What I especially liked today was the customer service and friendliness even though I tho I could not get an appointment soon there. I appreciated the phone check in process the days before to avoid that new patient paperwork. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by the friendly receptionist, shown to my room on time, and met with a very thorough and careful listener tech who took my whole history. She then tucked me in, briefed me on the MRI and painlessly hooked up the contrast. I think her name was Celuma (sp?) and she was terrific. All my fears were for nothing. I even got a cup of coffee afterwards when the receptionist showed me how to work the coffee maker! Super staff... efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. 5 Stars!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this facility. First, their Google and Yelp…read morelistings state they are open, but they are actually closed for remodeling for at least a month. My biggest issue was the lack of communication from the receptionist, Kim. It is very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. When I finally got through, I was told I needed a referral. I went through the effort of obtaining one from my doctor and called back (which took 4+ attempts for someone to pick up) to book and only then did Kim inform me that the business is closed for remodeling. It is unprofessional to string a patient along, requiring referrals and multiple calls, only to reveal at the very end that you aren't even open. Please update your hours online so you don't waste other people's time. I told Kim she would have saved me 10+ phone calls, getting a referral, etc. had she said when I called the first time that she's closed and she just said Okay.

I checked online and saw that they were taking appointments via walk-in only and had plenty of spots available. I tried calling again before leaving home since I never heard back from them. So I arrived at the imaging center and they had a hand scribbled "X-RAY CLOSED TODAY" sign in the window. What a lack of concern for patients! They couldn't be bothered to put a notification on either their phone message or their website?!
