    I am so sick of this place sending us bills 1 and 2 years after visiting there. My wife's employer told her that this place was a "preferred provider" for COVID testing. This is our THIRD balance bill from this practice. This is actually the cheapest one we've received. I am tired of paying our copay, paying insurance then year(s) later paying these people. We will not be going back.

    I was able to get in quickly, get seen and get out with a short wait at my local pharmacy. I appreciate being seen quickly considering I wasn't feeling well and still needed to get home to my family. I'm thankful FastDoc was in my insurance network.

    Jury (PA) was great. Wait time was minimal. Front desk staff was thoughtful and efficient. Medical service was great. What's not to love?

I recently had an MRI at NorthStar Diagnostic Imaging , Allen, and I have to say... I was not expecting to leave smiling after voluntarily entering what is essentially a very polite, high-tech tube. But here we are. From the moment I walked in, the staff operated like a well-rehearsed pit crew--efficient, friendly, and reassuring without overdoing it. There's a calm professionalism in the air that makes you feel like you're in very capable hands (and not about to be launched into orbit... probably). And then there's Zahra--the MRI professional who deserves her own spotlight. If there were an Employee of the Month (EOM) hall of fame, she'd already have a reserved parking space. Clear instructions, great energy, and just the right amount of humor to make the whole process smooth and surprisingly pleasant. She turned what could have been a tense experience into something that felt easy and even--dare I say--enjoyable. Bottom line: If you ever find yourself needing an MRI and wondering where to go, skip the rocket ship--NorthStar Diagnostic Imaging will get you stellar service right here on Earth.

I only found out after a recent visit and not until after when insurance settled and they wanted the remainder due, I found then the credit was applied. I called them twice to alert and politely complain about them having my $$ for 2 years. No explanation other than it was applied to your bill. Good customer service would have returned my money long ago. I wonder how many others are due money and have no clue. I'll choose others for service going forward.

I'm very very very sock( I'm about to lose my health insurance with two little boys, due to divorce. My IFD doctor ordered $2000 of testing to be done, to see what autoimmune disorder is attacking my body. I've been sick every single week. I'm about to lose my insurance, i go, get this testing done. Took me 20 min on the phone, JUST to make an appt with a automated machine. Then, to try to create an account my name "doesn't exist" So, they either spelled my name wrong, or lost my stuff. Then I try to use the online "assistant". Simple "need test results" i wrote, and it said "I'm sorry, i don't understand what you are asking". So i put "test results". "I'm sorry, I don't understand what you're asking.". Omfg, so, i create a online profile. NOPE. I typed in my question to send to them and it says. "Remove spaces and special characters from message." So, I did, still won't accept my message. Trying to talk to anyone on the phone, you need a good hour to even get that done, and finally when the operator answers, they will be vile, and rude and tell you they cannot assist you..... So, let me get this straight? You want $2000 from me, to run tests I never get back, i can't access, i can't find, you don't have any easily accessible source of information or customer service. AGAIN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Go to ANY LAB TEST NOW, and you can get your stuff within a couple of days, for half the price EASILY, no headache, they literally email the results to you. I wouldn't use this place if i was dying, and it was the last place on earth. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Employees hate their jobs. Inaccessible. Unaffordable. Unattainable. Waste of my life. Now, im going to have to find a place, that can redo this blood work, before i lose my insurance, and don't find out why im sick. Had covid 4 times last year, and now, im as sick as i possibly can be, working 6-7 days a week, needing a solution as I'm a single mom who needs to be well, Thank you for nothing quest.     Yearly mammogram...check! I was so happy to see this new location as it's closer to home/work and…read moremuch easier to navigate to for those close to the area. I've had all my mammograms performed at Solis and have had a good overall experience with them with the exception of one visit. I was very pleased with the person who performed my test, she was gracious, kind and knowledgeable, answered a few questions I had. The check in experience wasn't the best. Instructions advise one to show up 15 mins before apt time, doors opened a bit past apt time and because there was three of us waiting to check in, we were rushed in giving our names, updating profiles and showing ID/ins card. There was no privacy as everyone was addressed by both their first and last names, doctors info, etc. I would definitely return to this location but maybe schedule and apt in the middle of the morning or afternoon.

    The billing department is AWFUL! I am and have been fully covered yet they have denied me 8 times…read moresince October. All letters have been filled with lies such as "your insurance has responded on your account", but when I call my insurance, they have not had a claim on me yet! Also, they cite many various insurance companies have been contacted, but again, my insurance has not been contacted! The last denial states "patient cannot be identified" . I called Solis to get this rectified (they took all my info and said they would look into it), but never heard anything back from the solis office side, just rose imaging out of Ohio. Makes me never want to get a mammogram again. Do not go there unless you want billing problems.
