Doesn't smell like pee; it's very, very clean. Very specific process, no room for error allowed!! Very polite and professional owner.

This place is completely incompetent. I have come here for years because it is where my primary…read morecare physician sends lab orders but I have finally had enough and will be requesting he send my lab orders elsewhere. They have run incomplete labs (while fasting), required me to return (fasting again), only to tell me they could not run labs after waiting over an hour after check in. They have no respect for others' time or well being. I have seen empty lab vials dropped on the floor and reused. Wait times are absolutely insane every time. The staff admin are disorganized and communication is lacking. Avoid this place at all costs, there is a quest nearby. If I could give zero stars I would.

This will be a year long program and it was important to me to find a lab close by. Clinical Pathology uses the Sonic Scheduling app to verify and confirm your appointments. It's easy to cancel and reschedule if you need to. Everything was done by text so when I arrived all I needed to do is say, HI! They knew exactly who I was and why I was there -- no worries. This was a lovely friendly group of ladies! The appointments are spaced out enough that the lobby was empty when I arrived and only two people when I left. Everything was clean and organized. My phlebotomist got me on the first try and I'm known to have invisible and tricky veins, lol. I look forward to finishing this process with Clinical Pathology Labs.

Booking an appointment online for the same week was easy. However, there weren't many…read moreavailabilities for 1-2 weeks in advance. I would highly recommend booking an appointment as I don't know how you would get seen otherwise. When I went, there were more than 20 people in the lobby waiting (enough chairs for everyone). You have to check in at a kiosk with your driver's license then you will receive a text saying they're almost ready to see you. The front desk staff member will call you to the window and ask you to verify some information. That process took a while but it seemed to be different for everyone. I arrived before my appointment time and had to wait 15 minutes. The phlebotomist said they were low on staff so they were scrambling that day. She was extremely nice and quick so at least that part wasn't bad. If I had a choice, I wouldn't go back to Labcorp seeing how busy they were.

The organization at this place needs significant improvement. Appointments don't feel solidified or…read moreguaranteed, and I was told that part of the issue was that multiple patients had appointments scheduled for the same time. I understand that wait times can happen, but it's extremely frustrating to see people who arrived with appointments scheduled after yours being taken back before you. At that point, the purpose of having an appointment becomes unclear. There needs to be a much better system for managing appointments and walk-ins. If the facility is consistently dealing with large crowds and only has 3-4 patient rooms, that needs to be communicated honestly and managed accordingly. Waiting is understandable; poor organization and a lack of transparency are not. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and improves the scheduling and patient-flow process.
