I do appreciate that he took the time to listen, and the conversation itself was positive. Shortly after, my prescription was finally processed, and I received it on 5/1/26. It was also refilled for future use, which I'm thankful for. However, it took nearly two months to straighten everything out before I was finally able to receive my prescription. However, the overall experience still leaves me genuinely concerned. It took me being unusually persistent and more forceful than I'm comfortable with just to get a response from the office, pharmacy, and insurance. That shouldn't be necessary for a patient trying to manage their healthcare. More importantly, this situation caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety and has negatively impacted my health. I already deal with high blood pressure, and this experience elevated it further, which is both troubling and unacceptable when seeking medical care. At this time, I'm giving a 3-star rating in recognition of the effort Dr. Tomasian made to personally address the situation. I may update this after future visits. I sincerely hope his office improves how they handle patient communication and follow-through so that no other patient has to go through a similar experience.

Teen son acne, allergic reaction care, skin cancer prevention and just general skin health care. This may sound ridiculous but they feel like an extended family, the office personal are so inviting and remember me and family everytime, same with any techs they have and ofcourse the doctor. I always feel so well taken care of and that there is a genuine quality here you can't find in many places if at all anymore. As an older mom now, I also like to indulge in things like Botox, I feel much better getting this done from a doctor than a pop up type Botox environment. If something was to go wrong or to have a reaction, a doctor is much more capable in that situation. Highly recommend if you need dermatology care in the High Desert area.

I can't even really rate any of the drs here because I ended up leaving before my appointment…read more I had a 3:00 appointment and got a call at 11:45 same day asking if I could come in earlier like 12:45. I told them I could get there by 1pm. I showed up at 12:48 and filled out my paperwork. The office was packed and there was no AC running ( on a 102° day!) I finally asked if I could just wait in my car since I wasn't feeling good due to the heat. They said sure and would call me when it was my turn. I finally went in at 2:10 and was told I would be coming up next but no time of when. I asked why they called me in 2 hours early only to have me wait an hour an 15 minutes. The front desk person was nice enough and apologized for the delay but I just let them know I couldn't wait anymore and canceled my appointment. Don't call people in early if you're going to have them wait that long and get some AC if you're an office in the high desert!

Since I have Autism and ADHD....it is very hard for me to go anywhere but everyone at this office is very helpful and caring. They are very friendly and don't ignore you like some places. He goes out of his way to make sure I understand what is going on and is very patient with me. I only wish I had gone to him in the first place instead of going to Dr. Tran. I will never go to another dermatologist.
