Absolutely fantastic! Dr. Huang, I just wanted to sincerely thank you for what you've done for my grandma. For the past 15 + years, she struggled with her dentures, and something as simple as eating comfortably became a daily challenge. More than that, I could see how much it affected her confidence and the way she felt about herself. The new dentures you made for her have given her so much more than a new smile. You've given her back the ability to eat comfortably, smile confidently, and feel like herself again. It truly means more to our family than I can put into words. Thank you for taking the time and care to help her when she had been struggling for so long. You made a real difference in her life, and we will always be grateful for that.

I've been looking for a dentist for 15 years and during that time I developed broken teeth and cavities. Finding Dr. Lapsiwala we came up with a plan to save the teeth I have and give me upper dentures. Dr. Lapsiwala took care of my cavities and while he was using his drill I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! Dr. Lapsiwala cares about his patients to where he has a feather touch while working on my teeth. Dr. Lapsiwala mission is to give his patients the smile they want and need for quality of life. Unfortunately I only have Dentical for insurance, but he has a office staff that will fight to get the Procedures that are needed, so the plan that is decided between Doctor and Patient can be completed. I'm only a quarter way through my treatment, but so far I'm Impressed and very Happy with Dr. Lapsiwala and his Staff!

We have no idea how often he had done that during previous visits. As a result, I developed a deep aversion to dental work. The sights, sounds, and even smells of a dental office would fill me with anxiety, and for many years I avoided seeing a dentist whenever possible. HOWEVER, the team at Capital Dental Group completely put me at ease. I can honestly say that the team at Capital Dental Group has been nothing short of extraordinary. I especially want to recognize Dr. Richard Casteen, Dr. Robert Sharobiem, and Dr. Arfan Taba. Each of these professionals has demonstrated an exceptional combination of knowledge, skill, and kindness. They took the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure that I felt at ease throughout every visit. They and their staff members have been friendly, patient, compassionate, and seemed genuinely invested in making me feel comfortable. The staff at Capital Dental Group provided me with top notch treatment provided with a friendly manner, which is a rare combination. I am extremely grateful for the care I have received and would recommend this practice without hesitation to anyone looking for outstanding dental care in the Central Valley.

I have been a patient for twenty years, and in the last month, I have had to reschedule two appointments due to long wait times (30 then 40 mins). Their most qualified and efficient hygienists have retired or moved on. The kiosk check-in system is also faulty and does not always go through to the front desk, so they think you're late or a no-show unless you speak to the receptionist. There is also now a host standing by the kiosks... why? I am disappointed because I pay for PPO just to continue going to CD. I vote for them for Bakersfield's Best every year. And I have referred all of my friends and family to them throughout these years. But I won't be doing that anymore. Will report back if things improve.

I expressed these concerns while at the visit and the staff member seemed annoyed that I brought up my concern. She was also very aggressive and rough. Called and let them know and dr said he would redo. I also called and asked that next time I come in I be seen by a different staff member or dr if possible as I did not have a great experience. Amber the fronts desk said she would do her best and put it in the notes. My concern was obviously not charted or communicated because when I went in for the second visit I was seen by the same person. She again was very rough and aggressive with my mouth and made a comment that I may just need to be numbed. I let her know on my last visit when I got the numbing shot I was numb for a week and very sore I thought he hit a nerve, she had no response to that at all. Also the staff is very chatty with eachother while working on patients which does not create a very calming environment for someone who has anxiety when going to the dentist. Will not be returning.

I was a faithful patient but when I switched jobs about a year ago my new insurance initially provided to me was not accepted by Hall of Fame. I went on with my life with my new dentist, unsatisfied and unhappy. I knew that once I was able to switch my insurance back I was going back to Dr. Hall. The tail end of 2018 was the worst dental year for me because I had a nagging toothache that would not resolve despite two visits to my new-ish dentist. At the beginning of this year I went straight to Dr. Hall and they gave me the answers I needed. I'm very happy with the care I've received thus far (I didn't expect anything less). I'll be back in a few weeks for some follow-ups which I'm actually excited about. Hall of Fame has grown quite a bit over the last few years. It was half the size it is now when I first started going and I'm very impressed by how everything looks. All the rooms are clean, all the equipment is organized and new. The waiting area is comfy but very rarely will you sit for too long because they know how to schedule appointments appropriately. It seems Dr. Hall is always up to date with the new dental technology which is great for patients. The staff is still as wonderful as they were when I first started going here. I would highly recommend Dr. Hall and his group to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
