My initial dealings and therapy were great at the North Richland Hills, Texas location. I still have a good rapor with them. However since my release in Jan 2025 things with ATI have gone south. On 23 Mar 26, both my Medicare provider and I made an appointment as patient care thought PT would help in pain management. 8 pre-approved visits and then a Dr referral needed. 25 Mar, ATI canceled the appointment only to call and want to reschedule my original appointment for the 27th on the 27th. I didn't call back as I had a Dr appointment on the 31st and got the Dr referral. I then didn't go due to another medical issue. 10 Apr, I went into the NRH location and made an appointment for13 Apr. Today they canceled my appointment again only to call again to reschedule. AWFUL experience. I have small veins that roll and asked for a butterfly needle as it goes into my vein easier. The nurse disregarded my request and kept stabbing around in my arm while I screamed in pain. I had to ask more than one to do my other arm. When she did that AND used the small needle it went in so easy. The DR if you can call him that had one foot out the door the entire time he was talking to me- and was literally guessing what was wrong. Horrible I could be dying in a gutter I'd take that over going back here. The fact that they can even charge me for this visit as healthcare is a joke. read more

Very bad. Money hungry..etc. My bad luck sent me to this office for simple skin infection. I do have insurance and MDO didn't do any Xray to me. Only physical examination with single Cephalexin 500 cap . They charged me $1100 and The cost of this single cap is $96 !!!! However. The 20 caps for that medication at Walmart without insurance is $4 . I have insurance and that is my copay. So , please don't go there you have several options rather than this one and if these is less than one star I will give it to them. read more

I drove over at 5:30am to get help with an upper respiratory infection. It was so nice to enter the warm lobby decorated with holiday tinsel! I was greeted by Tonya who entered my information quickly and as I waited in a very nice lobby with couches, the nurse, Jeff called me back. He was very kind and took me to a room and the other female nurse was also nice and took my blood pressure. The room was clean with a tv. I was offered a warm blanket after getting a chest xray. The Dr had a wonderful bedside manner and advised me on my condition! It went very quickly and left feeling encouraged and had the write prescriptions and information to get better. There were complimentary snacks and drinks in a small fridge at the exit! Everything went so smoothly and when you're sick, this is so important. I'm eternally grateful to everyone and I highly recommend this ER. Knowledgeable staff and genuine desire to heal and help others. read more

We went in for backup Covid testing since our at-home tests were old. This was the first time we've been to Wylie ER. The facility was top-notch and the people were extremely nice and considerate. They confirmed the diagnosis. They gave my husband a dose of something to help with the inflamation and sent us to the pharmacy for Paxlovid. He is feeling much better today. We will continue to go there for emergencies and to Breeze (across the street) for other things. read more

This place is not an ER. This is a glorified Urgent Care. I hope this helps someone who needs actual help. My mom started bleeding out and in a sheer panic I drove her here because it was the closest "ER" to my house. I ran in screaming for help explaining my mom had passed out in the car. No one is thinking clearly when an emergency happens, you are just looking for help. The front desk lady started asking me about her insurance and handing me a clipboard. She then looked around as if unsure who to call for. How is that the response to my mom is passed out bleeding in my car? A nurse then slowly walked out with a wheelchair to my car and then realized, shocker, my mom was passed out. She then, unbelievably, wanted to know if my mom could get out of the car as if she did not care or did not listen to what I was saying. Again, how was the response to my call for help in an ER a lady walking a wheelchair out and finally realizing I was telling the truth that my mom was unresponsive. I would like to emphasize, this woman was walking. Absolutely zero urgency. She was of no help and looked so confused. I thought ERs would know how to handle emergencies not seem so clueless and unprepared. It wasn't until a male nurse came out and applied pressure on her wound who looked at me and told me to call 9-1-1. That nurse and the Wylie Fire Department team saved my mom's life. If you ever have an actual emergency, do not come here. They are not prepared for an actual emergency. You will read five star reviews on ear infections, but you bring an actual emergency to their front door and they are wanting nothing to do with it and evidently have staff that is not prepared for emergencies either. A real ER would have had someone running out to help my mom and know to apply pressure right away while telling me what to do. Not dance around an emergency hoping someone on staff will know what to do. Again, I hope someone reads this and understands what a danger it is to bring an actual emergency to this location because I promise they will not be prepared for it. They kept emphasizing she needed a higher level of care and I mistakenly thought an ER was a higher level of care. I am grateful to the male nurse who finally was able to help me. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I took my son March for an ear infection. Before signing the paperworks, I've asked the front desk how much is my "TOTAL" bill will be? She told me my "TOTAL" for today visit is $150 because they do take my insurance. It took them no more then 10 mins to check my son ear and prescribe him a prescription for antibiotics. Months later I've received multiple bills from the ER, I've tried calling the billing office and asking them why am I reviving multiple bills, when the front desk lady at the ER told me my TOTAL is only $150? The billing office said that the lady at the ER should've never told me what my total is because they never know. If I would've known that there will be more charges coming I would have walked out and waited till the morning to just go to the regular doctor. Just because the front desk gave me a wrong information about my TOTAL BILL, now I've to pay almost a $1000 out of my pocket. This place is a completed SCAM!!! I visited Wylie ER last September. I could hardly walk. Checked in sat for a while. Nothing going on other than doctor entertaining staff at the desk. I was called to X-ray and asked to walk again. They scanned my foot thought I insisted the pain was in my calf. They refused to look at the calf and said it was because I was walking funny. Sent me off with a boot and 3 Tylenol and a $1k bill. Flash forward to taking their advice I had 6 blood clots in my calf that eventually moved up my leg. I do not recommend. They do not care just want to bill you and move you along. read more

