Doesn't smell like pee; it's very, very clean. Very specific process, no room for error allowed!! Very polite and professional owner.

They have run incomplete labs (while fasting), required me to return (fasting again), only to tell me they could not run labs after waiting over an hour after check in. They have no respect for others' time or well being. I have seen empty lab vials dropped on the floor and reused. Wait times are absolutely insane every time. The staff admin are disorganized and communication is lacking. Avoid this place at all costs, there is a quest nearby. If I could give zero stars I would.

This will be a year long program and it was important to me to find a lab close by. Clinical Pathology uses the Sonic Scheduling app to verify and confirm your appointments. It's easy to cancel and reschedule if you need to. Everything was done by text so when I arrived all I needed to do is say, HI! They knew exactly who I was and why I was there -- no worries. This was a lovely friendly group of ladies! The appointments are spaced out enough that the lobby was empty when I arrived and only two people when I left. Everything was clean and organized. My phlebotomist got me on the first try and I'm known to have invisible and tricky veins, lol. I look forward to finishing this process with Clinical Pathology Labs.

Thank you so much. I do highly recommend this location. There's ample parking. It's just a little chilly in the waiting area so if you're cold natured bring a sweater the office building is very clean and nice.

I'm a fan of Labcorp. Anytime I get lab work done as requested by my doctor, I find a Labcorps…read morefacility where I can do it. They have a lot of locations. This one on Buckingham on the edge of Garland and Richardson is easily accessible. While you can just show up as a walk-in, I recommend you go online and setup an appointment. The online portal will show you all of the Labcorp locations on a map with the exact distance from you so that you can make a choice. You can also see the schedule of availability. If the location you want is booked, try a different location and you will probably get in at a time you want. Most locations have a kiosk where you can check-in as soon as you arrive. This location is still working on getting the system up and running. I prefer the kiosk for signing in because it doesn't require me to interact with anyone. You can scan your insurance card and driver's license in the kiosk too which means you don't have to worry about busy reception staff forgetting to return it to you. Appointments may take some extra time if you have paperwork to complete or if your doctor's orders haven't been received by the facility. The staff there are very helpful in getting things in order. They have helped me with the fax number and email for getting orders sent to them. Price is usually dictated by the type of lab work you are completing and your insurance coverage. The staff will have you sign a paper with your potential financial responsibility if they are unsure whether or not your insurance will cover the fees. This is a good thing because if the amount is exorbitant, you can deny paying the amount and receiving service. My favorite part about Labcorp is being able to get my test results in record time. I can view them online right away whereas it takes much longer before my doctor posts the results on my doctor's portal. In addition, Labcorp will display previous and current lab numbers so that you can see if there has been a change since the last time. The results are easy to read. It clearly shows the normal range and where you fall. You have to talk to your doctor about the meaning of the numbers and results, but if you have previously had conversations about the numbers with your doctor, you will already have an understanding of the numbers.

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time through the LabCorp website. Reading the other reviews helped me know this is the best thing to do if you don't want to wait a long time. Go to: www.Labcorp.com and make an account to schedule your appointment. Checked in at the kiosk by scanning my drivers license front and back. About 30 seconds later they are calling me back to get started. Fast, efficient, skilled, and professional. I didn't take pictures of the inside as it's on the 3rd floor of the Physicians Building and there were patients in the waiting room. I'm coming here to get my blood drawn from now on. Thank you all for making a usually stressful thing into an easy and painless experience.

I spent 45 min today in their lobby waiting even if I had an appointment. As other reviews have…read morenoted, the African American receptionist is extremely rude. You can tell she thoroughly enjoys telling people she can't help them or they made a mistake. I felt bad for the elderly people that were struggling with the check in process because this woman was just so condescending. Lab Corp you need another person as a receptionist! Someone that actually is willing to help and not just be on a power trip. Also, it would help if Lab Corp has a tv monitor where patients can see their name and how many people are ahead of them. Patients will not have to ask how much longer it will take for their turn, especially since the receptionist is rude and makes it clear she is not happy to answer any questions. Quest has the tv monitor so patients know they are checked in and their approximate wait time. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to LabCorp. Response to LabCorp: It is not just the wait time that is a problem. It is the extremely rude receptionist. In reading through the other reviews, she is consistently rude. If LabCorp is striving for better patient experience, start by replacing the receptionist that has had multiple rudeness complaints.
