Since the last review was 2015, I thought I'd relate my recent experience: I injured my hand in a…read morefall and was referred to VOI. I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. Doctor Taylor was engaged, explained the injury and what I needed to do to regain mobility in my hand. The nursing staff was very supportive & I felt like I was in good hands. On follow-up I met with Jonathan & he was also superb. Asked questions, and made a number of suggestions that I think will be very useful. Jonathan thought to ask about other potential injuries from the fall to look out for - I'd banged my knee pretty hard, but it had been kinda neglected. Good experience all around (except for the accident part).

Impressive! Omni has turned itself…read morearound. I used to hate coming here. However, yesterday I called to make an appointment and they took me in today. They took me in before my appointment time which is the opposite of what used to happen. Today Physician Assistant Chantelle Utey took care of me today. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, confident, polite, and made me feel like I was back in South Orange County. Omni must be under new management because this is not the Omni I remember. If you are a new managager; thank you for doing a great job. I would have given a five star rating; but I have to see consistent service from future visits to verify that this was not a one time exception. The nurse who took my blood today found the vein the very first time as was very professional. Thank you all for great service!

The first time it was to get refills for 2 medications. I drove to the Ridgecrest office and when I told receptionist she made me check in, then nurse came out, took info down, and called me shortly after to tell me that the NP I see wasn't comfortable writing either Rx & wanted me to see Psychiatrist. I have been taking antidepressants for over 25 years, and I had no refills left. I don't know why she didn't write Rx for 1 month to give me time to see my Dr. My primary Dr. told me I had to get bloodwork first & then would write Rx after that at follow up appointment. I have been out of my Sertraline for 4 days. It is an antidepressant, NOT a narcotic. Do these people realize how BAD it is to go off of antidepressants for any length of time? That's what causes people to go postal!

My husband finally got one physical therapist to actually come out for 3 times in a row. The occupational therapists would schedule an appointment but then cancel on the day and this was a month from when he got home. He was due 6 visits and he received 2 then they just sent out a review nurse, who said he didn't need them any more! Talking with the coordinator was a joke because either he was non responsive to my calls or just not there. In other words don't use this service if you want your loved one needs in-home help!!

My mom suffered a severe stroke and has been under Superior Home Health since November 14, 2026…read more Considering that Sweden left my mom without a nurse to settle her in the home on our very first day of service with them, I shouldn't have been surprised that their assistance would be lacking and uncaring. Jaja (the care coordinator) delayed what should have been a routine urinalysis by twenty days. Her behavior was unprofessional, unpleasant and uncaring 100%. I asked for her supervisor Josie to call me which never happened. Today I finally got to speak with Ena, the Director of Medical Care only to be "redirected " to another home health agency. Again, 100% unprofessional behavior. If the director of medical care penalizes a patient for advocating for her well being and health, imagine how the rest of the staff behave. I asked to speak with Ulysses (the director of this agency) and I was not able to do so. I would never recommend this agency and if I could give them zero stars I would. But that's not an option.

STAY AWAY from this deceitful outfit…read more I've been trying to get a simple wound care visiting nurse arranged with Bridge for over a WEEK So, I got a doctor's order. Had that order delivered to Bridge. Was reassured by Bridge again and again that service would soon begin. Waited patiently for service. NOTHING. NADA. Followed up with phone calls. More reassurance. STILL NO SERVICE. NADA. Called again. Now, not even a live pick up. Right to voice mail. And predictably no answer to my messages left. They just lied the whole time STAY AWAY Why are they still allowed to stay in business?
