So Dr. Chen has all of the credentials of top schools, I think UCLA for dental school and a fantastic office and staff. All super nice and accommodating to crazy schedules and so forth. My two oldest have gotten braces and my oldest is done and her teeth look perfect, amazing smile. My son is still mid process but looking great. The best part about Dr. Chen is an amazing service/product for a very reasonable price, that is because his office probably isn't very expensive. His office is very clean and neat and in a great location, but if you want to go to an orthodontist with a brand new office with huge overhead, then you will been paying for that, as well as your braces. Our daughter just completed phase 1 of her treatment with Dr. Chen, and her teeth look beautiful! Dr. Chen really took his time in explaining the whole process to us. He has a very calm and pleasant nature, which I appreciated, especially since my daughter was only 8 when she got her braces on. His staff is friendly, courteous and always very helpful. I was very happy with my results after the care I received at Chen Orthodontics. My daughter and I both got braces and Dr. Chen and his staff where always very friendly and knowledgeable with our care and maintenance of our braces. Dr. Chen was very attentive and made sure that if we had any questions or concerns, he addressed immediately. Both my children and myself have completed our ortho treatment at this office. Dr. Chen is amazing. He is genuine and cares for his patients. The staff are all kind and help to accommodate a busy working mother's schedule. I am an older woman and was reluctant to get banded, but i am glad i did. 15 months and i'm done with treatment. Wow, the new location is very nice and welcoming. I've been a patient at Chen Orthodontics for about 3 years. Dr. Chen has been on of the greatest doctors that I ever had.
