Poor customer service - male employee /nurse dresses unprofessionally and is rude. Clearly there to just collect a paycheck.

Never again will this location be used by more and hopefully anyone else. First off the male employee or nurse doesn't care enough to even get your name or Sex right word of mouth or paper work. The bathroom used was unkept and unclean with pee being on the bin where your belongings are kept as well as the toilet seat. Oh and I failed to mention the lack of toilet covers. And again to the Extremely Rude and belligerent male nurse/ employee. He refused to let me speak to any superiors, take my legal documents regarding factors that would impact my test and all in all was just extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. If you hate your job that's your problem but Do Not let that affect those who come in there for employment! The "care" here is something you'd see in an FX Quack special. I came to this location for fingerprinting and an employment drug screen. Namely, I want to mention and thank Ashley, Shante (sp?) and Pablo. When it came to the fingerprinting, the machine was really temperamental. Shante apologized ahead of time. Even though it took a little more time to thoroughly get the prints, she made it a really pleasant experience. I would recommend this location because the staff were very nice, great personalities & overall it was just a very positive experience. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Front desk could clearly care less about customer service. 1st visit- "We don't have your orders. They are in the system but you have to send them directly this location." I call Dr and have them faxed to them and emailed to me. I go there again. 2nd visit- " Oh our fax and email don't work. We can only take paper copies." Can you use the email copy on my phone. "No" Do you have a printer I can send this to and print it out. "No." Why didn't you tell when I was previously here that I needed a paper copy since you can't access email or fax?! read more

This is my go to location for any routine blood work they are pretty fast and efficient getting you in and out which is absolutely great! This last time I went I had to use the restroom and it was so freakin dirty for it being the only restroom I would expect them to tidy it up a bit and refill toilet paper but that had to be the least of there worries and it completely showed. read more

Showed up to simply drop off a sample. I was required to check in on their system and wait behind all the people with appointments. Guy at the desk was unpleasant and made things complicated. These people seem to have forgotten who is the customer! I was told I could not drop off sample because they needed a blood test. I took it to another office, where they accepted the sample and had no idea why the Richardson office would not. Hard to get good help, I reckon. read more

This is a very busy bloodwork center and all of the employees are actively trying to do their best with the patient load and trying to make sure that everyone gets seen in a timely manner. I think that if you expect around one hour if you have no appointment time that should be plenty. Make sure to treat all of the employees with kindness! read more

I had no issues with this location. There was literally no wait time. The staff were efficient and nice. The only problem I had was the sign-in kiosk gives you the option to pay, and I attempted twice and the machine was not working. I was able to log in to my Labcorp account on my phone and pay during my 3 minute wait for the tech to come in. I recommend this location. read more

Booking an appointment online was super easy (although an appt is not necessary) my appt time was 130p and there was no wait. I handed my lab orders over to the gentlemen at the desk and he directed me into the lab. The phlebotomist was funny, super nice and made the process very relaxed. I had no issues with staff, wait times or anything else while I was there. read more

My first visit was not a good one, with the tech assigned reeking of smoke and triggering my allergies. The replacement tech was rough and rude when I requested tourniquet be loosened slightly. Jabbed vein so hard he went thru and had to dig for blood. Second trip was to drop off specimen. Was rudely informed order was cancelled since I did not bring specimen on first visit. Caldr office and order sent immediately. When I handed in my specimen (in a plastic bag), tech took it and threw it on the table behind him. I later received notice specimen was "contaminated " and I needed to bring in another one. Having worked in and managed a lab previously, I knew specimen had not been contaminated on my end with collection. This lab and it's treatment of clients is totally unacceptable. I watched how others were treated while I waited. They need to be reported. read more

This is a beef aimed at several LabCorp locations. I needed pre surgery lab work on short notice. April 8 I went to a location on Shiloh in Garland. Closed midday (pottie break?). Back on Fri, note on the door now says closed indefinitely. Needing the work done, I went to Labcorp on Forest Lane, Dallas, open until 4:30. I arrived at 3:45, it's closed. It's now Monday, I needed this done last week. I went to this Campbell Rd location and waited, with up to 16 irritated people in the tiny waiting area (Covid capacity 5). Got blood drawn, and was told they couldn't do the required EKG, go somewhere else. I will do just that. read more

I understand the kiosks, I get that it's more efficient and it really is the wave of the future. But it has given the staff the excuse to be completely uninvolved and unmotivated. They don't open up the glass, confirm you are checked in, nothing. We checked in at 4:20 right behind three other people. Staff waits until 5 minutes until closing to start bringing people back. I work in healthcare so I get there is more to it, they could have people back there, they could be spinning blood and preparing it for pick up. The wait is not the main issue. The main issue is that the staff seems annoyed they have to help you. At 5pm if you go up just to make sure they are still behind the closed frosted window and say hello they act annoyed that they have to do their job. When given the choice I will always choose quest now because this place needs an overhaul. read more

