Even the ones that said they were open on Saturday's actually weren't even open, or I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone at the labs! This was very frustrating because my son needs this bloodwork done asap, as he was just released from a 2 week stay at the hospital with renal failure. For years, I have dreaded getting blood drawn because my veins were damaged after repeated unsuccessful attempts by someone in the past. Ever since then, finding a vein has been extremely difficult. My previous visit, I was stuck five times before enough blood could be collected. On another visit, I was poked three times. Needless to say, I was incredibly anxious about having to come back again for blood work. Then I met Becky Maria, and the entire experience changed. She immediately took the time to look at my arms and listen to my concerns. I mentioned that people usually have to use a smaller needle, and before I even finished, she said, "That was my suggestion." Right away, I knew I was in good hands. She located a vein simply by feeling my arm--not by looking for one. She explained that they always use touch to find the best vein instead of relying only on what they can see. Amazingly, she found a vein that had apparently never been used before, one I didn't even know existed. The needle stick was completely painless. I honestly didn't even feel it. The blood flowed perfectly without having to reposition my arm or struggle to keep the blood flowing like during my previous visits. Even more incredible, this is the first time I have had absolutely no bruising afterward. Becky was patient, gentle, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. She completely changed an experience that had caused me years of anxiety into one that was calm and painless. Please do everything you can to keep Becky Maria at this location. Professionals like her are rare, and she makes an enormous difference for patients who are fearful of blood draws. Because of her, I no longer dread coming in for my lab work. I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic regarding both DOT testing and customer…read moreservice. The clinic hours online state they are open until 5:30 PM, so I called ahead on Thursday to ask if I could come in Friday around 5:15 PM after getting off work. I was initially told they close at 5 PM, but after I mentioned the hours listed online, the owner/employee agreed to stay a little later for me. I appreciated that accommodation and made the effort to come in immediately after work. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told the doctor had already left and only the urine portion of the DOT testing could be completed. DOT testing includes both the urine screening and physical exam, which is exactly what I had requested over the phone. That information should have been communicated clearly before I drove there considering that's what a DOT test is. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way it was handled afterward. Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding or offering a professional explanation, the attitude I received was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. The woman at the front desk was visibly irritated the entire interaction. When I explained I would need to return another day and take PTO from work to do so, her response was "Doesn't matter, whatever" in a rude tone, followed by complete disregard when I said "have a good day." I understand scheduling mistakes and miscommunication can happen. They treated me like I was a favor. What is not acceptable is treating patients with disrespect when the confusion came from the clinic's side. Professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy matter. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning.

My own doctor…read morewon't touch me and I've had to have pediatric nurses get blood from me as I have small scarred veins (I can only use one arm due to a prior procedure). I had two different mobile phlebotomists, one who tried five times and no blood and the second who had to draw from my hand. I let KK know this in advance. She spent a good minute plus searching for the right place. I felt zero when she inserted the needle and my four vials went fast. That is rare. Only one other phlebotomist in the last 11 years has been able to do that. I told her I wanted to hire her for any future work I need! She's very direct and to the point and does her job. Love this. Hope she stays at this location always or I'll follow her to another one!
