I drove over at 5:30am to get help with an upper respiratory infection. It was so nice to enter the warm lobby decorated with holiday tinsel! I was greeted by Tonya who entered my information quickly and as I waited in a very nice lobby with couches, the nurse, Jeff called me back. He was very kind and took me to a room and the other female nurse was also nice and took my blood pressure. The room was clean with a tv. I was offered a warm blanket after getting a chest xray. The Dr had a wonderful bedside manner and advised me on my condition! It went very quickly and left feeling encouraged and had the write prescriptions and information to get better. There were complimentary snacks and drinks in a small fridge at the exit! Everything went so smoothly and when you're sick, this is so important. I'm eternally grateful to everyone and I highly recommend this ER. Knowledgeable staff and genuine desire to heal and help others.

Back in January I was pregnant and had over 108 fever with horrible symptoms, had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room while I was hearing the nurses laughing, and complaining about how sleepy they were. After finally getting seen they didn't even want to do an ultrasound nor collect any samples to check if my health was good or the baby's, Left me in a room in pain for 3 -4 hrs just to tell me to drink Tylenol. Left paying over $400 and no solution. So I went to another ER come to find out I had an infection and got prescribed with antibiotics. Fast forward August this year my newborn started chocking once again due to this hospital being the closest one, took my baby's here she was literally purple and struggling to breath waited for about 20 minutes, the nurse took us back so he can just tell us the doctor will be here soon, the doctor didn't show up until 2 hrs later. If I wasn't lagging my baby constantly and keeping an eye out on her. I don't know what would've happened and already being there. This place is very unprofessional, their work ethic is horrible. Working at ER without wanting to actually help patients is beyond irresponsible. Do better.

We came back today and unfortunately we have this guy. He acts so depressed like he hates his job and has not smiled or anything once. All the other nurses are being kind and nice but when we ask him anything he just gets upset to the point we are not asking any questions and just want to check out and go somewhere else. We literally asked where cysts come from and he rolls his eyes, sighs and says "I don't know." I understand nursing is hard. But when it comes to the point where every time I come in he is acting the same way, we shall take our business elsewhere so we don't burden this guy with work or cause him any more rudeness towards us. This is typical of many physicians and understandable as they usually like to hear it to diagnose. I get it, it's dismissive but normal. He then told me, 'he's not even congested'. Even though, I had just washed off his nose prior to him coming in and he still had crusted residue on his upper lip. Why would he dismiss him for not seeing snot run out at that exact moment? Did he think I don't know what congestion is? Croup is often worse at night and can be fine during the day, but he informed me it had to be consistent. That is actually not true, so very weird he said that. Maybe he was referring to a more minute part of the croup symptoms? He said he wouldn't give an infant a steroid, which I understand. I didn't ask for one and it's not the only treatment option. But then, he didn't give any advice on how to help my child at home. No mention of anything (e.g. humidifier, nebulizer, Motrin). Nothing was offered beyond 'I won't give an infant a steroid'? I brought my infant in because the day prior and this morning he was drooling excessively, as a baby who doesn't drool and the barking cough was now present after serval days of a cold. He didn't even ask about drooling, which is an indicator for throat pain. All my observations were shut down. Felt like a very worthless office visit with no actual assistance. Seems like a great guy, but not a great communicator, thorough examiner or helpful doctor. Weird and not worth the money.

Our experience was less than stellar…read more 1. They need to "check you in" with cumbersome typing before seeing someone in excruciating pain. As if that cannot be done simultaneously like other hospitals. We needed empathy and urgency. The administrative can and should've been done later in my opinion. 2. The staff appeared nervous and unsure. As if newly experienced. I had to ask them to run a specific test which the nurse's response was "oh. I should've thought to do that." 3. They do not have important equipment onsite. We needed to come in for an ultrasound abruptly, which they do not have the machine onsite. Luckily, they had an existing appointment 1hr after we arrived, where another person needed one too; so they had already planned for the machine expert to travel onsite, but had that not been pre-planned then we likely would've needed to go elsewhere. 4. Wait times. The wait time to be seen (after check in) was quick, but the time to receive the care mentioned above was very long. We arrived around 8:50am. Were in the back getting the basics (IV, bp, answering basic questions) at 9am. We expected the ultrasound representative onsite at 9:45am, but did not receive until ~ 10:15 Overall- It's a nice, clean, friendly place for sure. Best for basic care. But it doesn't not appear to be the best place to go for advanced care when you truly need it.

Uhm, no, he has always had issues with his veins due to high blood pressure but when he tried to tell them how his doctor does it, they said to him, "well this is not your doctor, so..." what? I think he knows his body. They saw he had great insurance so instead of listening to him they started poking and prodding not even asking what was going on. It was insane. No compassion, no care. Why are yall even there? Just because you have a license to practice medicine does NOT mean you know better than the person you are treating. Also, pretty sure you took an oath to care for others and if this is your idea of care, please, change professions immediately. If you have no empathy for ppl, why even do this job?
