They were laughing very loudly in the background and one lady even said let me "book this new patient" and then proceeded to laugh and make fun of people. I was very happy with the quality of care at Cardall Orthodontics. When I came in initially, I was…read moretold the treatment would be 9 months long. This was my second time having braces so I was very skeptical. Sure enough, exactly 9 months later, the braces were removed. I have a complicated case and was looking at over $20k for a treatment plan with an oral surgeon which included surgical removal of my two implants, grafting , over three months of healing, then new implants. I declined this plan due to the costs and how invasive it would be. I was so sad after already spending so much money and years of treatment on my smile only to have a bad outcome. I brought my daughter in for braces and while looking at pictures of incredible before and after pics, I decided to have a consult. Dr Cardall really studied my case and felt he could help me. The cost was minimal so I decided to try it. After the braces came off, Dr. Cardall suggested some laser treatment at the gym line. I was very anxious about this and had myself all worked up for no reason. They used a numbing gel, I never even had a needle, and didn't feel a thing. I was prepared to wear a face mask during the healing but it wasn't even red when I left. I had the laser treatment yesterday and already, my smile looks so much better! Dr Cardall is an absolute perfectionist and puts so much thought in his work. I'm so much happier with my smile. Even my dentist just loved his work. After spending so much money on my teeth for botched work in the past with dentists and orthodontists in Orange County, I'm so happy Dr. Cardall could restore my smile for such little cost and almost completely free of pain. But they continue to only see our daughters every 3-4 months. Broken brackets and wires but we can never get into get them fixed. It's a new person everytime. We had an appointment once and showed up and the whole office was closed. No call to let us know and they they couldn't get us back in for a month. Bad orthodontics and bad customer service. Our regular dentist has even stopped referring people there for orthodontics. Not recommended.
