Can't even find the quest I'm looking for, it doesn't pop up…read more IF YOU HAVE QUEST LAB TESTING TO BE DONE....RUN AWAY....FAR AWAY to any lab test place there is, demand your doctor send it to a different lab. I'm very very very sock( I'm about to lose my health insurance with two little boys, due to divorce. My IFD doctor ordered $2000 of testing to be done, to see what autoimmune disorder is attacking my body. I've been sick every single week. I'm about to lose my insurance, i go, get this testing done. Took me 20 min on the phone, JUST to make an appt with a automated machine. Then, to try to create an account my name "doesn't exist" So, they either spelled my name wrong, or lost my stuff. Then I try to use the online "assistant". Simple "need test results" i wrote, and it said "I'm sorry, i don't understand what you are asking". So i put "test results". "I'm sorry, I don't understand what you're asking.". Omfg, so, i create a online profile. NOPE. I typed in my question to send to them and it says. "Remove spaces and special characters from message." So, I did, still won't accept my message. Trying to talk to anyone on the phone, you need a good hour to even get that done, and finally when the operator answers, they will be vile, and rude and tell you they cannot assist you..... So, let me get this straight? You want $2000 from me, to run tests I never get back, i can't access, i can't find, you don't have any easily accessible source of information or customer service. AGAIN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Go to ANY LAB TEST NOW, and you can get your stuff within a couple of days, for half the price EASILY, no headache, they literally email the results to you. I wouldn't use this place if i was dying, and it was the last place on earth. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Employees hate their jobs. Inaccessible. Unaffordable. Unattainable. Waste of my life. Now, im going to have to find a place, that can redo this blood work, before i lose my insurance, and don't find out why im sick. Had covid 4 times last year, and now, im as sick as i possibly can be, working 6-7 days a week, needing a solution as I'm a single mom who needs to be well, Thank you for nothing quest. This was my last and only hope at getting answers asap, and that's not happening.

I went here right after work and realized they opened at 7am not 7:30 like yelp previously said. There was like 6 people there when I arrive at 7:10 and they were all in and gone by 7:30. The lady let me go back 10 minutes early since I had been waiting all this time. Everyone wad very friendly and I would totally go back her3 anytime I needed work done.

This place is completely incompetent. I have come here for years because it is where my primary…read morecare physician sends lab orders but I have finally had enough and will be requesting he send my lab orders elsewhere. They have run incomplete labs (while fasting), required me to return (fasting again), only to tell me they could not run labs after waiting over an hour after check in. They have no respect for others' time or well being. I have seen empty lab vials dropped on the floor and reused. Wait times are absolutely insane every time. The staff admin are disorganized and communication is lacking. Avoid this place at all costs, there is a quest nearby. If I could give zero stars I would.

This will be a year long program and it was important to me to find a lab close by. Clinical Pathology uses the Sonic Scheduling app to verify and confirm your appointments. It's easy to cancel and reschedule if you need to. Everything was done by text so when I arrived all I needed to do is say, HI! They knew exactly who I was and why I was there -- no worries. This was a lovely friendly group of ladies! The appointments are spaced out enough that the lobby was empty when I arrived and only two people when I left. Everything was clean and organized. My phlebotomist got me on the first try and I'm known to have invisible and tricky veins, lol. I look forward to finishing this process with Clinical Pathology Labs.

Best blood draw experience I've had EVER! Amazing. I didn't even know they stuck me. I usually get…read morereally nervous getting my blood drawn, but this was easy and fast. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time through the LabCorp website. Reading the other reviews helped me know this is the best thing to do if you don't want to wait a long time. Go to: www.Labcorp.com and make an account to schedule your appointment. Checked in at the kiosk by scanning my drivers license front and back. About 30 seconds later they are calling me back to get started. Fast, efficient, skilled, and professional. I didn't take pictures of the inside as it's on the 3rd floor of the Physicians Building and there were patients in the waiting room. I'm coming here to get my blood drawn from now on. Thank you all for making a usually stressful thing into an easy and painless experience.

I spent 45 min today in their lobby waiting even if I had an appointment. As other reviews have…read morenoted, the African American receptionist is extremely rude. You can tell she thoroughly enjoys telling people she can't help them or they made a mistake. I felt bad for the elderly people that were struggling with the check in process because this woman was just so condescending. Lab Corp you need another person as a receptionist! Someone that actually is willing to help and not just be on a power trip. Also, it would help if Lab Corp has a tv monitor where patients can see their name and how many people are ahead of them. Patients will not have to ask how much longer it will take for their turn, especially since the receptionist is rude and makes it clear she is not happy to answer any questions. Quest has the tv monitor so patients know they are checked in and their approximate wait time. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to LabCorp. Response to LabCorp: It is not just the wait time that is a problem. It is the extremely rude receptionist. In reading through the other reviews, she is consistently rude. If LabCorp is striving for better patient experience, start by replacing the receptionist that has had multiple rudeness complaints.

I had the most horrendous experience getting my blood drawn at Any Lab Test Now at the 3520 Preston…read moreRd., Suite 113A, Frisco Tx 75024 location. I have my blood drawn on a regular basis from other 3rd party companies like QUEST whom I HIGHLY recommend. I'm always praised by phlebotomists for the accessibility of my veins and the ease of drawing my blood. My first & LAST experience with Any Lab Test Now was quite the contrary. Upon entering the facility, the environment had a cold vibe and very unwelcoming. After checking in, I was directed to a back room and upon entering, the same cold vibe continued and the accommodations i.e. chair, was subpar and my arm was not properly supported. I informed the AMATEUR Phlebotomist which arm and vein other phlebotomist typically migrate to for blood so she proceeded to prep the area. After poking and prodding the needle inside the vein for ~ 10 minutes, the blood flowed very slowly into the tube as I grit my teeth in pain. After pulling out the needle, the phlebotomist realized she didn't draw enough blood and subsequently went to get another person to assist. When I asked the other person if she knew what she was doing, she answered "I Think So" which nevertheless, did not put me at ease. She then proceeded to tell me she was the District Manager. When I said that her Title still didn't provide me additional comfort, given her initial reply, she abruptly removed her gloves and told me to leave the facility.. She was extremely condescending and when I informed her I was going to leave a negative review, she gave me a thumbs up as I departed the facility. I immediately notified my Doctor of my experience and they are following up with LiverFast to alert them of my experience with Any Lab Test Now. Evidently, LiverFast has an exclusive contract with Any Lab Test Now for blood work. If you have the option to have a service come to the comfort of your home to conduct the blood draw, I HIGHLY recommend doing so and avoid ANY LAB TEST NOW at all costs. Lastly, I left a message with the corporate office regarding my experience and still have not heard back from them. P.S. Below is a pic (tap to enlarge) of the needle injection site. The swelling and redness continues worse let alone the pain. I expect to have a huge bruise my morning. I have also left a picture of the "District Manager' at the facility
