Can't even find the quest I'm looking for, it doesn't pop up. IF YOU HAVE QUEST LAB TESTING TO BE DONE....RUN AWAY....FAR AWAY to any lab test place there is, demand your doctor send it to a different lab. I'm very very very sock( I'm about to lose my health insurance with two little boys, due to divorce. My IFD doctor ordered $2000 of testing to be done, to see what autoimmune disorder is attacking my body. I've been sick every single week. I'm about to lose my insurance, i go, get this testing done. Took me 20 min on the phone, JUST to make an appt with a automated machine. Then, to try to create an account my name "doesn't exist" So, they either spelled my name wrong, or lost my stuff. Then I try to use the online "assistant". Simple "need test results" i wrote, and it said "I'm sorry, i don't understand what you are asking". So i put "test results". "I'm sorry, I don't understand what you're asking.". Omfg, so, i create a online profile. NOPE. I typed in my question to send to them and it says. "Remove spaces and special characters from message." So, I did, still won't accept my message. Trying to talk to anyone on the phone, you need a good hour to even get that done, and finally when the operator answers, they will be vile, and rude and tell you they cannot assist you..... So, let me get this straight? You want $2000 from me, to run tests I never get back, i can't access, i can't find, you don't have any easily accessible source of information or customer service. AGAIN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Go to ANY LAB TEST NOW, and you can get your stuff within a couple of days, for half the price EASILY, no headache, they literally email the results to you. I wouldn't use this place if i was dying, and it was the last place on earth. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Employees hate their jobs. Inaccessible. Unaffordable. Unattainable. Waste of my life. Now, im going to have to find a place, that can redo this blood work, before i lose my insurance, and don't find out why im sick. Had covid 4 times last year, and now, im as sick as i possibly can be, working 6-7 days a week, needing a solution as I'm a single mom who needs to be well, Thank you for nothing quest. I went here right after work and realized they opened at 7am not 7:30 like yelp previously said. I also didn't know that drug screen tests weren't done until 8am but I needed it done for pre employment so I checked in and stayed. There was like 6 people there when I arrive at 7:10 and they were all in and gone by 7:30. The lady let me go back 10 minutes early since I had been waiting all this time. Everyone wad very friendly and I would totally go back her3 anytime I needed work done. read more

Dont go here for your Cocid19 testing if you need it within 3 days. I purchased $130 covid test on a Wednesday and performed the test. Today is friday and i am flying to hawaii with still no results. Its been 3 days now and ived called 3 times. They keep saying it takes 3 days. Its been 3 days and when i bought my test it states word for word "results will be completed within 24-48 hours" i have the email to provide proof. Now i am stuck in Hawaii quarantine for 2 weeks for their delay. DONT GO TO QUEST. read more

Not sure about the negative reviews but this place is easy to find, easy in and out and the people are not unfriendly. I like this one more than other locations. The waiting room is pretty small though. Tip- they are located in twin creeks medical building 2. First floor when you walk in it's on the right (suite 100). read more

Horrible experience. Showed up as a walk-in to have an STD screening done. Waited in the office for 15 minutes before anyone came to the window. Was told I couldn't do so without a doctor's order. Told the lady that their web presence didn't state that, and that walk-ins are supposedly welcome. No. However, I could call my physician and get a test ordered. Don't have one. Well, yes, walk-ins are (suddenly) allowed, but you have to order it ahead of time. "Oh - well, then just go out into the hallway and use your smart phone to place an order." I asked if it was unlawful to do so from within the waiting room (because it made no sense to have to go into the hallway). Oh, it's OK to do it here. Ever try to navigate their site via phone? Good luck. She offered nothing but stumbling blocks, and no help of any kind (like invite me into the office and help me set it up since they presumably know very well how all that works). It's one hell of a bad way to treat customers - especially those who are going to be paying around $300 for their services. So, I arranged time away from work and proper timing of water intake (for the urine sample) all for nothing. Waste of time and effort. So much for trying to be socially responsible, 'eh? It'll be a cold day in hell before I darken their doorway again, and I obviously can't recommend using them. read more

Terrible customer service, rude lab. No one acknowledged us and when we went to ask a question we were told someone else would help us and she walked away. Both women here need to realize we are the reason they are working. All the people waiting were talking to each other and complaining. Will not come to this quest again. read more

I have always had good experiences at other Quest Diagnostics, but this one is awful. I came in early this week for blood work, only to find out days later at my doctor's appointment that they only did one of the three labs on the order. The doctor had to send me back, so I drove all the way out there, waited 25 mins to be called back, then the technician told me I had to be fasting. I called my doctor immediately and they said "No, you don't. We even have it specified in your orders that you don't." I told that information to the tech and she refused and said it was required. The doctor offered to call them but I left because I couldn't deal with them (or the attitude) anymore. I'll be going to a different Quest tomorrow and never returning to this one. read more

