Then I try to use the online "assistant". Simple "need test results" i wrote, and it said "I'm sorry, i don't understand what you are asking". So i put "test results". "I'm sorry, I don't understand what you're asking.". Omfg, so, i create a online profile. NOPE. I typed in my question to send to them and it says. "Remove spaces and special characters from message." So, I did, still won't accept my message. Trying to talk to anyone on the phone, you need a good hour to even get that done, and finally when the operator answers, they will be vile, and rude and tell you they cannot assist you..... So, let me get this straight? You want $2000 from me, to run tests I never get back, i can't access, i can't find, you don't have any easily accessible source of information or customer service. AGAIN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Go to ANY LAB TEST NOW, and you can get your stuff within a couple of days, for half the price EASILY, no headache, they literally email the results to you. It's easy to cancel and reschedule if you need to. Everything was done by text so when I arrived all I needed to do is say, HI! They knew exactly who I was and why I was there -- no worries. This was a lovely friendly group of ladies! The appointments are spaced out enough that the lobby was empty when I arrived and only two people when I left. Everything was clean and organized. My phlebotomist got me on the first try and I'm known to have invisible and tricky veins, lol. I look forward to finishing this process with Clinical Pathology Labs.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic regarding both DOT testing and customer…read moreservice. The clinic hours online state they are open until 5:30 PM, so I called ahead on Thursday to ask if I could come in Friday around 5:15 PM after getting off work. I was initially told they close at 5 PM, but after I mentioned the hours listed online, the owner/employee agreed to stay a little later for me. I appreciated that accommodation and made the effort to come in immediately after work. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told the doctor had already left and only the urine portion of the DOT testing could be completed. DOT testing includes both the urine screening and physical exam, which is exactly what I had requested over the phone. That information should have been communicated clearly before I drove there considering that's what a DOT test is. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way it was handled afterward. Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding or offering a professional explanation, the attitude I received was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. The woman at the front desk was visibly irritated the entire interaction. When I explained I would need to return another day and take PTO from work to do so, her response was "Doesn't matter, whatever" in a rude tone, followed by complete disregard when I said "have a good day." I understand scheduling mistakes and miscommunication can happen. They treated me like I was a favor. What is not acceptable is treating patients with disrespect when the confusion came from the clinic's side. Professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy matter. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning.

I would highly recommend booking an appointment as I don't know how you would get seen otherwise. When I went, there were more than 20 people in the lobby waiting (enough chairs for everyone). You have to check in at a kiosk with your driver's license then you will receive a text saying they're almost ready to see you. The front desk staff member will call you to the window and ask you to verify some information. That process took a while but it seemed to be different for everyone. I arrived before my appointment time and had to wait 15 minutes. The phlebotomist said they were low on staff so they were scrambling that day. She was extremely nice and quick so at least that part wasn't bad. If I had a choice, I wouldn't go back to Labcorp seeing how busy they were.

I have my blood drawn on a regular basis from other 3rd party companies like QUEST whom I HIGHLY recommend. I'm always praised by phlebotomists for the accessibility of my veins and the ease of drawing my blood. My first & LAST experience with Any Lab Test Now was quite the contrary. Upon entering the facility, the environment had a cold vibe and very unwelcoming. After checking in, I was directed to a back room and upon entering, the same cold vibe continued and the accommodations i.e. chair, was subpar and my arm was not properly supported. I informed the AMATEUR Phlebotomist which arm and vein other phlebotomist typically migrate to for blood so she proceeded to prep the area. After poking and prodding the needle inside the vein for ~ 10 minutes, the blood flowed very slowly into the tube as I grit my teeth in pain. After pulling out the needle, the phlebotomist realized she didn't draw enough blood and subsequently went to get another person to assist. When I asked the other person if she knew what she was doing, she answered "I Think So" which nevertheless, did not put me at ease. She then proceeded to tell me she was the District Manager. When I said that her Title still didn't provide me additional comfort, given her initial reply, she abruptly removed her gloves and told me to leave the facility.. She was extremely condescending and when I informed her I was going to leave a negative review, she gave me a thumbs up as I departed the facility. I immediately notified my Doctor of my experience and they are following up with LiverFast to alert them of my experience with Any Lab Test Now. Evidently, LiverFast has an exclusive contract with Any Lab Test Now for blood work. If you have the option to have a service come to the comfort of your home to conduct the blood draw, I HIGHLY recommend doing so and avoid ANY LAB TEST NOW at all costs. Lastly, I left a message with the corporate office regarding my experience and still have not heard back from them. P.S. Below is a pic (tap to enlarge) of the needle injection site.