I've been here before maybe two years ago and it was nice and simple. In the past week, because that's how long I have been trying to get a screen done, I have had problems. They don't answer their phone so when I have questions I literally have to drive there. They have specific times for screens which I was not informed about the first TWO times I showed up. So when I arrive for a 3rd time after blowing up their phone for 40 minutes, they tell me to come back 2 hours later to complete the exam. SERIOUSLY!!! Very unprofessional. read more

This place is slow and rude there no personal reference front desk guy is rude and sassy don't need the neck popping attitudes when looking for assistance. Front desk guy constantly hear his phone just buzzing texting away wasn't expecting a bitchy vibe this morning. Make an appointment before 1:30 or you won't be seen till closing for a simple drug screen. I made an appt here for a Lab draw. I walked in and signed in at the kiosk. A lovely Person opened the window and greeted me. I literally put my coat on the chair and was called back already. A nice young man drew my blood he was awesome ! I will be going back for frequent blood draws I hope I get him every time! read more

Just had my blood work done at LabCorp in Richardson off Campbell Road. It was packed - as in there were no seats available in the waiting room. I signed in and it was about 3 minutes before I was called back. Lori was the one who drew my blood - I told her is usually takes 2-4 times to get the needle in because my veins roll ... she said she promised to get it done with the first poke ... and she did! She was kind, funny, talkative and just a joy to be around. Fast and easy!!! read more

I come here for my employer lab work every year. Staff is great, and I always get in and out quickly.

Upon arrival, the staff was very unprofessional and very unwelcoming. As someone who struggles with getting blood taken, I was very nervous about the whole situation. My mother, who has an eye disease and struggles with her vision, came back with me to get my blood taken. The man who took my blood had 0 hospitality and made fun of me when I was in distress. Because I struggle with getting my blood taken, naturally I passed out. This is partly to due to the fact that the man stood me up so fast to get me to a table. He was very rude when he noticed I had split the water in my hand while I was passing out. He yelled at my mother for me spilling the water because she wasn't able to see where the cup was. He then left me and mother after I woke up with no further instructions on anything. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and it has definitely made me more traumatized to get blood work done again. Refuse to come back here ever again. read more

Worst location ever! Do not come here! I arrive at 820 because they open at 830. I didn't want to wait in line, all the normal stuff a person that showed up early says... No one arrived to open the doors until 850. She makes a phone call telling her co-worker she does not have her keys and is unable to open the door. At this point they have 15 people waiting in the hall way. I was just told I would be the first person for a screening but not until the guy arrives that can perform that screening...you've got to be kidding me. It is now 916 and he still hasn't arrived. What a failure! Coming to give a sample, or blood, or whatever the case is an uncomfortable situation for most people. The tardiness and lack of respect for their clients just makes it even worse. Okay, I get that, but to be told this downright hatefully is inexcusable. This W Campbell Rd location has the rudest staff...shocked how they speak to folks....and how slow. Since my bad experience, I've talked to friends that have had similar issues with this location. Not sure if being rude is a company policy at Labcorp or what it is. This is the second one we have visited in which we have been treated rudely. You go up to the receptionist desk that just has a clipboard to sign in. Make sure you sign in without asking any questions. Why you may ask? If you decide to ask anybody that is beyond the window anything, they rudely tell you to just sign in. We just wanted to make sure we were at the correct place for the service that we needed. Once inside they ask you if you have insurance. I'm sorry that I'm a college student and didn't qualify for healthcare. After letting them know you lack insurance they treat you differently even though the service you are paying for is cheap that I doubt it would be worth claiming it in the insurance. So to anyone going to this place beware. I can only imagine how they treat kids and older adults. read more

The ladies here are just plain rude. I've had to wait in the lobby for some testing, so I've been able to watch how they are treating everyone who comes in. Each person that has come in during my two hour wait was not greeted. One very pleasant gentleman had the wrong paperwork and he was basically berated for having made a mistake. The girl at the front desk said, "I don't know why people come in with this form. I can't do anything with it." No offer of help to get the right form. He said he would go to another lab company and walked out. My personal experience has been mediocre. It appears one girl is doing all the work while the other two laugh and giggle about the people in the lobby. This location definitely needs some coaching on customer service. I suppose they get the job done, but I won't be returning here unless I have no other choice. read more
