The Bachman's believe in community and are always finding ways to support local programs. They recently donated a very large amount of money to the high school baseball team. I believe examples such as this speak directly to the direction and character of a business, which is obviously highly commendable for Bachman Family Dentistry!

I told her I did not feel comfortable leaving my daughter so far away not knowing If she needed my help. I all, I did not let my daughter get her teeth worked on by them because I lost trust in their work ethic. Dr.Bang defended his employee by saying she always tells people not to bring their children in the office only the patient due to the pandemic. Which is a lie because there were other families in that same waiting area with more than 2 people. I left feeling discriminated against and humiliated.

After a very minimal wait time we were called back and greeted by the orthodontist who was very nice and professional. This was not only MY first experience with an orthodontist but my daughters as well. We had no idea what to expect but he reassured us that he just wanted to look at her mouth initially. As a parent, you anticipate extreme costs right out of the gate. Not the case here. He said, and I quote 'if she were my daughter, I would wait' (on getting braces). Allowing time for her baby teeth to completely fall out to see exactly how much room we are working with... Upon doing my research I found you, Snow Orthodontics which you have a VIP tier level with Invisalign Of which why I picked you to have my consultation with. But, when I called I spoke to a lady named "Lupe" and she was so unprofessional and the rest of your staff! I asked her if I can make an appointment for your Hesperia location and she said sure, upon putting me on hold, she then maybe accidentally took me off hold and I could hear your staffs full conversation. They were laughing very loudly in the background and one lady even said let me "book this new patient" and then proceeded to laugh and make fun of people. Moreover, she probably realized I was on the phone still and she hung up on me!! Therefore, after hearing this and experiencing this first hand situation, I will never seek your practice out. You as a Boss need to better train your associates and reprimand them for this awful representation on your practice; as I'm sure it's top notch but after this, it's a low quality practice! I know this will fall on deaf ears but just wanted to warn everyone else.

They come here when they can't compete in the cities. I had a horrible experience at the Kern Valley Dental Center. They charged me $2000 for a lower partial that they insisted in jamming into my mouth immediately after pulling 4 front teeth for another $800, it was a terrible fit, I had to take it out in the morning because of the pain, more pain getting it out. They were mad at me for doing so that same morning at the clinic, tried to jam it right back in again, and it hurt like hell. I yelled out in pain and was told I "couldn't behave like that" by the dentist, as if I were some misbehaving child. Had to have the partial fitted after my gums healed, by a professional, who said the thing wasn't made right. Meanwhile, after telling the receptionist that I wouldn't be coming back in, I was sent the snarky letter I took a photo of, below. Would you expect this from professionals?

Some paperwork. Short wait. Ashton was still awesome and did a great job on my cleaning. I think she's going to make an awesome dentist someday based on what a great Hygenist she is today. (She's in school). The dentist was professional, cordial and efficient. My teeth look really good, and the experience was nice. I think it's possible she's just not a kid person, I take my 5 year old in this week and that appointment will determine whether I take my kids here or not in the future, but I have no problem returning for myself based on my experience this appointment. ------------------------------------------- I took my 8 year old into this dentist today. (Just a heads up siblings are not welcome, they can sit in the lobby, but not go back with the parent and patient). The desk staff and Ashton (our Hygenist) were great. The Doctor, who never even looked at me or addressed me, began to list teeth that had cavities, my daughter is scared and begins to cry and from a few feet away I let her know, "It's ok sweetie, you're going to be fine." and the Dentist asks the Hygenist to have me leave. After I said I don't mind leaving but by daughter will probably get scared, and then she said it would be ok but the Doctor didn't want me to talk. Ultimately, I will take her to a Ped dentist so they are better equipped to deal with nervous children.
