Please consider seeking care somewhere (literally anywhere) else. I have never received worse care…read morein my life. I am not basing this on one experience, but several. This last visit was the last straw however. Why did I keep going back? Well, it's usually the clinic I can be seen at same day and it's very close to my house, so while care has never been too high of quality here, being a busy mom, it usually suffices when I need a zpack or for minor issues. The provider saw me on Monday & told me to call back if I developed a fever. I did so I tried to call. The phone number listed was not the correct clinic, so I had to be rerouted. Twice. After 25 minutes on hold, I still did not get the correct location but the person who answered this time said they'd give the provider my message. 24 hours go by, no call back. I then get a text with a link for a follow up telehealth visit. So seeing as I'm sicker now, I take it. I wait for the visit the next day and log in. It is with a random provider at a different location and they apparently had no access to the provider's notes from Monday so it was like starting over. After me telling her how my symptoms have gotten worse, she informs me there's nothing she can do beyond cough medicine (what?) and to schedule an in-person appointment. Super, super frustrating. I understand telehealth visits have limitations but there was zero effort to examine me virtually and felt almost as if she was just trying to rush me off the phone. I did not feel heard or well-cared for as I have in other telehealth appointments elsewhere. There is a severe lack of quality of care here. They have clearly given up. Please do not waste your time or money at any of these branches. Legacy ER is next door and 100% the extra few bucks. Lesson learned!!

Staff was entirely different from my first experience. The doctor is great, and I had no complaints towards her. She was very sweet and helpful. However her front staff was not that case. The lady that handles the insurance claims, is also the nurse prior to seeing the doctor. She gives major attitude and backtalks. She asked me the location of my Walgreens pharmacy. I told her on Midway. She said "ok" as if she knew which one. Never asked the address to confirm. After it was too late bc the doctor had already electronically sent the prescription, I find out she had sent to a Walgreens that doesnt even have Midway in its intersection. It's off Preston and Frankford. Had I not double checked, I would've never known where she sent it. After hours of not being able to get my prescription at my pharmacy, sick in bed, im told then i can just come get the written prescription. Which I had asked for, prior to leaving. Poor front staff can truly ruin it for doctors. Staff prior, was totally different. Also, front lobby, dirty. Not a single water bottle in the fridge for patients, unlike prior visit. TVs in there but all off. If it were just the doctor, id give higher

A special thank you to Officer Gonzales, who was one of the first people we encountered. Her customer service was wonderful and immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I also want to personally recognize Nurse Dusty, Nurse Casey, Dr. Grimm, and Registrar Rachael. Every one of you played a part in making a stressful situation much easier for me and my son. The care and compassion you showed truly meant a lot to us. Two weeks later, I had to bring my son back to have his stitches removed, and I had the pleasure of meeting Manager Jennifer Gilson. She was so kind and sweet! She had seen the TikTok review I posted about her staff and actually came out to thank me and shake my hand. That meant so much to me because it showed how much she appreciates her team and the patients they serve. From the front desk to the nurses, doctors, and management, everyone we encountered was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this emergency room to anyone who needs care. Thank you all for taking such great care of my son and for making a scary experience so much easier. Please keep up the amazing work! You all are doing a phenomenal job!

I had the good fortune of having Dr Patel see me. She was great and explained everything. Imagine my surprise that she cared enough to give me the injection. I originally didn't plan to post a review but here we are. I had been in excruciating pain and felt…read morethe ER was my only option to get answers. I received a bloodwork panel and the standard IV infusions as a precaution. Here's where the concern sets in - I asked the doctor at least 3x if she saw fluid in my body, which I knew 95% it was fluid, but trust the experts right..? This was obviously very concerning for me as I'm a black women and self-advocacy is huge in experiences like this, also I had no idea what was ultimately happening with my body. Ultimately, if the doctor would've prescribed the necessary meds to expel the fluid I wouldn't have had to go 2 additional weeks with fluid in my body possibly making other matters worst (HBP). Let's not forget the pictures you see attached - this was the chosen method by the staff in how they handled taking my blood (items displayed all over the bed) PLUS sticking me over 6 times to find a vein (the last two times the nurse hit an artery and had to use a ultrasound machine).

