If you value your time, health, and sanity, run in the opposite direction. Their customer service is beyond pathetic--it's horrendous. They clearly do not care about you or your condition, regardless of how serious your injuries may be. Here's my experience: I needed a simple referral update (not a new referral, just an update). This process has now dragged on for over nine days. I've spoken with three different managers and made over countless calls between 8/4/25 and 8/12/25. Despite all that, they still haven't provided the update referral. Today, the manager assured me she would "take care of it" and call me back. That call never came. I called her back three times today and each time, the call rang and went to voicemail. And all of this... just to change the address and doctor's name on a referral, even though it's the same facility and the same partner doctors. This is beyond unacceptable. It feels as though their system is designed to make customers miserable and leave them without any options or help at all. The entire operation is a disgrace and should be held accountable for this kind of treatment. All I need is my updated referral!!!!! IT DOES NOT TAKE OVER 8 DAYS!

Even the ones that said they were open on Saturday's actually weren't even open, or I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone at the labs! This was very frustrating because my son needs this bloodwork done asap, as he was just released from a 2 week stay at the hospital with renal failure. But I can't see them following their direction because they aren't my wife's invoices. They have connected my phone number to a couple (at least) different accounts. I was assured that my number had been removed from those accounts. Poor office help, unimpressive phlebotomist, billing software that stinks, and customer service that didn't serve. I had two different mobile phlebotomists, one who tried five times and no blood and the second who had to draw from my hand. I let KK know this in advance. She spent a good minute plus searching for the right place. I felt zero when she inserted the needle and my four vials went fast. That is rare. Only one other phlebotomist in the last 11 years has been able to do that. I told her I wanted to hire her for any future work I need! She's very direct and to the point and does her job. Love this. Hope she stays at this location always or I'll follow her to another one!
