I recently went to the Any Lab Test Now on Park in Plano to have my blood drawn for serum eyedrops. I sometimes have a difficult time with blood draws and appreciate a really experienced phlebotomist. This visit, I had the pleasure of having Sukhman Kaur draw my blood. Sukhman was professional, efficient and gentle. I hardly felt the needle stick at all and we were able to draw the amount of vials I needed. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about how to perform the task at hand. As an added bonus, the next day I didn't have a bruise where she drew the blood! I was sad to hear she was leaving ALTN for a nursing position but very happy for her. I hope her boss will consider having her work part time if she so desires. I would let her draw my blood any day! We were actually at the location on Belaire Drive in Fort Worth. Jessica took our call , and also did the lab work. I cannot tell you how great she was. We were having a very bad experience at another lab, (different company) and she absolutely saved us! She was so knowledgeable, professional, and expedient. She took what had been a really bad experience during the day, and turned it completely around. Getting us results in 10 minutes. We had been trying for seven hours earlier, and gotten nowhere. I called not once but twice for some lab work I wanted to get done. After explaining to the girl on the phone what I wanted them to check, she explained the type of package I could get done to suit my needs. I went a few days later for the blood work and it seemed like I was talking to different people. The staff members were not sure which one I should have done. Even after I informed them of what I was told over the phone, it didn't help. They even called their supervisor and I can tell that all 3 of them still could not figure it out although both times I called they seemed confident as to which blood work package I should get. They advised me to speak to my doctor and ask them which one I need and then come back. This defeats the whole purpose of why I went here and not my doctor's office in th first place. I visited the Plano facility yesterday for a pre employment drug screening. The website said masks were required and the person I spoke with when I scheduled the appointment said that so when I got to the facility I was surprised to find no one wore a mask. I was required to leave my pocket book unattended in an insecure drawer and there were not any paper towel to dry my hands after washing up, I was offered some toilet paper and told the paper towel dispenser was not working and the facility did not have any paper towels. On my way out I saw an out of order sign on the hand sanitizer dispenser located near the entrance. I would not return to this facility by choice. I see that the owner has multiple facilities and am not sure if there is enough managing going on. read more

I have used Any Lab Test numerous times without many problems but today was different. The sign on their door states "Walk Ins Welcome". That is not correct. I was able to walk in during my last test but today I was asked to go outside and make an appointment. That is nuts. I did as they requested and the employees were very nice but said that was protocol. That is OK but change your sign. read more

While the service provided is efficient and they tell you they DO NOT FILE INSURANCE CLAIMS FOR YOU they do not tell you that you most likely will not be reimbursed! My husband and I paid over $1000 for our lab test ordered by our MD for our annual physicals. My husband has Medicare. After I went through the painful process of filing the claim myself...tracking down all the info that Medicare needed they only credited his account $6.00. When I spoke with a medicare representative I was told that medicare has an agreement with the labs that they only pay .75 cents per lab test! I have UHC. My claim was completely denied, even after submitting the information repeatedly as requested! The reason we went to ANYLABTESTNOW was due to a GOOGLE search for QUEST LAB. That is who ANYLABTESTNOW uses to process their labs. So while they say WE DO NOT FILE CLAIMS they are not transparent enough to tell you that the claims will most likely be denied! IF I WAS INFORMED OF THAT I WOULD HAVE MOVED ON TO A TRUE QUEST LAB! read more

Amidst the crazy wait times and supply issues for Covid testing, this place is an island of peace and efficiency. Last night, I made 8:40a and 9:00a appointments for this morning for my son and I. We showed up at 8:30, were shown how to check in, payment was taken, we were both swabbed and got our results in our Inbox at 9:00 am. They do not take insurance, so it's cash out of pocket ($129 for rapid test and $199 for extended lab test), but it's totally worth it rather than the 8 hour wait time at Primacare and the 5+ day scheduling backlog at CVS and Walgreens. read more

