My initial exam was scheduled for 11 AM, I didn't get in until about 12 PM, just to be looked at for maybe a minute then I could schedule my actual root canal. The day of my root canal, my appointment is at 1 PM, I get in around 1:13. The dental hygienist who led me to the back (do not remember their name but they had 3 stars in place of their eyebrows) was incredibly kind and friendly. They told me what was going to happen and when. In the procedure, they made sure to pay attention to if I was in pain and generally if it was all going well. The Endodontist who was doing my procedure (also don't recall his name) didn't really speak to me. I asked before the procedure about how long it would be, and was given an estimate of about 30-60 minutes. I was there for 2 hours without any knowledge as to why it was taking so long. Mid-way through the procedure, the dental hygienist had to go on lunch so another took their place. This hygienist seemed in a bad mood from the start. Throughout the rest of the procedure, they were distracted, not paying attention, and seemed to not even be assisting the endodontist that well. A hook on the side that the hygienist was sitting on was falling out of my mouth, and I had to point it out. They didn't even fix it, the Endodontist did. At one point, he seemed to be fed up enough that he started to get the instruments and attachments he needed himself. The other hygienists and/or assistants seemed just as annoyed to help me. The chair for the procedure was incredibly uncomfortable, making the back of my head throb about an hour in. Even 20 minutes after I had gotten up, my head still hurt. Beyond all of that, the people at the front desk were kind and helpful both times I came in. The one hygienist with my star eyebrows took care of me incredibly well. If I were to need an Endodontists for another procedure, I would not go here.

Like most people going to the dentist has always given me mild anxiety, to the point where I hadn't been for a cleaning in about 4 years. I knew I needed to get my act together and some family members recommended Dr. D at Adept Dental. I went in resigned to just get through it and was shocked at how much I actually ENJOYED the experience. The staff were all so kind, funny, professional and very very good at their jobs. I've never had dental procedures with so little discomfort. Not just no pain, but no weird tastes, no gross textures in my mouth for too long. I went back a few weeks after the cleaning to get a filling done and a chip fixed. I had decided to just live with chip because I hated the idea of dental work, but after my first experience I trusted Dr. D and staff. Oh my gosh they did such an amazing job. No pain, no discomfort, quick procedure and great results! I'm so happy with how it all looks! Fast forward to 50 years later, walked into Adept Dental and was introduced to Dr. Slaughter and Bree who reassured me they would be with me throughout my dental plan. They are AMAZING!!! Today was my first visit at adept dental group. I ended up choosing this dental office because of the next-door app and the reviews I saw.I have really high anxiety when it comes to seeing a dentist due to the issues I have experienced with previous dentists. However this visit was completely different. All the staff were friendly and the dentist Dr. Mortensen was very nice and paid very close attention to detail. I even found out at this visit that I clench my teeth and I did not even realize that. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable with the whole process. He did not try to rush me in and out. We switched to this dental office when Dr. Hendricks switched here, and we are grateful we did. My 17 year old had her wisdom teeth extracted today, and the office was the classic example of perfect customer service and treatment during the misery of having to get teeth extracted. The office called before the procedure and gave detailed info how to prep and what to expect; while we were there everyone was so friendly and helpful; and my daughter's procedure was handled efficiently and without complications. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jessica, my dental hygienist. She has completely transformed my view of going to the dentist. I've had such good experiences with this dental office! The receptionists are super friendly and Dr. Hendricks has really helped my teeth. I came in having gone to a dentist 6 months previous and she found a bunch of cavities and badly done fillings (which she showed me with photos so I could see) that the previous dental office didn't notice! I am NOT a fan of going to the dentist at all. However, Adept Dental Group makes going to the dentist not bad at all. I'm still scared when I go but the entire team make me so comfortable. Dr. D is amazing! It had been two years since I was there and he remembered that I love Tory Burch products. That might seem irrelevant but it actually demonstrated that he pays attention to his patients. It translated into him remembering I was a big dentist chicken so he made sure to also make me comfortable. Adept Dental provides exceptional service. We were greeted by friendly front office staff and our dental hygienist Delia brought us back promptly. Delia was incredibly friendly as always, remembering all that we had talked about months prior. Furthermore, Dr. Mortensen was so incredibly darling and attentive to my 3 year old son and 5 year old daughter during their check-ups. It's shockingly difficult to find a decent dentist office in town. I'm grateful to this place. The dentist we see is friendly, the office is clean, they explain what they're doing and cost, dentist and tech try to keep you comfortable and from drooling all over yourself, but most importantly, they are careful and do good work so you don't have to have it redone in 2 years. I decided to follow my favorite dentist, Dr Hendricks, to Adept Dental. It was so reassuring to see familiar faces, and those that I hadn't met before were so kind and friendly and efficient. I truely believe this is the best dental office in town and I always encourage friends and family to go here. This office is CLEAN and they seem to use updated techniques and technology. Dr. D (as we call him) and his staff understand the pain of a toothache. The front desk fit me in quickly,granted I've been going for a while, but this is normal for them. I've had broken teeth, and lots of problems in the past. Each time they were quick too do the best for me in a painful situation. The staff was incredibly friendly and caring from the moment I walked in. I came in with a chipped…read moretooth that needed to be repaired, and Dr. Dehnadi did an amazing job. My tooth looks perfect now and I'm so happy with the result! I was also due for a cleaning, and their hygienist Katie (sorry if I'm spelling that wrong) was extremely thorough and gentle. Overall, a great experience.
