Super nice person but it would have been great if there was signage letting you know to enter through the back doors. I only saw one employee doing everything, greeting patients, checking us in, sorting our paperwork. He also did my blood draw painlessly and quickly. I'm got rolling veins and usually it takes several pokes, but not today. He did a great job, and I appreciate the professionalism. I wish I would've got his name but it was early and I really needed coffee.

I'm always nervous around needles, and giving blood can be difficult for me, but the phlebotomist here is hands down the best I've ever experienced. No multiple pokes and only minimal discomfort. Most of the labs in the Dallas area didn't have hours that were suitable for my son's work schedule. Even the ones that said they were open on Saturday's actually weren't even open, or I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone at the labs! This was very frustrating because my son needs this bloodwork done asap, as he was just released from a 2 week stay at the hospital with renal failure. Miya was such a blessing and a true lifesaver, driving to my son's apartment and doing his bloodwork there. Plus, she actually answered the phone and I was able to speak to her personally. We will definitely be using Miya's services again and highly recommend her!

This visit, I had the pleasure of having Sukhman Kaur draw my blood. Sukhman was professional, efficient and gentle. As an added bonus, the next day I didn't have a bruise where she drew the blood! I was sad to hear she was leaving ALTN for a nursing position but very happy for her. I hope her boss will consider having her work part time if she so desires. I would let her draw my blood any day! Thanks, Sukhman, for a great experience.

I spoke with the technician prior to the MRI and made sure she was aware that I needed to have it for my lower forearm all the way up to my upper bicep. Because that's where the injury was. She said she would do her best. When I went in to have my MRI read by the orthopedic surgeon, he said the MRI wasn't good and even the report given by Prime states that it does not capture the rupture area "unfortunately, the scan does not cover the distal most insertion". Which is where the rupture occurred. I've been calling and leaving messages at both doctors offices and prime for 2 days trying to get them to re-do the MRi they messed up at no cost to me. i paid cash. Both doctors offices said that they had reached out to prime and not heard back. I spoke with the Prime scheduling department supervisor and the billing supervisor. They kept referring me back to the other departments. I have a short window to complete this surgery but Prime is not providing a good service. I may have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket again. So frustraing!