I donate whole blood regularly and between that and assorted lab, ER and hospital tests, I've had hundreds of blood draws. Sydney was calm and professional, gentle and empathetic, and SO SMOOTH slipping the needle into my arm it was a pleasure to be there. Had to get the dreaded COVID-19 test here, and it was no hassle at all! Everything is done outside the building through a QR code, which is easy and allows the signing in and payment process to be completely contactless. You wait in your car (I literally waited for 2 minutes) and then they call you up for your test. Super easy, and the nurse was so sweet. I went recently with my fiancee so he could get his lab work done. I thought this would just be a routine office visit like any other. Unfortunately, the second we walked in and he approached the desk a woman named Anna was rude and treated my fiancee like he interrupted her day. We HAD to be their we didn't choose to be there. She was rude and unprofessional. I hope not all your clinics employee people like this who make you feel like a burden. This was the only place, after many calls to multiple labs that even offered to help. Had to get testing done on a clothing item that caused chemical burns, in order to get proper medical treatment. Being able monitor my blood levels whenever I'm feeling something is amiss gives me peace of mind & recently pinpointed a complication that 3 trips to the ER in 2 wks had not picked up! Couldn't be happier! I have been court ordered to take UA's and I was provided a list of locations, I shopped around and spoke to MANY labs and this place takes the cake! The prices are incredibly reasonable and I never have to wait while I'm there or for my results! And Dayleen.... She has helped me through this horrible situation, and made it as pleasant as court ordered UA's could be! She's confidential, compassionate and so easy to work with! She truly is freakin awesome! Every week I need to come in here and what would normally be a dreadful experience (and has been with other labs in the past) these knowledgable woman help make the best of my shitty situation. Not to mention they offer so much more! Totally unrelated to my court issues, I've started their B12 injection program and I love it! Horrible experience today!! The employees in this facility were rude and unprofessional - especially Kellie. At this facility, they draw blood but they also have to be nice to people because this is unfortunately not a pleasant experience to have to go through. Especially if it's a child having their blood drawn. I have been to this location several times over the years and never encountered what I did today. Extremely unprofessional service!! Don't waste your day and blood!! Per the on duty receptionist/phlebotomist, calls to this Plano location are forwarded to a call center by default. My call in was busy for over 20 min. When I actually drove to the site (5 min drive), wait room was empty and log in sheet last appointment was 4 hrs prior. When the call center took my appointment request I was given a price for the needed lab test. The receptionist informed me that the test was $30 more expensive and that often the call center misquotes prices. The receptionist was having trouble with the computerized credit card payment system; she could not verify that the charge was approved , but choose to give me a receipt for services rendered and mentioned that she will probably need to put more work on this customer and call me back to run the card again. Which of course, she did have to call me back for my credit card info a second time. Frustrated, but compliant, I was nice enough to give the cc info even though I had a receipt for the service. No manger on site at 3pm to help the receptionist there alone. My recommendations for improved customer service and improved office workflow were sadly dismissed. Lastly, the Regional Manager calls me back to screams at me that she doesn't need my business and that my lab work will not be processed. What a wasted day and I got stuck with a needle. I came into the Plano office location and was greeted by a woman named Dayleen. She claimed to be the owner of the lab. She was extremely rude and difficult to even ask questions too. I came in with my girlfriend who needed some labs done and had been in three times prior to this visit. Dayleen rudely explained that we had to have who was paying for the service to contact her and approve the service. We had not had to do this the three other times we had come in because the credit card is in my girlfriends name. Dayleen also said that they had not made a chart for us and all her other techs would have not known to do that. Sounds and seems to be a very unprofessional place of business and for an owner of the store to be so rude and nasty.....well I will not be coming back here again. It is my serious recommendation that you do not go to this location. Dayleen is one of the worst human beings I have come across and was even wearing a hooded sweatshirt and pajama pants. No scrubs or anything and it was a very unpleasant experience. Drive 15 miles to the McKinney location because it has to be better than this location. read more

It is a deception and they will tell you anything to get you to get a test. I had horrible headaches and decided to go in for a test to see what might be causing the problem. I asked to test my formaldehyde levels in my system since I had been doing a hair straightening treatment on clients that contains formald. and they said they have the test for $100. Only thing when the test came back it was only to tell me if I am allergic to the known toxin, something I wouldn't have payed for. I asked for a refund and they gave me the run around. When I tried to sue for the money back, the owner lied and won the case, even though he admitted they didn't know what test is in the system. It is a deception and they will tell you anything to get you to get a test. They don't know what they are doing up there, unfortunately. It is a good idea in concept but buyer beware. read more

I would like to start my review stating how great not only the staff lab nurse, Stephanie, is, but also how great the owner of the facility. Both are fantastic. Stephanie is knowledgeable and professional and a great lab nurse. The owner of the facility is also great. I had a small minor problem the first time I went and he personally contacted me and made things right. I wish more businesses treated their owners like he did to me and I am sure to other customers of the place as well. I can't say enough good things about Any Lab Test Now Plano. They are professional, they are quick, and they know what they are doing. If you need quick lab tests done with even quicker test results (I mean like 1 or 2 days quick!!!!) then don't hesitate to go there. You can either walk in or set up an appointment, either way you will be seen very quickly.
