Like geez lady I apologized and am trying not to make the same error and she rubbed in my face. Emotional regulation is important for someone in charge of "patient care" and while I was remorseful and paid my fee for rescheduling less than 24 hrs, Christina was extremely passive aggressive and when told how she made a patient feel in clinic, she had 0 remorse or compassion. Impact vs intention especially when it comes to patient care. That's not someone that I'd like to see/deal with when coming into a clinic of great PTs & PA's. Again, if you want her to tackle an insurance company, she's your girl. If you want to be spoken to like a human being, go elsewhere. Very curt, insensitive but hey she'll get things done.

I loved our conversations together and my neck has never felt better. My quality of life has definitely improved from where I was before to after our appointments together. For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows -- I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I'm sure that didn't make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor -- it's not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body's needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better -- decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. It's just not worth the time and hassle when there are other companies that do it right from start to finish.

They recommended conservative measures for 6 weeks, ultimately against surgery, and spoke slowly and in terms I could understand easily. I told him and his assistant about another doctor I had seen and about the other doctor's recommended course of treatment, and Dr. Early was very knowledgable about why that wouldn't have been the best course. As it turns out one of the exercises I had been given from my previous care was not a good fit for my specific issue. I have since been given a couple of new exercises and I have been in to see Dr Stutz for multiple visits. My husband and I have very different back issues and we both require different care, Dr Stutz has helped/ is helping both of us feel better. My husband was initially drawn to Family & Sports Chiropractic due to the sports related specific care that could be given, he also plays soccer and loved that Dr Stutz provides care to the FC Dallas players as well.
