I have to get my blood drawn several times per year and I've never enjoyed it because my veins sometimes roll, that is until I met Yolanda. Not only is she a skilled employee who makes one of my most dreaded tasks as painless as possible, she is also a ray of sunshine! Truly. She is such a beautiful soul. She is always smiling, kind, and double checks everything with me prior to and after the blood draw, which is great because I've had draws before where something was missed. She should be promoted and given a raise immediately! Seriously, I always come back here so even if she doesn't do my blood draw, I can still often say hello to her. I wish I knew her secret to positivity and kindness that she absolutely exudes! I also usually never wait too long at this location, which is great as well.

I had a very unpleasant experience getting my blood work done at this LabCorp location. The…read moretechnician told me I wasn't bleeding because I was "dehydrated," which isn't true I had already drank water before arriving. Instead of stopping, she kept pushing the needle deeper, moving it side to side, and pressing hard on my arm to force blood out. I was scared and in pain. She then decided to do another poke on my other arm, pressing very hard again. Now I have a large bruise that keeps getting worse, and the pain hasnt left I cant no longer lift my arm because it hurts This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location. Every time I come here, the blood draw hurts and leaves bruises. When I go to other labs, the process is quick, painless, and I don't bruise at all so I know this isn't normal. I would not recommend this location. The technique felt rough and careless, and the experience was uncomfortable and stressful.
