I went to the ER after more than a week of severe dizziness, migraines, a heavy feeling in my head, and feeling disconnected and unwell. I was referred by my doctor because my symptoms were not improving. I was honest with the physician, Dr. Babu Hosakote, and disclosed that I occasionally use cannabis to help with Complex PTSD. I also made it clear that I had not used cannabis in over a week. Unfortunately, it felt like the moment I mentioned cannabis, that became the sole focus of my visit. Rather than investigating my symptoms further, I was told I had a cannabis-related disorder and was handed a pamphlet. A CT scan was performed, and because it did not show anything significant, it seemed my concerns were dismissed entirely. What was most upsetting was feeling like I was being treated as though I were a drug seeker or addict rather than a patient looking for answers. When I asked for my test results, I was told to get them online. The interaction felt cold and dismissive. I even asked the doctor, "If I had never mentioned cannabis, what would your diagnosis be?" His response reinforced my feeling that my symptoms were being attributed to cannabis without meaningful consideration of other possible causes. When I reviewed my paperwork, I noticed elevated blood pressure and other lab values that I hoped would be discussed further. Instead, I left without answers and still feeling extremely unwell. To make matters worse, I later received a very expensive bill for a visit where I felt unheard, judged, and inadequately cared for. Patients deserve to be listened to and treated with dignity, regardless of their medical history or personal disclosures. I went in seeking help and left feeling worse than when I arrived. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hospital.

They treat you like family and want you to relax while you are there. I go in to get IV drips consistently and I do have anxiety when someone is working with my veins because they are tricky. Mr. Rick is one of the nurses at this facility that understood each of my concerns, let me just say he never misses my veins! Kelsey works at the front desk and is always so sweet and helpful as well! Over all I've found my new home away from home!

Staff were incredibly knowledgeable on all of the benefits and facets of the business and what is offered, so it was awesome to sit in the compression boots and hear a bit about what all they could do. Their prices are fair for all of the services that they offer. Super clean as well, and it was great to seem them sanitize things after we used them. We got the chance to do the cryotherapy in addition to the compression and both were fantastic. Great to have a space like this in the budding Prosper/Aubrey/HWY 380 area. Even though I have a few similar businesses closer to where I live, it was worth checking out these folks - they do a great job!

Gave 1-Star Review for recent Extremely Poor Customer Service experience - Avoid This Location…read moreI've been a regular customer at this Brakes Plus for over a year and generally had good experiences--until my most recent visit. The service advisor, Bruce, was being Condescending and impatient right from the start while interacting with me. I came in for a standard Oil Change Plus package, which has always cost around $100-$150 (including the inspection, tire rotation, etc.). Instead, Bruce came back with a massive $2,700 estimate for a long list of "recommended" repairs and immediately started pressuring me hard to approve everything on the spot. When I asked for a printed copy of the estimate so I could get a second opinion (something any reasonable customer would do), he got visibly offended and made a scene in front of other customers. He sarcastically snapped, "Tell me please, I will give it to you"--like I was being difficult for simply wanting documentation of a multi-thousand-dollar quote. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. This kind of childish, condescending attitude has no place in customer service. We're paying with our hard-earned money, not running a charity for the shop (and they're definitely not running one for us). Basic respect, clear explanations, and professionalism should be standard. Despite his terrible behavior, I still authorized about $550 worth of the recommended work because my car needed it. Had Bruce been patient, explained things calmly, and treated me like a valued customer instead of acting entitled, I likely would have gone ahead with the full $2,700 job. His attitude alone cost the shop a ton of potential revenue from me. I won't be back to this location. I'll take my business to another Brakes Plus there are 2 right within 5-8miles. Management needs to address this kind of behavior--retrain advisors like Bruce before they drive away more loyal customers. Very disappointing and frustrating.

This is the place for you if you are looking for health care that requires self-diagnosis and…read moretreatment plan, has incredibly rude staff and accepts no accountability for their bare minimum effort. I am convinced that their business plan is to collect as many fees as possible, in the shortest amount of time with the least effort. Today's issue surrounds my daughter's (21) visit for vomiting and diarrhea. In fewer than 10 minutes, they evaluated her, gave her a Zofran, charged me $70 and sent her home. She received no tests to determine the source of her symptoms. I called to ask why they didn't test her for anything and was told that she declined testing and they can't force anyone to take tests. I asked for more information and they said they asked her if she was "concerned" about flu, strep, covid, etc. She answered that she was not "concerned" about it. She never said that she did not wat to be tested. I told them that we were coming back for her to be properly evaluated and to rule out any viral or bacterial concerns, as she is returning to college across the country this week and I did not want to send her back without diagnosis, elimination of cause of treatment. I needed to be sure that she had been appropriately evaluated. The staff's attitudes were rude and confrontational. When we arrived, they were even more rude and maintained that asking a patient, who is not medically trained if they are concerned about a disease is the same as declining testing. The put us in a room and proceeded to talk about us while we waited for the "Dr.". One even said " I guess today is the day I get fired, because I am not putting up with this". I spoke with the "Dr." and she eventually acknowledged that their line of questioning was indeed open ended and could lead to a misunderstanding. The tests were ordered and we concluded our visit. At no time was I unprofessional. I never made personal statements about the staff, and I absolutely never threatened or even hinted at a threat of violence. I was absolutely annoyed and asked specific questions, and wholeheartedly disagreed with their assertion that asking if someone is concerned with something is the same as asking for approval to test. We will NEVER visit this facility again. This is the THIRD consecutive time I have had a bad experience. It was really great when it opened. I have no idea what happened. We will also be switching from this health care system as a whole due to our family's experiences here. I will take my money elsewhere. Should Texas Breeze wish to respond contradicting my experience, I urge you to watch and listen to the security tapes first before you deny my experience or indicate that I was aggressive. I am guessing that is why you called the security guard to be there during our return visit....Yes. We noticed. He left as soon as we did. That was not necessary and certainly did not intimidate us as I am sure you had hoped.
