I've been coming to ALTN for about a year, every 3 months for thyroid and hormone panels that my doctor requires to manage health issues.

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time through the LabCorp website. Reading the other reviews helped me know this is the best thing to do if you don't want to wait a long time. Go to: www.Labcorp.com and make an account to schedule your appointment. Checked in at the kiosk by scanning my drivers license front and back. About 30 seconds later they are calling me back to get started. Fast, efficient, skilled, and professional. I didn't take pictures of the inside as it's on the 3rd floor of the Physicians Building and there were patients in the waiting room. I'm coming here to get my blood drawn from now on. Thank you all for making a usually stressful thing into an easy and painless experience.

You can tell she thoroughly enjoys telling people she can't help them or they made a mistake. I felt bad for the elderly people that were struggling with the check in process because this woman was just so condescending. Lab Corp you need another person as a receptionist! Someone that actually is willing to help and not just be on a power trip. Also, it would help if Lab Corp has a tv monitor where patients can see their name and how many people are ahead of them. Patients will not have to ask how much longer it will take for their turn, especially since the receptionist is rude and makes it clear she is not happy to answer any questions. Quest has the tv monitor so patients know they are checked in and their approximate wait time. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to LabCorp. Response to LabCorp: It is not just the wait time that is a problem. It is the extremely rude receptionist. In reading through the other reviews, she is consistently rude. If LabCorp is striving for better patient experience, start by replacing the receptionist that has had multiple rudeness complaints.

Caution; RANT! I have never been so disappointed,…read moredisrespected, unappreciated, in my life! I have spent the better part of 3 years dedicated through BLOOD, SWEAT AND TEARS working for this scam of a company. I have opened up 2 offices in their honor/request, I have had many many many many sleeplessness nights to make sure this account was 100% accommodated. To the dismay of others warning me. My staff and I have spent endless labor hours to do their job in billing, to no avail , I have given them the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT FAIL, even though they would short my check/payment by thousands, and thousands, every single month for the past few years, last month, they didn't even pay me the over 10k without warning on payday, I called 100x endless Email request, 911 calls to the CEO went unanswered, until finally I got a response that's claimed stated the payment system was down. They put my entire business in jeopardy because of their lack of integrity, professionalism, and class. I had to extend my business for the first time and obtain loans, to survive their incompetent business practices. It took more than a week in half to get an incomplete check yet once again! To the detriment of my company and staff! I have been bound by contact to honor which I have done faithfully, knowing in my gut this company was going to rob me. As of this week, yesterday, this company finally contacted me to tell me the following. I knew all this prior to the call of course. 1. CEO we've filed for bankruptcy, you won't be getting last months monies that you and your company have completed for us! Over 250 patients we cared for and completed our services. OVER $10,000. In hard hard time energy and lots of superior customer service. 2. We no longer need your services. 90% of all the prayers I've asked for has been in regards to this situation and this company! Here we are, the Truth is told. Medicare Fraud! Billing practices for a deceased Dr to Medicare. They have scammed and destabilized me and others over the past few years, of my business and my personal life. I spent the entire day yesterday dedicated to advising my clients/Dr's of their demise, and alerting them we've severed our relationship with this lab! As the day progressed, I learned that my Dr's each and every one honored my services and Blooddispatch dedication and each of them wants to continue with Blooddispatch no matter who the lab is! I was humbled at each and every call and advise. I may have lost 10k+ I don't know if I can survive this financial loss, but God saw fit that my clients appreciate and honor all my teams hard and services. God may have other plans for me I don't know! But I ask for additional prayers that God protects me and gives me strength through yet another storm!

I did not feel safe from potential exposure to COVID-19 in their office. I left before being seen.

This will be a year long program and it was important to me to find a lab close by. Clinical Pathology uses the Sonic Scheduling app to verify and confirm your appointments. It's easy to cancel and reschedule if you need to. Everything was done by text so when I arrived all I needed to do is say, HI! They knew exactly who I was and why I was there -- no worries. This was a lovely friendly group of ladies! The appointments are spaced out enough that the lobby was empty when I arrived and only two people when I left. Everything was clean and organized. My phlebotomist got me on the first try and I'm known to have invisible and tricky veins, lol. I look forward to finishing this process with Clinical Pathology Labs.

I asked them three different times on multiple phone calls if they had an Open MRI. They said "Yes." I asked if it was open on the sides and not closed in, they said "Yes." I asked if it was "hamburger style" and they said "Yes." I drive 30 miles to them and get there only to find out that the "Open MRI" is still a tube but slightly bigger. Just like a regular MRI machine just a little bigger. This is NOT what I was told on the phone. Also, this company had me scheduled for a normal MRI at a different location. When I called, they said I was supposed to go to a different location and there was no note in my file about an "Open MRI." I am glad I called because I would have went to the wrong location in the first place. I will not be using this company again. They had hand sanitizers and there was enough distancing between seats. Besides it was not full of people. There was 1 person when I got there and one arrived after me. They had their face masks. I was given the choice of waiting inside watching TV for the 45 minutes it takes for the contrast fluid to go through me, or I was welcome to take it outside, or to my car and drink it and return in 45 mins. The radiologist was extremely nice through the entire process, explaining things as we were going. There was no surprises. I even apologized for not being able to hold my breath for 20 seconds. She told me that she got the image and it was perfectly clear! Turns out I let my air out on the 18th or 19th second.
