Dr Allen Mossaei is phenomenal! I was in severe pain and needed a new dentist asap because my last one misdiagnosed me and removed a wisdom tooth without my consent. Dr Mossaei examined me and was the first dentist to find out that I was in serious need of 4 root canals. He was even honest when he had doubts that he could safely perform the rct and referred me elsewhere to a rct specialist. I am still under treatment for a few other things but I will definitely keep coming back. The staff is always very kind and helpful. I'm so glad I finally found a great dentist. read more

I didn't like this place for the simple fact that I went for a check up and cleaning and all they did was do X-rays and polish my teeth. At my old dentist they'd actually take plaque off and then they professionally floss your teeth then polish but not here. I've gone twice this year and every visit same thing. The only reason I came here was because my insurance changed and now we have Dentical. So I'd honestly find a good dentist that actually cleans the teeth not just polishes and sends you home. It's kinda pointless coming here if they don't do the whole process of a cleaning and I bet they charge the insurance for an actual cleaning smh. read more

Had an appointment for my child and before even being seen the power went out!! Had to leave and was told I would get a call to reschedule but never received one.. had to call them back to reschedule and upon return they didn't come and get me after the X-ray and proceeded to explain treatment in lobby! Never was able to speak with the actual doctor about possible treatment and staff had no knowledge and couldn't explain anything at all!! Waste of benefits read more

I was a little apprehensive about going here only because of my dentist anxiety. But I will say the doctor will get the job done. I do like how they schedule you within like 2 weeks from being seen. The front desk receptionist is really nice, helpful and accommodating. She ensures you not to worry. Some of the other ladies that help the doctor in the back can be rude and not very informative of what they are doing and why. I get it that they see a lot of patients, but they do need to take into consideration that not all patients are eager for dental treatment, although it's needed. Maybe they should approach patients with the level of understanding that patients do get nervous or experience anxiety & asking patients of their level of comfort when providing treatment. read more

Update I had my temporary crown put on today. The staff has excellent customer service. I was extremely nervous but they made me feel very comfortable. The dentist are efficient and highly skillful. I have had several visits to this dentist. I don't have anything bad to say about the staff or dentist himself, but I'm very confused on their services. I recently starting going to this specific office because they took my insurance. I have kern family because I'm a single mom and a 1099 employee. Today was my second time getting a "regular cleaning" this time around I asked why they didn't use a scaler to clean my teeth. Since that is included in basic cleanings. I've just had the polisher done both times and my teeth don't feel clean. I called my last two dentist offices where I had better insurance and they both said the basic cleaning involved cleaning off the tartar and then then follow with the polisher. I got home and googled it and it said that exactly. I'm just wondering if this office doesn't do the proper cleaning if you don't have great insurance. They told me I needed a "deep cleaning" I get that but also I need it because for two years I haven't had a proper basic cleaning. When I asked about it they just pushed the deep cleaning when I'm 32 years old with minor teeth issues. It's odd and I won't be back to this office again since I couldn't get a direct answer from them. read more

I will never be back to this dentistry. They are a rip off and very money hungry. They were working on me but wouldn't communicate with what they were doing to my teeth i had ask questions. Also, they basically set me up with making me come in another day to pay $400 for a simple treatment. my old dentist wouldn't have charged me that much. when i told them "im sorry that's too expensive i'll call you guys to see if i have time to come in another day" they started to treat me different. yet why are they charging so damn much? i wouldn't recommend this dentist. save yourself money AND time, and just go somewhere else. read more

You are better off going to western dental where they have different offices in town, in case this were to happen you can at least transfer to a different location in town.