Holy crap - Shamika (sp?) was AMAZING!!! Every time my son has his blood drawn he gets stuck 2-3 times, and each of those includes multiple "digging" stabs. Shamika did it on her first try, and he didn't even feel it. THANK YOU!!! PS. I felt terrible because I didn't know they closed at 4:30 and we arrived at 4:25. But they didn't complain and got us in and out in 5 minutes. read more

I had a really bad experience, as I had my appointment scheduled for biometric screenings. This place has no receptionist, so I had to checked in using the kiosk, which was fine. Waited for 20 minutes, than a tech came and said that my name wasn't in the system and that I had to call a 800 number (Health & Wellness Service Center). I spent over 10 minutes on hold. Once I got the chance to talk to someone, he asked me my name, address, DOB, etc, then said that he was sending the need form by email... wait and nothing, then he said he was going to send by fax... waited 20 more minutes... no fax. I went home, checked the website, no additional info. So I called the 800 number again. 10 more minutes on hold. Same questions asked He checked and saw the fax submitted earlier on, so asked me to call the lab again and see if they had finally received the fax. I called. Remember this lab has no receptionist. I tried every single dial options and could not speak with anyone. At the end, the voice message said that the voice mall box was full. I will never go back to this lab again read more

Staff was rude to my girlfriend on the phone, and then was arguing loudly in front of patients about some sort of paperwork. Overall, staff is incredibly unprofessional. Would never return here for anything I was paying for. read more

I looked over all Quest locations for reviews to figure out which one to visit, and all of them are 1-2 stars overall. Most reviewers talked about staff being not-so-warm etc... I've been to few other Quest places and I'd say this one is the most clean and new, my questions were answered, my child was taken care of. We had to draw five tubes of blood from the vein of a two year old kid. I was in-and-out in 12 mins ... I'd come back here again. read more

Came in for biometrics / wellness screen 15 minutes ahead of my morning appointment. There were 3 others seated in the waiting room and from the sign-in sheet it looked like i was the only one with appointed. In all appearances, they called patients in order of sign-in. One prerson crossed out her name and walked off. (ive no idea if that was from waiting too long or something else.). One person was called in ahead of me. I was called at around my appointed time. Highlights of the rating: 1. The technician (or nurse?) was friendly. She had a smile on, was pleasant with the small talk, and was engaging (vs crisp order from a drill sargeant). 2. I had special instructions for my blood draw and technician was accomodating... and understood them! 3. Technician was efficient. This is very important for me. i have had experiences with other techs who take multiple attempts at sticking in a needle for a blood draw. Not to mention those times when they miss and keep on repositioning the needle while inside your arm. With this particular technician, the needle was in quickly, blood came out on first attempt and she didnt have to squeeze my arm for more. 4. She didnt forgot to say "bye", "take care", "enjoy the weekend". Were all people and these little things count. read more

I arrived early for my 8:30 appointment, and wasn't called back for an hour - while all the walk-ins went before me. Finally I was called, only to be told that my orders had not been sent from Quest Wellness Center. I was given a number to call and told to ask them to fax the order. When I called, the person needed some more information, but I could not get the attention of any of the people in the back. I finally was able to shout loud enough that a woman came out and told me to "take a seat," they'd be with me in a few minutes. I told her I had someone on the phone who needed information to fax my order and she rolled her eyes and gave me a piece of paper with the fax number (which I already had!) and shut the door in my face. I will never come back here! Rude and unprofessional. read more

My 5 year old had to get blood drawn. She was so sweet and loving to my child. He was laughing and giving her high 5's on his way out. On the way in he was crying and scared. They did great with my baby! This will be my first choice to take care of my family. read more

Very unfriendly place. Kind of like a bad movie scene. No human receptionist or personnel in sight. Computer sign in says our wait will be 10 mins- that was 20 mins ago. You could die in this waiting room and the staff wouldn't know. There is a young girl here on a timed glucose test and she is knocking on the door to get their attention as it is time for another draw. No one has answered. They should at least have a bell to ring for help, or a human being to handle out of the box situations. A computer can't handle everything!!!! read more

The lab at Allen 75013 has very rude staff especially the black woman with short blonde hair. She's arguing loudly in front desk with another customer in mean way. This place is a joke! I called to verify that they had received a fax from my doctor with an updated code. I spoke to a person named Ebony who was the worst customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. She was short, rude and did not answer any of my questions. I've now had several experiences with Quest Diagnostics and they have ALL been negative. I am so glad that my doctor has switched to using another lab. They never want to correct their billing errors, have horrible customer service and price gouge. You will have to fight tooth and nail to correct their errors, often doing the same thing over and over, to no avail. I would suggest avoid using Quest at all costs. read more
