I was very happy with the quality of care at Cardall Orthodontics. When I came in initially, I was told the treatment would be 9 months long. This was my second time having braces so I was very skeptical. Sure enough, exactly 9 months later, the braces were removed. I have a complicated case and was looking at over $20k for a treatment plan with an oral surgeon which included surgical removal of my two implants, grafting , over three months of healing, then new implants. I declined this plan due to the costs and how invasive it would be. I was so sad after already spending so much money and years of treatment on my smile only to have a bad outcome. I brought my daughter in for braces and while looking at pictures of incredible before and after pics, I decided to have a consult. Dr Cardall really studied my case and felt he could help me. The cost was minimal so I decided to try it. After the braces came off, Dr. Cardall suggested some laser treatment at the gym line. I was very anxious about this and had myself all worked up for no reason. They used a numbing gel, I never even had a needle, and didn't feel a thing. I was prepared to wear a face mask during the healing but it wasn't even red when I left. I had the laser treatment yesterday and already, my smile looks so much better! Dr Cardall is an absolute perfectionist and puts so much thought in his work. I'm so much happier with my smile. Even my dentist just loved his work. After spending so much money on my teeth for botched work in the past with dentists and orthodontists in Orange County, I'm so happy Dr. Cardall could restore my smile for such little cost and almost completely free of pain. OMG this place!!! I know it's a brand new building so the cleanliness can most likely be attributed to that, but sheesh! I'm talking stacked, gleaming white stone! A full on arcade, complete with skeeball! A sink just in case you didn't get a chance to brush your teeth before your appointment...Like, WHAT?! It's so freaking fancy! The staff were so nice also, even Jenny who called the night before to confirm my appointment was so sugary sweet I had to brush my teeth when I hung up the phone! I got a call to confirm an appointment I didn't know I had. When I asked what it was for they said it was for my retainer. A week prior i Got a call to pick up my aligners. When I show up today, they tell me I already picked up my retainer. That it is the 4th aligner and nothing else is needed. This place is too big and can't handle the volume. Too many mistakes. Well I been getting service from these Orthodontics for about 8 months now for my son. I been taking him since the old location on Brimhall. Just out honest, service and care really sucks now from these people. I went with my son just 2 weeks ago for a braces adjustment appointment and as soon as he got home they split off or came off. He call the next day that his braces had come off and the terrible desk service said "well we cant take in because we have no space for you". Not the nicest of of reply when I will be paying about $10,000 for his braces combined with my insurance. Its been 2 weeks and and they still haven't taken him in to fix the bad work done by them. This was not the service promise to me when they aske me to pay for this. Just why cant you be honest and deliver the service promise? read more

This was my second set of braces coming from another orthodontist who made my teeth worse than what I started with. I came to cardall orthodontist for a second opinion and because he came highly recommended by several people and my dentist. My teeth are straight and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Treatment lasted less than a year, which was awesome because I didn't want to go into my senior year with braces again. I've been in braces since 7th grade and I only had 3 bottom teeth the were slightly off. My original orthodontists didn't know what he was doing (capital dental) and lost all those years. I didn't realize Cardall and Montano has parted ways and when I called the office and was explained I had the new office number I asked for the old number and the woman who answered the phone said she didn't have the number. Really? I found it extremely unprofessional; it would have been nice if she had offered to look it up as a courtesy as I live in LA now and not sure which was which. I won't be recommending this office- a small courtesy was too much trouble- what if we were patients and needed something a little more complicated? I have had a gap in my teeth that bothered me for years, but I kept putting off doing something about it. The thing that finally pushed me to get braces at 38 years old perhaps is silly, but when reuniting with my brother after not seeing each other for ten years, the first thing he says to me, candidly, was "you have something in your teeth."
