Had a first appointment for about 15 vials of blood. Michael M once again, on time, and provided a painless blood draw experience. I was his first customer and he was great. I didn't feel a thing throughout, and even the cotton wool bud he applied afterwards had no blood on it after I removed it later in the day. Michael is without doubt the best phlebotomist I have ever had and he is always polite, considerate and cheerful. Great job Michael! read more

I understand Quest isn't in the business of providing stellar customer service, but I was expecting mediocre to say the least. But no, Instead what I got was The most infuriating experience I've ever had. A simple, routine drug screen. Waited in the lobby for AN HOUR after having to run home and get a different form of identification. Apparently I lost my "appointment" status during this time. When I got back I was considered a "walk-in" and had about 8 people go ahead of me. When I first explained to the lady that this was a time sensitive drug screen, I had to pee extremely bad (because I was advised to hold it, of course), and I had an appointment before, she said she would be right out to see me. She DID NOT. Then, after AN HOUR they sent me to a DIFFERENT location. Apparently this was them providing us a "courtesy". I very clearly heard the gentleman (apparently the only person on the premises that can administer these very, very common drug screens) say he was taking a lunch. And that he "didn't give a f*ck" about the people waiting in the lobby. Disgusting experience. Need to go run a 5k and take a Xanax after that morning. read more

Had a good experience so thought I'd post on it. Came in on a Wednesday around 9:30am to get some blood drawn. Didn't have an appointment, but was seen within 10-15 minutes. My phlebotomist was professional and quickly pulled up my information. I needed two vials of blood drawn, and I didn't even know I'd been stuck until I looked. Then I was quickly on my way! One minor complaint is that the sign-in procedure isn't quite clear, but just sign in at the desk and they will call you up from that list when they get to you. read more

I have been to this location a few times -- with and without a reservation -- and they've always been consistently great. I have never waited more than 15 minutes and the lab techs have all been very professional, sometimes calling the physician to verify some specifics on a given test just to be exceedingly thorough. A general physician has told me he has a preference for Quest over another ubiquitous medical lab provider in the area so I have made it a point to go here anytime I need lab work. I don't doubt the veracity of some reviewers stating they had to wait a long while, but, again, that's not been my experience. I have never seen the office heavily staffed so it's certainly possible there've been some delays to be seen. I wonder if as many people who have had a good experience posted a review compared to the number of ones who were unhappy who have posted negatively, there might be an improvement in the average score. read more

I go here regularly. At least every two weeks. Usually it's Adely, sometimes it's Mike and sometimes it's others. Everyone does great, is respectful and kind and they chat with me during the blood draw. I used to have to go to CPL because of insurance, and I was often mistreated to the point I called the manager once. This has never been the case at Quest. read more

TERRIBLE location!! The staff was incredibly rude and very disorganized. I came in for a pre-employment drug test and left unsure if they actually had my sample since they tried to have me sign the wrong persons paperwork and after I did sign my paperwork, would not provide me with any type of receipt. Thankfully they did manage to send my sample (or at least someone else's that was also clean) to my employer and I got the job. After hours of waiting there and then the nervousness from their incompetency, I would never recommend anyone coming to this location if they can avoid it! read more

I went here expecting bad service since they only had 2 stars. I got great service from Rebecca today. I gave them 4 stars because the door wasn't unlocked when they opened and one of the staff wasn't portraying a happy image but luckily I dealt with Rebecca and had great service. read more

Absolutely the most impersonal business I've ever encountered. Can't speak to a human to book an appointment, got there before it opened, lady that unlocked the door didn't make eye contact over even acknowledged me. No receptionist only an iPad to check in. Wonder how many germs were on it. Failed to send my dr the results. Awful experience. read more

Avoid avoid avoid!!! There is only one employee working at all times, so basically you have to wait at least a half an hour just to talk to the receptionist/phlebotomist/janitor. I'm 40 minutes deep in the waiting room right now, and the crowd is piling up like MOPAC traffic. It really doesn't matter if you have an appointment; you will be waiting for eternity regardless. If your insurance company makes you come here, I deeply apologize. read more

