador's daughter in law. I don't believe in step for step children or in law for married to biological children. We all need to learn to love each other as humans no matter what we call ourselves. One human race. I did not choose to be born or the color of my skin. This place is great. All my nurse aides were efficient and knowledgeable. I only had one that could not do her job because she was a Marijuana smoker. The others had to do their job and hers too and I did too. They refused to fire her. Also, one nurse aide shined a Lazer light into my eyes. I was wearing contact lenses and with my nearsightedness it could have blinded me quickly. The night crew slept on the job. That could have made for a disaster. Since that time, I have kept up. This place seems to have improved. Please be kind to each other my American friends. My 1st impression was 5 nurses at their station when i came in and no doctors ( Tuesday 3pm) ?? Brother and i talk for bit then i decided he would get better care and pt in his home . After a brief can't go till we are going now get the paper work started conversation. More CYA . You should of seen the change in his mood after he was home . Great job i would of died in that place.
