I have had a gap in my teeth that bothered me for years, but I kept putting off doing something about it. The thing that finally pushed me to get braces at 38 years old perhaps is silly, but when reuniting with my brother after not seeing each other for ten years, the first thing he says to me, candidly, was "you have something in your teeth." I explained it's just a gap, but he was positive it was food.. we went back and forth for a minute until he realized "oh, it is a gap." It wasn't the first time someone mistook my gap for food in my teeth, so I finally decided- yep I'm getting braces! Dr. Cardall was recommended to me by a cosmetic dentist. I was nervous going into Cardall's office for the first time, but after first meeting Lindsey, then Dr. Cardall my anxienty calmed and I was ready to get started. I am about 5 months into treatment now and am impressed with how I am always greated by name as I walk through the door. Everyone is kind and professional, the office is immaculate, and they utilize top notch technology. The doctor and staff pay close attention to their schedule and take great care to ensure patients are not left waiting long in the waiting room. I feel confident scheduling my appointments on my lunch break, knowing I will be back to work on time. I can't say enough about what a great team they have working there. Now I'm just excited to finish up over the next several months and see the final result! read more

5 stars all the way for Dr. Cardall and his team! If I was able to give more stars, I really would! That's how happy I've been with my results when I switched to Dr Cardall's office. I was going to Dr Montano Elevated Orthodontics and I just felt like he wasn't listening to my concerns, the moment I walk inTo his office I automatically felt the drama in the office. Some of the girls hair would be falling right into my mouth because they wouldn't have their hair properly pulled back. The assistants would also hold full conversations next to each other while they are supposed to be focusing on my teeth. Point is, I just wasn't happy there. I am TOTALLY happy with Cardall, he listens, he gives me an abundance of reassurance because he knows the trauma I've been through with my teeth and my history with other doctors. He takes his time, he talks to you through the whole process and even tells you what the next step/goal is for your next visit. Most doctors I've been to, just hop in the room, and hop right back out. They don't express much and they want to get you in, and get you out, and thats not how it should be. I do not feel like way at all with Dr Cardall. Awesome doctor! Awesome staff, awesome vibe in the office. I am very happy with my change and seeing a bigger and better difference with my results! read more

Dr. Cardall and his staff have been nothing short of wonderful during my daughter's journey with her braces. After the initial consultation, I was sold on using this office. My daughter still had some baby teeth, and I was questioning the wisdom of putting braces on her without her having all her adult teeth. Before I could even voice my co ncern Dr. Cardall suggested we wait a year and see what teeth would grow in and if she was ready to start the process. The fact that he didn't push to get her braces asap told me he isn't in it for the money. We did get braces placed a year later, and less than 2 years later, my daughter was able to have them removed (she followed Dr's directions diligently). She is so happy with her smile and I couldn't ask for more. Besides that the staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They were quick to answer all questions I had during the process and made my daughter feel very comfortable. It was also a huge advantage that they offered payment plans as I did not have any orthodontic coverage with my insurance policy. In all, we are extremely satisfied with Dr.Cardall and his whole staff. read more

From the moment I walked in, I knew this was not going to be a boring or uncomfortable first braces experience. This office goes above and beyond. They have free Icee Dippin' Dots, an arcade, a brushing station, and everything is incredibly clean and modern. The environment feels welcoming, fun, and honestly relaxing. The staff is what truly sold me. Everyone was so kind, patient, and genuinely happy to be there and you can tell. this office treats its employees well. That positive energy definitely reflects in how they treat patients. They were kind enough to put my braces on the same day because I really wanted to start right away, and they made the whole process comfortable. I don't like quiet procedures, and I appreciated that the staff talked with me and kept the vibe friendly instead of awkward or silent. I chose champagne braces with a 2-year plan. Even without dental insurance, the price was $7.8k, and I didn't even bother looking for a second office since this place completely sold me. Their slideshow of past work is so impressive, and it made me feel confident trusting them with my smile. read more

We love everything about this office! I came in with my super hesitant 12 year old and walked out an excited mom of a kid with braces! Lindsay is super sweet and comforting, the entire front desk is personable and pleasant to interact with and spend the time to not only make sure all your questions and concerns are taken care of but get to know each patient and their family personally. It's got a family feel when you walk in! Best of all Dr. Cardall is not only knowledgeable but gentle and sweet with my son. I was so nervous for this experience before we walked in, now we can't wait to stop by to see everyone, check on his AMAZING progress and eat some dippin dots! One of the perks for us financially was that everything is included in our package. We have already had a few brackets fall off (kids!) but they got us right in and fixed them! I would HIGHLY reccomend Dr. Cardall and their staff! If you're considering an orthodontist start following them on FB. You will see how fun the staff is just through their posts on FB! read more

Amazing work! I had braces twice before coming to Dr. Cardall and I distinctly remember the disappointment that came over me when I got both sets of braces off and saw my smile... something just wasn't right. Yes, my teeth were technically straight but they didn't look good. I thought I must just have teeth that are too big for my mouth so I gave up on loving my smile. A few years later I decided to give it another shot and made an appointment with Dr. Cardall, who came very highly recommended by his patients. He was able to explain with ease what we needed to adjust to give me a smile I'd love and feel confident with and that's exactly what he did. The aligners were so easy to take care of and my treatment flew by so fast. Now I have the smile I always wanted and I'm so thankful to Dr. Cardall and his amazing staff! I'm so happy with my results! read more