We just went in today, my husband was having high BP and other symptoms. Dr. Jose Gutierrez and every nurse from start to finish were wonderful! The receptionist and every nurse were caring, attentive and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location. They were able to do a CT, chest X-rays and EKG and more. Will definitely use them in the future for an alternative to a large ER hospital that will keep you all day waiting. read more

I understand that everything is "COVID focused" right now but it doesn't feel good to be treated like sheep. When you go to be seen because you are throwing up blood but you are tested for COVID, strep and flu. Ok. Already knew COVID was positive but we want to be seen for vomiting blood. Oh, that. Here's some IV fluids and anti nausea meds. Not seen by a Dr? No tests on why there is blood? I must have missed the new memo of the new symptom of COVID/omicron or whatever. Today I listened to my friend who referred the Wylie ER and I am so happy that I listened. Started off with Luzma Cortez who was at the front desk. She is unbelievably caring and genuine. When my online registration didn't go through, after waiting only a couple of minutes, she immediately called me back and decided to manually register me instead of making me wait. That's extraordinary customer service. Excellent patient care. The nurse who took care of me and the physician were both great as well. My son was bit pretty severely in the face by a dog so we took him to Wylie ER. The whole staff was so attentive and caring. They took amazing care of us! Our nurse Missi went above and beyond. She gave my son an IV and helped him not to be scared of the needle. She also contacted Children's Dallas to let them know we were coming and put together A packet of paperwork for us to give them so they would know exactly what had been done. When we got to children's they were expecting us and got us right into a room all because of Missi! Our situation was terrifying but Wylie ER took great care of us and helped us through a scary time. The best ER I've ever been to. They were all so very nice. I had some serious chest pain from my Gerd and they were quick to help me chill not to make it worse. I have white coat syndrome meaning hospitals , doctors they all stress me out. I need calm and friendly and no judgement to calm down. They never made me feel like I was being a baby. They took me seriously and ran all the appropriate test. I am very thankful. They were full of information and help me feel better. Amazing!! The doctor talked on my level and explained very well. The nurse was very calming and a superstar IV guy. I'm a hard stick he got first try and the IV didn't even hurt!! The Rad tech super funny, very knowledgeable and willing to have a conversation and answer any questions!! If ya need help these are ya peeps!! My husband was having severe pain in his back. He arrived and they were very attentive, efficient, and quickly diagnosed it was his gallbladder. They had him transported to a hospital immediately. The entire staff was extremely friendly and made my husband feel safe and calm. The Dr called my husbands phone the next day to check on him. We also got a Christmas card from them signed by the entire staff! We have NEVER experienced amazing service like this before! I can't say enough great things about this urgent care/ER. I had to bring my daughter in around 2 am which is already exhausting but they made the whole visit quick and painless. Everyone we encountered were so kind and helpful! The nurses and doctors have a great bedside manner and their kindness showed in the way they approached my daughter and I. They even gave her a little stuffed animal so she wouldn't be scared and a toy for being so good. The place is immaculate in its cleanliness, paperwork is minimal and there are free snacks and drinks in the waiting room if needed. Even after our visit I received a message from the dr the following day to check up on my daughters condition as well as a get well card a week later signed by the staff for her. I've worked in the customer service industry so I know their actions during and after our visit go above and beyond! IF we ever have the need to visit an urgent care/ER again, this would be the only place I'll return to. read more
