Reason I went back is they had an opening when I was in an emergency with puss shooting out of my gums when pressed it was something out of a horror show. Now two years later with only 14 teeth left I'm through! I give up! They just lost their cash cow. I expected better. The building is cozy and relaxing. The furniture is comfortable which is great when you're waiting on 3 of your kids to get their teeth cleaned. For the younger kids they have a small activity table. When the kids are done there's a treasure cheat to rummage through. The cleanings have always gone well. Fast and painless. Usually out in around than 30 minutes including the polishing. They have a small parking lot but there's normally plenty of parking in their lot. If their lot is full you can park at the curb. The hours sign shows that they open at 8am.

I came in without an appointment hoping he could give me relief after 4 days of intense pain. His staff was very understanding of the situation and every one of the girls were great! Dr. Jong was able to give me the attention needed even without an appointment. I was very impressed with the equipment in his facility and his ability to perform a CT scan finding an abscess in my tooth. Right then and there he performed part one of a root cannel for me, putting me out of my misery. After 4 nights of not sleeping I cannot thank Dr Jong and his staff enough for doing this for me. It's obvious he prioritizes all of his patience and is an amazing Dr. I cannot recommend this facility enough!

The admin staff then pressured me to schedule a series of appointments for fillings, without so much as a 'hey it looks like you're on military family insurance, I'm sorry if this is hard on your budget.' Nope, they acted like a $400 bill was just something I should accept and shut up about for my own good. Instead, I went to another dentist in town, who said that all but one of the 'cavities' they'd shown me were in fact staining, which might SOMEDAY turn into cavities, but might not - he wouldn't recommend any work until he saw it get worse. The treatment plan? One appointment, $34. So, I'm sure these guys aren't bad at what they do, and if you are rolling in dough, or super paranoid about sudden rapid teeth decay, or just love having a bunch fillings in your teeth, AV Dental might be the place for you. She's lucky I bit my tongue quite a few time because she doesn't realize she playing with fire. 2 of the ladies that work up front need a good ass whipping and one day someone is gonna give it to them. I told the one who submits all the paperwork to her face after she had the nerve to be rude to me on the phone that she better never talk to me like I'm her 5 year old child again. Watch out people! Lots of scamming going on at this dental office. Money hungry and they don't care who's mouth they ruin....because they ruined mine and ALMOST my mom's.
