First let me start off with how AMAZING Dr.Kiuftis office and staff were! Veronica at the front desk was very helpful and made me feel right at home. She helped me fill out the paperwork and get all of that stuff situated. She's so kind and patient. The service was absolutely fantastic. I came in because i needed some old ortho cement taken off and Katrina was the woman to do it. Her skills and ability to get it done quick yet efficient blew my mind. I can't even tell I ever had it on my teeth after seeing her! She interacted with me the whole time and let me know everything she was doing and what to expect. 10/10 experience. Finding a quality dentist in my network was a big hassle, but luckily I was told about Brimhall Dental from a coworker. I was able to make a consultation appointment for about 3 weeks out. I filled out all the forms online. I text before going in so there is no waiting in the lobby. My x-rays, consultation, and cleaning took less than 2 hours. I also had the chance to learn more about the Invisalign system and was given a quote before I left. I returned 2 weeks later for a filling. The staff I came in contact with during those two visits were friendly, patient, and professional. The office is clean, well organized, and modern. Dr Kiuftis only cares about money. He told me I needed a root canal but said he would do the cap before the root canal. I wasn't even having any pain. He did the cap spent about 20 minutes grinding my tooth then left. He left the building and just left the assistant there to finish the work. She had trouble and there was no doctor there to help. Other assistants came in to try and help her and they finally got done. Isn't that illegal for the doctor to just leave the building to go home? I went to get the root canal done and was told I didn't need one. Did I even need the cap? The front desk girl told me I should get a warranty on the cap to get it replaced for free. I got it but it's not free I paid for it and after looking into it the doctor gets paid when he replaces the cap. I've ready had it replaced once. I think dr Kiuftis is double dipping. Telling me I need treatment I don't and possibly doing treatment I didn't need in the first place. read more

From the doctor, to the techs, to the front desk. I actually started looking forward to my appointment each time. The best thing is Doctor Chris K. Listened to what I wanted to do and rather than taking me down a road that would lead me back he agreed with my game plan and we got right to work. Zero stars if I could, I am very disappointed, I won't come back. My experience here was awful. I had an appointment for my cavities and Dr. Simpson was complaining to the nurses about not wanting to continue while working on my teeth. So he then finishes some of the fillings and just walks off and doesn't say a word to me :(, he doesn't even give me instructions of what to do next. I also get charged for 4 fillings when he did half. So now I have to wait 2 months for him to finish. I will NOT wait that is ridiculous and unprofessional. Every-time I try to get an appointment here, it takes 2 months to get in, unless you take the time they offer you ONLY. It's really unfortunate, these reviews are very misleading. Unless you are interested in costly Cosmetic procedures or have perfect teeth, they don't have the time or patience for you. The whole place is Spa like and boy do you pay for it! In fact, months after you leave there, the billing department submits a $400.00 bill to you. Good luck reaching them, they don't answer or respond to phone calls. I would say move on and find a real office. You won't get a free monogrammed chapstick or moist towelettes but you stand you a great chance of getting your questions answered. read more

I thought this office had a nice ambience to it, shiny. But there are soo many people working there, it is necessary? I wasn't impressed by being put into multiple rooms and talking to multiple people. Answering the same questions over and over to 4 different people. Once I finally got into the chair for a cleaning, that was a joke! It was my first cleaning since having braces and my teeth straightened a lot, that hygienist is a awful job "cleaning" my teeth. I had to ask my orthodontist to clean what she didn't. Maybe the doctor should meet with his patients AFTER the cleaning to see what a "cleaning" job his hygienist does. And billing, double check your benefits, they tried to charge me after the fact my plan shows their "recommended treatment" was covered at 100%. If you only like pretty and shiny things, go here. First off i have to say Miss Jenny you are so special to my sons and myself you are one of the most beautiful, caring, kind people i've ever met in my life...I first started with Dr Simpson when he was downtown with my son Kaleb he is 22 and autistic and it's very difficult to find such caring and patient people to treat him. It's been amazing with you guys my son absolutely loves coming here he is treated awesome every time!! He even gets through x-rays like it's nothing Lol...Jenny chats and giggles with him and his animal noises and doesn't blink an eye she just goes with the flow i love chatting with her about life and she's always interested in how Mr Kaleb has been and before you know it he's done and smiling the whole time. Dr Simpson comes in does his exam and viola. My youngest decided it was time to leave his paediatric dentist when he came with me one time he loved the whole vibe including Miss Jenny he made sure and told me (mom i want jenny too when i come in) hehehe Yes child anything to get you to love coming to the dentist!!!! Beautiful, upscale, modern office. It is a busy area now...but when they first opened this new location they were one of the first tenants and it was awesome to always have a perfect spot to park but now it has more businesses open it's a lil tricky but not too bad. This place is a scam, never in my life have I made a yelp review. It truly means something when I take the time out of my day to write this. I was in extreme pain so I decided to call this office because it looks really nice. I called and asked them if I could make an emergency appointment. They were very nice over the phone. I told the women I was talking to that my goal down the line was to get implants. She suggested I make my appointment for the following day because the doctor that does implants will be there. I told her that sounded good. About 10 min after getting off the phone I realized I won't be able to deal with the pain until the next day. So I called back and told her I would need the earliest appointment. She scheduled me that day at 2pm. I arrived at my appointment and they took me into the back, did X-rays and scrapped at my teeth like they normally do. It wasn't long after that I realized they weren't going to do anything for me that day. Nothing for the pain..... which is why I wanted an "EMERGENCY" appointment. Any way they walk me out to the front for "billing". They wanted me to pay almost 500 dollars out of pocket to schedule the next appointment. Mind you I have very good dental insurance that pays 90% of the bill. When I asked about it the women told me "if your insurance covers it we will reimburse you." I've never heard of that before. So here I am, just paid for an "emergency" appointment where they did absolutely nothing for the agonizing pain I was feeling and on top of that, they wanted me to pay almost 500 dollars out of pocket. I began steaming at the fact that I had just paid for an appointment where they did nothing for me. I kept myself together and told the women cancel everything I'll see you later. Three separate times told me I had a credit on my account that covered my fillings. Then once the work was done told me it was a software mistake and I owed money. I had called the day before to double check the work was covered. I understand mistakes happen but I was very disappointed in how little they seemed to care about a mistake on their end that was going to cost me hundreds of dollars. I didn't feel there was anything else I could have done on my end, and the lady at the front desk seemed incredibly unapologetic. I found BDG on google! It was clear that their customers were very happy with their service because they have an overall 4.5 stars, which is incredibly for a dentist office! I quickly called to make an appointment and spoke with the kindest woman! Although they were booked out for a month (which speaks volumes to their service quality) she manages to squeeze me in by making my exam and my cleanings, two different appointments. I was totally fine with that because she got me in that week! I went to my appointment yesterday and the office was STUNNING! So clean and incredibly up to date aesthetically! The ladies greeted me upon arrival and checked me in quickly. I was called back after waiting only about 5 minutes and we quickly began my ex rays! I love that you stay in one room the whole time - for exrays, exams, and I'm assuming cleanings as well. The dentist was incredible too. My exam was awesome and he was super helpful and did not pressure me to make any decisions that day. Unfortunately upon check out, We realized my insurance was HMO and not PPO. I loved my experience, but I was so bummed that my insurance does not cover their office. I've been seeing Dr. Simpson for about 5 maybe 6 years now. I've been to a lot of dentists over my lifetime and I feel very comfortable in their office. I've been to dentists before where you feel like you're being nickle and dimed and treatments are being "made up" for you. I don't get that at all here. I've been coming to Dr Kiuftis since he opened his practice! It is so luxurious for a dental office! The staff is beyond friendly and my hygienist is the best. Jenn has been cleaning my teeth for as long as I can remember. She makes me feel comfortable and I actually look forward to my appointments because of her. I love her she is very gentle but gets the job done when it comes to cleaning my teeth. We always have amazing conversations and the time flies by. The wait time to be seen is very minimal and I'd recommend this place! Staff is great and they even have fancy hot face towels which is new. read more

