I would rather walk on hot coals. BUT Dr. Bohman always keeps me calm. She is so caring and aware of my insane fear. Her staff are great with my children and treat them with respect & kindness. Dr. Jong was able to give me the attention needed even without an appointment. I was very impressed with the equipment in his facility and his ability to perform a CT scan finding an abscess in my tooth. Right then and there he performed part one of a root cannel for me, putting me out of my misery. After 4 nights of not sleeping I cannot thank Dr Jong and his staff enough for doing this for me. The office manager went back and forth with me and refused to provide me with an itemized statement. I sent her a copy of my EOB and she finally agreed that I don't owe the full amount she was charging me, and that my EOB was accurate. I asked her what would happen in the event I did overpay and she said I would have to request a refund. Then, one of the fillings done by their dentist broke and I reached out to the office to see if I could schedule an appointment. The receptionist explained that I owe $189 for a missed appointment which is extremely excessive, yet she was unable to provide any information pertaining to the appointment date. She explained that I supposedly missed a total of three appointments, which is not true. When I requested a bill for this, she told me that she was unable to send me one either by mail or email and asked me if I wanted to pay over the phone.
