The medical assistant was very informative and sensitive to my needs. The doctor explained everything in detail and treated me very respectfully. I'm appalled. Our family has really appreciated this practice and used them many times - we've been coming back again and again, for efficient service and great providers. The new front-desk girl Mindy is determined to singlehandedly sink what was a once great practice, with her rude, impatient and openly abrasive attitude. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is an excuse for an establishment. They billed me 6 months later and are now making me pay for services that were supposed to be free. The consultation for Mounjaro is a scam. I called to complain and the lady said I was being hostile. I had a BP spike two weeks ago and had to visit FastDoc on a Sunday. Had a good visit with Doc Jurry and was able to get a quick refill on my Rx. He also refilled some other Rx's that I needed and did so with hesitation. The office staff were all genuinely kind and receptive - which seemed out of the norm for the urgent cares I've visited in the past. This is our THIRD balance bill from this practice. This is actually the cheapest one we've received. I am tired of paying our copay, paying insurance then year(s) later paying these people. For anyone who saw nurse Gail's TikToks and was considering scheduling here for a Mounjaro prescription, I would not recommend it. I had to schedule far in advance and rearrange my work schedule only for my appt to be canceled at the very last minute with no explanation. This was after I sent over a dozen emails with all of the requested information and health records. When I called to re-schedule, they wanted me to re-send my health records and were pushing compounded tirzepatide on me (starting at $500) which I told them I already take, and at a much cheaper price. They also could not confirm that my health records would be deleted after I chose not to reschedule. Writing this review because I'm pissed that it was a huge waste of time. read more

I'm giving them 5 stars and I've never stepped foot inside their building. My 17 year old daughter was home alone while my husband and I took our older daughter to college. She woke up with a swollen throat and feeling very sick. When I called they didn't hesitate to make an appointment, they allowed verbal consent for my sister to take her and the doctor was on the phone with me when discussing her results. Had to get a Covid test for my 10 year old as he had cold symptoms and the school wanted to know he was negative. There were many people In waiting room, but we didn't wait long and both the nurse and doctor were super friendly and attentive. They checked him for strep along with an exam. FastDoc has absolutely THE BEST staffing and physicians on site. They are attentive, kind, compassionate, and treat you like a part of their family. For a new business, they are ON POINT with care, customer service and treatment. The day I went, it was a last minute appointment. I waited maybe 30 minutes and had time to observe front desk staff with incoming and outgoing appointments. The ladies at the front desk were attentive, kind, very courteous and always smiling, even through the mask, it was obvious. Let's fact it, no one feels good or WANTS to have to go to an emergency clinic. So, please be nice to this lovely and proficient, caring medical staff and physicians, they are seeing over 100 patients a day. And check your attitudes at the door, they are only trying to help you! Had a great visit at FastDoc. I busted my finger by accidentally slamming it in the door a few days ago and they were able to help me quickly by relieving the pressure in my finger. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. The facility was clean and in a convenient location. I will be recommending this clinic to everyone. Love this urgent care. It is clean, smells nice, and we are always able to get right in. We've been here four times now, I've had one slightly unpleasant visit with a PA in training but other than that the doc we have seen every time has been fantastic. The best urgent care experience I've ever had, and as a person who spent fifteen years without a primary doctor due to not having insurance, I've tried them all. The owner, Dr. Van Ark, was kind, easy to speak with, and very patient with me even as I flooded him with questions. The staff and nurses were efficient, and gave me the most painless shot I've ever received. It was very clear to me that this is a group of professionals that truly care about their patients. Another unexpected surprise was NOT having to fill out twenty pages of new patient paperwork most offices make you complete. Who wants to do that when they're already not feeling well? This office had two very simple intake forms. I was finished and in a room with a nurse within five minutes of walking in the door. I do not recommend Fastdoc Urgent Care. My husband did a COVID test there in January. We only received the statement of $470 in June. Called their billing department to see if there was a mistake, but they said it is correct due to office visit (to tell him the results). I had my insurance reprocess, but they would have only been able to cover the full amount if Fastdoc changed the codes to reflect Covid testing. They were not willing/able to even after our insurance talked to them. I am not sure what went wrong there, since I am not familiar with codes/medical billing, but I have called twice to work this out with the Fastdoc billing department. When I received the first statement and asked my insurance to reprocess, I also provided my email to Fastdoc telling them that I would be out of country for a while and asking for updates via email. No email, just another statement in the mail. Never had a billing issue with the Legacy ER and Urgent Care. I did a COVID test there and billing was reasonable.... read more

Called on the phone to see what a cash visit would be and the receptionist told me $75. I get here and she said you wont see the doctor just the technician and it will be $75. I said ok so no additional charge for the strep throat test, she said no just $75 for the covid. I said i wasnt here for covid its for the strep throat. She said then its going to be $189. Ummmmm....i wouldnt being them here to pay $75 for covid text and would go where its free. I needed a doctors visit for their throat! Thank you for wasting my time to bring them here!
