This visit, I had the pleasure of having Sukhman Kaur draw my blood. Sukhman was professional, efficient and gentle. I hardly felt the needle stick at all and we were able to draw the amount of vials I needed. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about how to perform the task at hand. As an added bonus, the next day I didn't have a bruise where she drew the blood! I was sad to hear she was leaving ALTN for a nursing position but very happy for her. I hope her boss will consider having her work part time if she so desires. I would let her draw my blood any day! Thanks, Sukhman, for a great experience.

When she did that AND used the small needle it went in so easy. Horrible I could be dying in a gutter I'd take that over going back here. The fact that they can even charge me for this visit as healthcare is a joke.

However, they are open everyday which is nice. The reception was friendly and also was the nurse who reviewed my injury. The care and concern along with the time spent in speaking with me was so appreciated. The nurse practitioner Tan came and also spoke with me after I got some X-rays to make sure nothing was broken. Everything was speedy and friendly with a high level of care. I asked many questions and they answered all of them thoroughly. I also asked for some ice packs and other questions on care and they provided me with some items to help me along the way. They also printed out some instructions for me. Really nice staff -- capable, considerate, professional. I would absolutely go back and recommend others who need urgent care. Also, within 48 hours i received a call asking for me to check with them. Called the number and immediately was placed through to a person who again verified I was following instructions and doing okay.

Long story short, we came in at 3 am for major abdominal pain for my boyfriend. He could barely move, they did their routine questions and when asked he admitted he does smoke marijuana on occasions and she jumped to "well thats probably your issue" the male nurse also agreed with her and from that point on they were very stand offish. They just assumed they knew what was wrong and wrote off his pain. He assured them he knows his body and he knows its something more serious but the blonde also insisted its her job and she does this everyday. Tried to over explain different new strains have been "causing major abdominal pain." Just diagnosed him with out having any test back whats so ever. And was awfully snobby about it. Then test start rolling back in and shes no where to be seen but the males attitude shifted and he seemed more attentive and warned us some stuff looked a little off. Anyways in the end we ended up being moved facilities to have his APPENDIX REMOVED. Any one whos had the procedure and issues knows the pain. It was very unprofessional and unpleasant. We've never felt more uncomfortable in a doctors vicinity for simply being honest. Just be careful with some of the nurses here and trust your gut, because they will try to write you off and act like they are the doctors to end up being COMPLETELY WRONG.

I came in on 10/3/26 because the day prior I went into a different ER for an elevated heart rate…read morewhile resting, I felt weak, and dehydrated. I didn't feel any better the next day so I came to the ER of Dallas. The front desk ladies were really helpful. That's about where the helpfulness begins and ends. As I was taken back 2 nurses came in and began asking me about symptoms and getting general info. I stated that I had been to a different ER the day prior and was still feeling unwell. I asked, "because I was just at the ER can you guys pull my records to do a cross reference" they replied No we can't do that. No problem, I have it on my MyChart so I can show the doctor when she gets in. In comes Dr. Kara... I tell her what's going on, show her my MyChart notes from the previous visit and as she looks over my blood test results she says a few different phrases like "I'm not worried about this" "I'm and ER doctor not a cardiologist" and the big one was "Ok well what do you want me to do for you"? What do I want you to do???? Idk maybe be a doctor, and offer any type of suggestion in your professional opinion to a patient who's clearly not feeling well. So after driving an hour to get some type of help as I'm not feeling well. I get there and am asked "what do you want me to do". I packed up and started to leave and she has the audacity to tell me to follow the instructions on my discharge papers FROM THE PREVIOUS DOCTOR. Mam why did I even come here?? I do know one thing for certain, I won't be coming back!
