Synergy did an excellent job of taking care of the work I needed. They were able to work around my crazy work schedule, getting me in and out in a timely manner. Since I am coming from Ridgecrest I had an 1 1/2 drive each way so it was nice not having to wait once I got there. I think the coolest part is that he was able to numb the precise area needing work instead of numbing half my face. I wish all dental specialists could figure out how to do that. I wish Synergy could open an office in Ridgecrest. I don't need anymore work now. But if they could come to Ridgecrest 1 or 2 times a month they would have a lot of patients to keep them busy.

I did not feel that patients were treated with respect for their time, and the overall experience felt rushed and poorly managed. My first visit I was able to be seen very quickly and yes, I had an issue that would need to be addressed with a root canal and then a cap at my dentist. The first appointment for work was scheduled several weeks ahead of time- I get it they are busy and people had appointments before me. In a perfect world I would have liked to get started sooner but what is more important to me is getting it done correctly. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants to my endodontist -Dr song were so nice. Dr song went over his recommendations and explained what would be going on. I have only ever had one other root canal and that was at a dentist. Fyi - a root canal at an endodontist is way more involved - but that is what they specialize in. He even caught an issue with an older root canal from years ago that I had no idea about, which could have turned into a bigger problem down the road. My dentist recommended going to get consultation at Pasadena Endodontix. I read some negative reviews on Yelp and Google but my experience with Dr. Safa was nothing but professionalism and expert care and treatment. I would give more stars if Yelp allowed it. I only felt a tiny bit of discomfort at the initial injection but after that, no pain since. I've had other root canals at other dentist offices a long time ago and they took over an hour to finish and it was painful. I would recommend my family and friends to see Dr. Safa if they need an Endodontist. I hope I don't need another root canal, but if I do, I'm happy to come back here. Is it a bit pricey? Yes, but in my humble opinion, you're paying for expertise and quality care. A new dentist referred me to Santa Clarita Endodontix. They said they could do a small procedure that should save the tooth. They cut threw the gum and did a root canal from the top to bottom with a microscope, and it looks like they saved my tooth :) Didn't feel a thing during the procedure and it feels fine the next day.