On 4/19 I made the POOR decision to trust this urgent care with my 3 WEEK OLD.. My baby presented a…read morerash and a low body temperature so we made the decision that he needed to be seen. We arrived and were taken back to have my babies vitals taken. When we got in the room there was 2 nurses, one asking questions about the baby and one taking vitals. The nurse asking questions left and the nurse taking my poor babies rectal temperature proceeded to insert the ENTIRE probe thermometer (NOT an at home thermometer) in my child all the way to the base. At the time I was in absolute shock but being that i'm a first time mother I didn't question her, I just made a face to my mother and the babies father who thank god we're in the room with me. The nurse then immediately walked out after taking the temperature. I then started asking questions, trying to comprehend what I had just watched and experienced. I knew in my gut and was very concerned that what had just happened was not appropriate for a newborn. The doctor then comes in and asks about my babies low body temperature and asks how we were taking the temperature at home. Before I answered him I said "well let me ask you a question.. how far should the thermometer be insert-" and he quickly cut me off. He then states that the nurse had "already told him". My mom had then asked him "well what did she tell you?". He rudely follows that with saying that the nurse already told him that I made a "crazy face" at her while she was taking his temperature. I then said "I sure did, because she inserted the entire thermometer probe up my child?"... then he laughs says hold on and walks out of the room. He came back with a AT HOME thermometer and tried to say that we should only inserting an inch ect. Every time what the nurse did got brought up he changed the subject and dismissed our concerns. He proceeded to check out my child's rash and then says he needs to speak with the ER dr. He goes and makes a call and when he came back he asked questions about who my pediatrician was.. rolled his eyes.. asked about certain vaccines.. rolled his eyes and his entire demeanor changed. He was extremely unprofessional, arrogant, rude and now asking me (mother) questions that felt unrelated and uncomfortable. Once he heard who my pediatrician was adamant we go to the ER.. prior to this conversation he made it seem non emergent and optional. At this point i'm extremely upset and just want what is best for my baby, so if that is going to the ER thats absolutely fine. He goes to get the order form and as he is outside our door he tells multiple people in a group "She said you stuck the thermometer 5 inches up his butt!" and they all started laughing hysterically. He then said "Then she said you picked up the baby and spun him around the room" they then all laughed again.. as if the situation, harm, bullying, and unprofessionalism towards a concerned mother and a defenseless 3 week old baby was the funniest thing they have ever heard. Sickening. Dr Atkins then came back in with a huge smile on his face and that's when I told him that we can hear everything he just said and I questioned what is funny about this situation. He LAUGHED and said he just had to tell them what was going on. Dr Atkins made JOKES about a situation that I voiced I was concerned about complications that put my baby's health at risk. At this point I am crying. I take the order form and with a smile on his face he says "yall have a good night". When we left the room there was not a nurse in sight. Insanely dismissive behavior and traumatizing all around. I feel so bad for any kids lives in the hands of these people. Once we arrived at the ER, I was told that rectal temperatures in newborns are typically taken at about 1/2 inch to 1 inch, which increased my concern about how my baby's temperature had been taken earlier. We were advised to monitor for signs of complications by the ER Dr

We visited Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care this morning as my wife suffered a significant second…read moredegree burn on her thigh and required immediate medical attention. This was by far the most pleasing experience for me and my wife at any medical facility. It was about an hour since my wife burned her leg before we walked into the urgent care center. We were escorted to the exam room right away, which, in itself, was surprising. NP Freh and Nurse Jasmine were unbelievably caring and genuinely concerned. They acted quickly with administering the pain medications and other necessary first aid. The urgency they showed (while not making us feel rushed) and the detail in which they explained the next steps, instructions for at-home care for the burn and the quickness in handling the discharge summary were all above and beyond one would expect from any medical facility. With the amount of pain my wife was in, it was important that she was attended quickly. NP Freh and Nurse Jasmine literally wasted no time. We knew NP Freh was genuinely concerned and it was proven by the fact that she called me later in the day to enquire about my wife's well-being. True gems of human beings. Heartfelt thanks to both of you.

This place is awesome!!!…read more Ok it's a doctor's office so let me tone down the excitement of the place. THE LOCATION Frisco... Off Main St. & 423. Pretty much in between a Circle K and a Sonic burger place on the southwest corner. PARKING Adequate parking in the front. THE PLACE Nice waiting room. The young lady working the front desk was wiping down pens and the front counter. They're all about sanitation over there. THE STAFF Friendly. Even the doctor. No ego or god-complex with him (I'm speaking on MY experience with the doctor on duty that day). The doctor was very patient, very knowledgeable... and answered all my questions. He knew what he was doing. WHAT TO EXPECT Quick tip... Check in online. Fill out all the forms and you'll be contacted when they are ready for you. THEN you can make your way to the location. Don't do the check-in in the parking lot OR expect to just walk in (unannounced) and be seen. If it looks like they're pretty booked, they'll call you to see if you want to be transferred to another office location. You'll go in (when they're ready for you), they'll take care of whatever copays or payments you need to pay. You may have to fill out a COVID form ("Were you out of the country?", etc). You're seated for about five minutes and you're called in. You're weighed, they take your pulse and blood pressure, as you a few questions and the doctor comes in to see you. Pretty straight forward. In and out. OVERALL They're on top of their game. I highly recommend this place if it's the weekend, you can't get your regular doctor, or it's not a true emergency.
