I have medical issues that reflect in my teeth having problems yet he acts like I purposefully let my perfect teeth go to shite & he behaves as if I don't deserve his time even though I pay cash & it's cost me over $15,000 within a couple years. The office manager went back and forth with me and refused to provide me with an itemized statement. I sent her a copy of my EOB and she finally agreed that I don't owe the full amount she was charging me, and that my EOB was accurate. I asked her what would happen in the event I did overpay and she said I would have to request a refund. Then, one of the fillings done by their dentist broke and I reached out to the office to see if I could schedule an appointment. The receptionist explained that I owe $189 for a missed appointment which is extremely excessive, yet she was unable to provide any information pertaining to the appointment date. She explained that I supposedly missed a total of three appointments, which is not true. When I requested a bill for this, she told me that she was unable to send me one either by mail or email and asked me if I wanted to pay over the phone.
