I'm told at previous appointments things are covered, I'm told on the phone it's still covered, I show up and it's now $100 out of pocket. Now today, I received a bill on June 9th for something my insurance didn't cover back in February??? 4 months it took to send me this bill? Even though every statement I've gotten from my insurance says I don't owe anything, somehow I still owe $40 out of pocket? They even sent me a bill with NO description on what I owed or what the charges are for. My last visit, was my 3rd time being drowned by the assistant while the dentist worked on my teeth. I say 3rd time because it's the 3rd time it's been made to feel like it was my fault while sitting in the chair that the assistant couldn't suck the water properly out of my throat so I didn't feel like I was drowning. This dentist office seems presentable and nice and accommodating but once you are with them for years, you see how much this place is a shit show. It shouldn't take 4 months to bill me for something because of your guys inability to do your jobs correctly. The girls who clean your teeth are nice but if you have to deal with the any of the girls at the front desk, the dentist himself or his assistants who help with dental procedures, you're going to be sadly disappointed and your dental health will be sadly mismanaged and guided into the direction of overpriced, out of network, sub-par dentistry.

Strongly caution anyone considering this office. I was given an estimate of $0 out of pocket after…read moreinsurance for a few cavities. After the procedure, I received a bill for $1,200. When I contacted them about the original written estimate showing $0 due, the office manager said the estimate was just that, an estimate, and refused to honor it or change it in any way. I can understand an estimate being a few hundred dollars off; let's even be gracious and say $500 off, but it is grossly negligent for a billing department to estimate a bill of $0 and then send me such a ridiculous bill. This appears to be a classic bait-and-switch: give an unrealistically low estimate to get the patient in the chair, then bill thousands after the work is irreversible. The dishonest billing practices make it impossible to recommend this dentist to anyone. Save yourself the headache. Go literally anywhere else! Update: In reply to the owner's response: Thank you for your reply. Two points require correction: 1. You stated that you were willing to work towards a resolution: That did not happen. When I specifically asked your office manager if any portion of the $1,200 bill could be adjusted, discounted, or written off, she stated that no adjustments of any kind were possible. 2. No profanity was used with your staff. The facts remain: your office provided a $0 estimate, and some variance is expected. However, receiving a bill from your office of $1200 is not a small insurance variance.
