Doctor Taylor was engaged, explained the injury and what I needed to do to regain mobility in my hand. The nursing staff was very supportive & I felt like I was in good hands. On follow-up I met with Jonathan & he was also superb. Asked questions, and made a number of suggestions that I think will be very useful. Jonathan thought to ask about other potential injuries from the fall to look out for - I'd banged my knee pretty hard, but it had been kinda neglected. From the moment I called her, I liked her. She squeezed me in her super busy schedule almost right away when I told her what was happening and that I wanted to get back on trail and was super nice. They were able to see me almost right away from when I called, the receptionist and assistant lady were super nice and Dr Hayman was super professional and really seemed to care.