When these guys were over at Midtown they functioned a whole lot better. Quest has convenient Saturday hours, but, I strongly recommend you make an appointment. I went in on Saturday for some routine labs, and, was gravely disappointed in the service. I was number eight in line, and, it took over an hour. When I signed in there was no one at the window to greet me. In fact no one showed up at that window for 30 minutes after I signed in! I finally figured out that they had two technicians working. They didn't appear to communicate with one another and were unorganized. They gave no direction to the customers which left us all sitting in the lobby complaining. Finally, when I was called back, the technician ended up sticking me twice! I have very nice big and juicy veins that you don't even need a tourniquet for. I will keep them at a three star rating for the convenience of Saturday hours, the Gazelle app, which sends the results to my phone, and, the quick turn around to my doctor's office. read more

This place has terrible customer service and should be avoided at all costs. Be prepared to wait hours even if you have an appointment.

I have had many tests run by these guys. They have messed some of these tests which required new blood draws. By far the most frustrating is how IMPOSSIBLE it is to get any information or reply from them. every corner is a dead end street. They either ignore or refuse to get back to you through e-mails and phone contact is non existent. I recommend that you look for another test facility if at all possible. read more

I am starting a new job, so I had to come to quest diagnostics for a drug screen. The receptionist was very rude and acknowledged me by saying "sign in". The lady with red hair and tattoos who did my drug screen was a total witch. I let her know that I was there for a urine test and she rudely said, "I'm aware of what test you're here for". She was unbelievably rude and I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

The staff tries very hard to remain functional and friendly but Quest is the worst lab I've ever experienced and that's saying a lot. They cut back on personnel until only ONE person is usually in the office trying to answer phones, draw blood, receive doctors' faxes, etc. It is a crying shame (and dangerous) they can't operate better than this. Quest HQ, if you're seeing this, shut down or get some folks to work in your labs. I live an hour away and need special tests for my rare disease. If I have to drive into town only to learn I can't get the draw I scheduled in advance because YOU don't have the proper tubes, that's time and gasoline wasted. If my insurance didn't require me to use Quest, I would go somewhere else. read more

When someone is about to stick a needle in you, the last thing you want is attitude. All of the logistics were great, but it would have been more pleasant if I just had a robot do it. I walked in expecting to wait, since it was about 20 minutes until my appointment time. I walked in the door and the lady at the front, without even looking at me, says "what?" and I told her I was there for blood work, so she presses the buzzer and says "come back." We go into the room and she tells me to sit, so I do. I then hand her the wrong insurance card, which I am given a look of condescension - I mean, how could I be so stupid, it being 7 in the morning. Luckily, the needle prick was quick and painless and she did a great job doing what I needed done. I suppose I will chalk up the unpleasant demeanor to it being so early, but when you are getting a very unpleasant thing done to you, you are hoping for a little kindness. Overall, the whole thing took about 10 minutes, so I was happy about that. read more

Very unfortunate experience. I was the first person in and was very rudely greeted. She told me to sit down and then someone else came in ten minutes after and she called her right back. After her test the employees were just hanging out and making coffee while I continued to sit in the waiting room. I should have been in and out in fifteen minutes but instead it took almost an hour....with an empty waiting room!!!!!!!!!! read more

The people were nice. But it took forever. All anyone cares about when it comes to getting lab work is how quick can I get in and out. This place is dead last I that respect hence 1 star. I saw 3 people just walk out because they couldn't disrupt the rest of their day any further. Not the employees fault she is the only person there. Once I was in she was nice, quick, painless. Giving blood is never pleasant. My experience with this location has been adequate. The waiting room was clean enough . The wait was short enough. I wouldn't say this location is extraordinary in any way but not a horrible experience. read more

Went here for some blood work. Was expecting to have to wait for a while but the male lab tech, mike, helped me right away. He was very friendly, professional, and fast when it came to drawing my blood. You can tell that they're over worked and under staffed however, which is unfortunate. Depending on the day and time will most likely influence your decision on the place. My recommendation is to schedule an appointment and to cut the phlebotamist and lab techs some slack considering how short staffed they are. read more
