My dentist is out of the country for a month, so I contacted Dr. Kerr office today. They were able to fit me in, which was a relief. The receptionist and all the staff I interacted with were incredibly nice. Dr. Kerr saved the day by reattaching my crown. Unfortunately, they're not in my network, so I had to cover 30% of the cost of today's visit. I was hoping to return for a consultation on some additional work I need done. I've been using a tube of Anbesol every couple days it's so bad. I couldn't get an appointment at a couple of recommended Oral Surgeons for weeks. I found a place in my Home Town just a couple miles away, Dr. Sanchez. They got us in the day after we called and He did the two extractions within 10 mins of the xrays. I felt zero pain while the shots went in and then not a bit during the entire procedure. Just the force and pushing and pulling of the extraction. We were in and out in under an hour. Unbelievable! She was turned away because the dentist was nervous about her voicing concerns about the pain of the needle while they told her that "it's gonna hurt pretty bad" and then demonstrated by pushing up against her gums with the qtip they had in her mouth to show her how bad it was going to hurt. Absolutely ridiculous that they are supposed to be licensed professionals but can't deal with a woman feeling nervous about a needle. How do you expect them to deal with your kids that are nervous??

I use medi-cal and I refuse to go to a western dental again. The front desk is really nice and I…read morenever have to wait in the lobby, they get me right in, which I love because I'm always on a tight schedule. I was able to get a deep cleaning and cavities filled and it was just done really well as I didn't feel any pain during it. The dentist is a scary place but it doesn't have to be. This is a very conservative office so don't bring up politics or current events, don't smell like weed, and you'll be totally fine. Lol Dr. Klein is old school and does good work so just roll with the punches. The staff is really amazing so you'll be happy you went.