My last visit, Dr. Simpson insisted that the majority of my fillings were bad and wanted to replace them. I trusted him and let him replace several fillings, but not all of them, as I will not be returning to Dr. Simpson for anymore work. My last appointment was a nightmare. The Dr. administered an anesthetic and then said I needed to wait a few minutes for the anasthetic take effect. I then waited around 45 minutes for him to return, enough time for the anasthetic to start to wear off. This lead to the Dr. having to readminister anasthetic mid way through drilling out old fillings, requiring me to have sit agian, waiting for the anasthesia to take effect. After drilling out several fillings, Dr. Simpson was going to give me new fillings. I opted for ceramic fillings. Dr. Simpson put too much ceramic filling material in and on my tooth and let it set up, requiring that he use the drill, brutally, for about 15 minutes to remove the excess ceramic material just to make my tooth a normal shape. My visit was one of worst dental experiences I have had. I scheduled the appointment with more than enough time, but was late to get my son from school, despite letting them know at the beginning of the appointment that I had to pickeck him up. A few months after the visit, I HAD A FILLING FALL OUT THAT DR. SIMPSON HAD DONE. I set up an appointment to try and get the gaping hole from the lost filling fixed. I ended up getting called into work, and had to reschedule. I called to do this the day before my appointment and was told that I would be charged a $50 penalty for canceling 20 hours before, and not 24 hours. I explained that the appointment was to correct the Dr's poor work and that I would gladly reschedule, but was not going to pay the $50. Dr. Simpsons office staff was indifferent to the situation and charged me anyways. read more

I'm a client of Dr. Rimmer, whose practice Dr. Kiuftis was previously with. I was recently called by the BDG asking if I wanted to schedule a cleaning. Between that phone call and the postcard I received earlier in the week from BDG that stated "We've Moved" I was under the impression that Dr. Rimmer's practice had moved. This is not true. Dr. Rimmer's practice is where it always has been and is still servicing clients and honoring appointments. This feels to me like BDG is poaching clients through social engineering. I want Dr. Kiuftis and BDG to know that this seems dishonest, disrespectful, and I don't appreciate my personal information being used in this way. read more

So I've been struggling with finding a dentist that makes me comfortable and doesn't give me the run around. I've had two appointments so far and both times I've felt so welcome! I first met with Courtney and she was such a doll! I then met Dr Simpson who gave me a good explanation of what I needed done and what they can offer. It was a quick visit which I didn't mind. I had my second appointment yesterday where I was with the hygienist Jennifer who is just amazing! She was gentle and kept making sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. Met with Dr Simpson again and I just kept getting good vibes from everyone. The environment is amazing! She and I had a great conversation throughout my exam (it was like a little over an hour and a half long lol I needed some work!) and had a lot of laughs especially when I gargled water up onto my face and just couldn't stop laughing. It was as if I was with an old friend. That's how comfortable this office made me feel. I feel like a weight has been lifted since finding their office. My family and I go to Brimhall Dental Group for Dr. Simpson. He is a knowledgeable dentist who explains everything to you so you know exactly what's going on. The office is beautiful and state of the art. Dr. Simpson is also great with kids. I have 3 young kids (6, 4, & 2) and the 6 & 4 year olds love going to see Dr. Simpson and we'll be taking the 2 year old soon!
