I left with more than I expected, and I expected a lot…read more To be honest I was a little wary when I saw I had to pay prior to the appointment because I didn't know Kim. But once you meet her, all concerns will be dispelled - she's a warm, giving person who just wants to love on people through her craft. Her knowledge is immediately apparent and she's eager to share it in any way that will help you. Regarding her work, she knows what she's doing. As you'll quickly see, she's knowledgeable without the arrogance and can help you without causing more pain. I went to her because my hands were going numb due to bad postures taken when holding my infant and from delivery. She found trigger points all over my body that I didn't even realize were so tender. The numbness isn't gone but it's leaps better than before my session (I plan to return). She also helped other areas I was unaware of - my hips were more mobile as well as my back and my neck less tense. After my session, and for the first time after delivery, I felt energized and relaxed - I came home and took a deep nap and woke up with a desire to move and stretch. I stretched for an hour that evening because it felt wonderful to be able and have the desire to move. TLDR - Go to Kim, she can help you (in more ways than you realize). She's truly knowledgeable and gifted; she's worth it.

Dr Mohan explained the cultural differences as to why, but offered the most help of any of the three pain management doctors I saw. The next day, I got multiple calls and text messages from their office saying that they need to collect my insurance information. I wasn't able to answer right away and they kept calling over and over and leaving different messages, including one message that said my appointment was being canceled because my drivers license is expired (it isn't). I called them again and they confirmed my insurance is valid. Went in for the appointment and the receptionist tries to get me to "Self pay" and says I don't have valid insurance. Had to provide the insurance a 3rd time before they finally acknowledged it. I got as far as seeing the medical assistant. I showed her my most recent MRI and a stack of medical records going back 2 years. She quickly told me that the doctor wasn't going to be able to help me and I left. Never saw the doctor. Also their office is full of red flags, like advertisements for laser hair removal, ketamine injections, Regenexx ads all over the place (which is not a proven treatment and is experimental at best), something called the O-shot for woman sexual improvement. I feel stupid for going here.

The person that interacts with the patient is not the most pleasant to deal with. Once I got there though and started working with Lainey, everything changed. She is so understanding and genuinely interested in your journey to recovery. She challenges me in a way that makes it fun to go to physical therapy. The facility itself is very clean and they seem to have every piece of equipment that is possible. I had a failed total knee replacement which required nine total operations. The bone in my leg died and left me with one leg 4" shorter. I have had to use a walker and my goal is to get rid of the walker. It's great to have a goal so they can work towards it with you. If you are looking for physical therapy, I can't recommend this more.

On recommendation of friends went to Baylor Scott White, Little Elm near Eldorado Pkwy on 423. Was assigned Kelsey Thompson, what a win for me. Kelsey was so so so knowledgeable, patient, flexible with my daily twinges and aches, adapted my PT according to my needs, after 3 months I felt terrific, scar tissue was minor, my balance improved and started to walk confidently without cane. Location is fantastic, on ground level and can park right out front. Never kept waiting, always on time. Great equipment. Compared to hearing friends say they were just put on a bike, my experience was so sophisticated and comforting. Highly, highly recommend.

My husband liked him so much he suggested I try him. I called and spoke to his office, they were very helpful. I had my x-rays sent over from my previous chiropractic care so I didn't have to do x-rays again. Dr Stutz went over his assessment with me, he helped me understand how I was able to throw my back out over such a simple daily life task and explained that with the correct care hopefully we could prevent that from happening again. As it turns out one of the exercises I had been given from my previous care was not a good fit for my specific issue. I have since been given a couple of new exercises and I have been in to see Dr Stutz for multiple visits. My husband and I have very different back issues and we both require different care, Dr Stutz has helped/ is helping both of us feel better. My husband was initially drawn to Family & Sports Chiropractic due to the sports related specific care that could be given, he also plays soccer and loved that Dr Stutz provides care to the FC Dallas players as well. I, on the other hand, do not play sports of any kind and was honestly a little hesitant. Dr Stutz has always made me feel comfortable, it has not mattered one bit that I am completely unathletic. He has made me feel at ease for all of my care while still working to improve my condition. Also to note, which is very important to me, the office has always been friendly, is it easy to schedule visits and texting to the office number has always gotten a quick response. I had a specific request this last week which was graciously handled by the office and Dr Stutz. So all of these things combined have made for a great ongoing experience with Frisco Family & Sports Chiropractic.