I cannot recommend this orthodontist enough. The level of attention to detail is something I have never seen from any other orthodontist. He doesn't just put braces on to bill insurance or rush patients through treatment -- he genuinely cares about creating the best possible outcome for each person. What truly stands out is how personalized the treatment is. He takes the time to make sure your smile is not only straight, but also aligned, symmetrical, and tailored to complement your individual facial features. You can tell he views orthodontics as both a science and an art. Every patient is treated with care and precision, and the results reflect that. The personalization and dedication he gives to each smile are unmatched. If you want an orthodontist who truly cares about the quality of your results, this is the place to go. read more

I'm so happy I found Dr. Cardall for my daughter's ortho treatment. Not only is he very honest and knowledgeable, he's also very humble and caring. We originally found Dr. Cardall when he had his grand opening back in February and immediately schedule a consultation. At the consultation he was very attentive and his wife was very helpful and so nice. We immediately scheduled for treatment and I'm extremely happy we did! My daughter loves the treatment she receives from his office and most importantly she loves how her smile is changing for the better! We can't wait for the final results (few years from now) but it has made such a huge difference in my daughter's self esteem. I cannot recommend him enough! He's the best Orthodontist Doctor in town!!! Go and schedule a consultation which is totally free! You won't regret it!!! read more

I am from San Jose and was visiting my parents, last year, when they popped up on my Instagram. Typically I stay away from ads like this on Instagram but I am glad I didn't. I made an appointment and was leaving back home in two days. I told them that I really wanted them but I needed them on that day. Even though it was close to closing, they put them on that day. My experience with them has never been less than excellent. They have been more than accommodating with my crazy schedule having to work around being up north and have always made me feel welcome and taken care of. If you are looking for a place to take care of giving you a beautiful smile, I highly recommend going to Cardall Orthodontics. read more

I picked cardall orthodontics none other than it was the first place that popped up on my search for Invisalign. I'm about half way through my process and from the beginning I've had nothing but great experiences at my appointments, from the time you walk in and are greeted by the wonderful ladies at the front including Lily which helps keeps my appointments on track. The assistants were great as well including who Aspen is very friendly and works very hard. I even came in one time bc I was having a small issue (operator error) with my trays that specific week. With no appointment, Dr. cardall saw me with no problem! I would highly recommend cardall orthodontics! Thanks to the team! read more

If I had enough money I would definitely get braces again at this office. At my consultation Dr. Cardall and his wife Lindsey both listened to my concerns about having my 4 premolars removed the first time I got braces and wanting my teeth to be moved forward to make more room and to have a fuller profile. They were very patient and gave me several options as well as showing me previous work Dr. Cardall has done in the past for clients who had the same issue as mine. He's one of the few who will do this procedure. Best office in Bakersfield. I've already had braces twice and the other offices didn't listen to my concerns or what I wanted for my teeth. read more

I was hesitant on getting orthodontic treatment. I wanted to put it off as long as possible but when I went in for a consultation Dr. Cardall made me feel comfortable and explained everything I was worried about and answered any questions I had. When I went in to get my braces put on Cardall's team has always been friendly and helpful. Mayra who was his assistant explained in detail what the process was and made me feel comfortable! They also made time go by quick! They also give dippin' dots after every visit so that's a plus!! I would definitely recommend Cardall orthodontics to anyone who needs any orthodontic treatment!!! read more

Dr. Cardall and his staff are fabulous!!!! 10/10 recommend! I went to Dr. Cardall to help correct what my prior orthodontist (dentist) left untreated. He put me at ease and let me know he could fix my cross bite even as an adult. I started my journey just before the pandemic, and since then, there have been a lot of changes in this office! A new office, a growing staff, and a unique, friendly environment! Thank you Dr. Cardall and Staff! I'm gonna miss all of you! Honorable Mentions: Jenny - is fantastic! My husband just started his ortho treatment with Dr. Cardall. We were little hesitant about adult orthodontics and we weren't really sure of our options. Dr. Cardall and his staff were amazing! We are always greeted with a smile and the staff is so upbeat. During his consultation, Dr. Cardall gave us all the time we needed to ask questions and figure out what treatment plan was right for him. He is so knowledgeable and really down to earth! Even the billing portion of the appointment was great because it was very clear as to what it was going to cost us. Definitely recommend them! read more

Dr. Cardall and his staff are amazing! They are all very helpful and take their time to explain the process that you will be going through. Dr. Cardall really took his time to explain the process I would be going through and he listened to all of my concerns for down the road. My teeth are now straight and my TMJ is gone after he fixed the alignment of my jaw. I told him I wanted to have my teeth straight in time for my wedding and he did it with plenty of time. I cannot say enough great things about this office. Everyone is amazing and really care about their patients. read more
