We visited Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care this morning as my wife suffered a significant second…read moredegree burn on her thigh and required immediate medical attention. This was by far the most pleasing experience for me and my wife at any medical facility. It was about an hour since my wife burned her leg before we walked into the urgent care center. We were escorted to the exam room right away, which, in itself, was surprising. NP Freh and Nurse Jasmine were unbelievably caring and genuinely concerned. They acted quickly with administering the pain medications and other necessary first aid. The urgency they showed (while not making us feel rushed) and the detail in which they explained the next steps, instructions for at-home care for the burn and the quickness in handling the discharge summary were all above and beyond one would expect from any medical facility. With the amount of pain my wife was in, it was important that she was attended quickly. NP Freh and Nurse Jasmine literally wasted no time. We knew NP Freh was genuinely concerned and it was proven by the fact that she called me later in the day to enquire about my wife's well-being. True gems of human beings. Heartfelt thanks to both of you.

I knew I needed to see a doctor so I agreed and proceeded to. Complete the intake paperwork which is when I was called back by the ER Nurse Brent. He was also great and explained everything while answering ALL of my questions. I then had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Coppola who was very understanding, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on. While I may have only been for a simple dog bite analysis and check up, I felt like every person had MY best interests in mind. I received a brief treatment as well as prescription and explanation of next steps; however, I felt very confident and informed when leaving. I think everyone did a great job! The place had an immaculate waiting room and I received expedited treatment and services which was a pleasant surprise that left me with a feeling of having a great overall experience! I would definitely recommend this location and all of the staff I had interactions with, as they were very informative and were happy to answer any questions I had (a lot). I will be visiting this location in the future if and when the need arises! Thank you for the excellent experience and service!

They kept me posted on what was happening next and I never felt like I was "waiting" for very long. Even while changing in the dressing room... it was worthwhile to take a minute and read the encouraging notes posted in there, especially when feeling so vulnerable as you're about to get a mammogram. But what I appreciated the most, was my technician's calm and professional demeanor - Peyton also has an approachable personality that helped put me at ease, and her cues on what to expect next are top notch. Thank you to everyone here at Solis for all you do!

I had to fill out forms electronically when I arrived but was called back within five minutes upon completing the forms. Overall, I am happy with the process.

My daughter is an elite athlete & trying to get an MRI to schedule surgery for a week. When we…read morearrived for the the MRI with Envision, no one called for authorization, and was forced to pay self pay rates up front to keep the appointment. We are on a tight timeframe as the surgeon is only available 1 day weekly. Staff was not accommodating and did not have answers to why authorization was not followed up on. In addition, they told me that the results would be read immediately for a follow up surgeon appointment 48 hours later, but proceeded to tell my adolescent daughter that it would take 4 days. As a result, she missed valuable practice time and had to wait an additional 9 days to see the surgeon. 1 week after: I had to call, again, 7 days post MRI to get follow up & the final reading. They were not sent or even initiated to be sent.

I've been a patient at Internal Medicine Associates since September 2025, and overall, the medical…read morecare has been top-tier. The Pros: Dr. Bishop is phenomenal. Finding a doctor who actually takes the time to understand how a specific medication will mesh with your lifestyle and body is rare. She's incredibly thorough and has been very accessible via the patient portal whenever I had follow-up questions. The nursing staff also deserves a shout-out. They are wonderful and very understanding. During my last visit, one of the nurses gave me some great, practical tips for managing my allergies, even sharing what works for her own kids, which I really appreciated. The Cons: My initial experience was a total nightmare due to insurance hurdles. While that isn't the fault of the practice itself (third-party insurance is the absolute worst), it definitely made the start of my journey here rocky. More recently, they've implemented a new sign-in sheet process. Since this was a change from previous visits, I mistakenly thought it was only for new patients. When the front desk clerk asked me to sign in, she responded with a confused look and a bit of a rude tone. It was a minor friction point, but a little more patience for returning patients adjusting to the new workflow would go a long way!

It was an easy in and out and I was able to get the results and paperwork back quickly. More recently, I had a health concern that needed antibiotics and possible further care for. I decided to return and had a wonderful experience. The wait time was a little longer, because it wasn't just the urine test, but I was still able to see an NP, Lindsey. She was kind, helpful and I appreciated her approach when it came to advocating for her patient's best care. Overall, I highly recommend this practice. It is clean, organized and professional. The scheduling is also very simple with online booking right on their website. I hope I don't have to return to an urgent care, but if I do, this place will be my choice! Details: Envision Imaging is conveniently located on Plano Pkwy near Marsh Lane. Gorgeous and sparkling clean medical office building. I had an MRI and CT Scan this week at Envision Imaging. Nurse was professional, a good communicator, friendly, and cheerful. It is wonderful to have a nurse who smiles and can relax a patient. Nurse explained everything in an easy way for me to understand. I appreciate her expertise and her willingness to have short conversations with me. She gently inserted the catheter that was used for contrast dye. She also gently removed the catheter after the procedures were complete. MRI and CT technicians were also professional and good communicators. They also explained everything ahead of time so I knew what to expect. Two days later I returned to Envision Imaging to pick up my CD-ROM of previous imaging. I also picked up a CD-ROM of the MRI and CT that Envision Imaging performed.
