I really wanted to like this place..... my first time was a bust for my daughter. She got a full set. Showed the lady a picture. It was a fancy looking French tip style. But the lady said it was goin to be 75. So she asked for the basic french but a different color tip. Still goin to be 75. Ugh whatever. She gets it done but the lady paints the french tip crooked and has the nerve to say next time, know what you want before you come. So the second time I come because the location is convenient and I only get a gel mani..... the mani was ok.... He said square round. I said yes. My damn nails are shaped like a crooked SpongeBob. I had a nice length when I came in and he went so short they look like nubs. And then an extra 15 for gel and the whole nail started lifting after 6 days. The service we received wasn't good. The lady that was doing my sister-in-laws nails was talking non-stop and wouldn't pay any attention to her nails. She got mad when my sister-in-law asked if she could cut her cuticles. Then she made her bleed on ever single finger, and wouldn't turn on the UV lamp because she was too busy talking! I respectfully declined a manicure & to just stick with my pedicure after I was told it'd be extra charge for gel, which I get I wasn't mad at that just couldn't afford to spend $30 extra on gel from my pedicure and mani, I was then bombarded with 3 other workers trying to explain to me telling me how I misunderstood when I understood fully I just didn't want to pay for that and just stick to my pedi. Lady who was supposed to do my manicure was extremely rude and started shouting to her co workers slamming her arms to the side of her as if i Upset her. I felt like crying the entire time I was there, I was so flabbergasted all this commotion was due to not wanting something anymore bc the extra charge. The pedicure was horrible so much so I didn't even let them finish, usually I can sit back, relax. & let them do they're job.. not in this case. I told them I didn't want polish, I actually did but I didn't want anymore done to my feet. So I left with no polish on my toes and with crooked, slanted, and serrated toe nails. I'm APPALLED at the awful service & quality from this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! My wife and daughters made an appointment for Mother's Day. 1st complaint, PRICE: the price was higher than what they were told when they made the appointment. Shady. 2nd & 3rd complaints, QUALITY: the nail polish on 9 of my youngest daughter's nails all flaked off before nightfall (pretty pictures for 6 hours though!) and one of my wife's nails chipped when she was pulling down her windshield visor (so much for lasting 2 to 3 weeks) 4th complaint, TORTUROUS: when redoing the chipped nail on the following day, the technician started filing her nail down to the point where it hurt my wife. My wife asked her to stop but was responded to with, "it's not a big deal". Wow, really? 5th complaint, TRASH TALKING: don't know what's up these technicians' butts, but they were talking angrily almost the whole time on both days. Can't pinpoint what was being said or who it was about, but talking in a different language to your coworkers with a pissed-off look on your face leaves the customer feeling more than a bit awkward. Well..we made appointments for 2 Pedis' ..let's see from start to finish my daughter Pedi was 23 min, mine was a bit shorter as they started on mine after hers and was done shortly after hers!! Friendly staff Poor work. 1st every color I chose to paint my nails they either no longer had it available or was so low on gel polish that I had to go to another color until I finally got this turquoise blue. Got a fill (acrylic and gel color) 2 days later the gel was lifting and peeling off. I went and had them fix it, only to have it start coming off again the next day. When I came back to LA, I had to pay to have them completely redone. Come to find out that if your gel nails are coming off/lifting it is because they are not curing it long enough. Well I won't be back here. The guy that did my nails knicked me, I asked for square and he made them round and it's so clumpy and my nails are uneven. Today I went to Queen Bee Nail salon for a 1:00 appointment. No big deal of them being busy because I know it's Mother's day weekend. The big deal came when I was sitting there for a pedicure and nail refill and was over looked and they seated 4 people who came in after me. I was hopeful to find a new place to get my pedicure and manicure. I always test it out by having the basic pedicure to see what the attitude is when they can't "upsell" you. This was the typical, "give you the least they can for your money" place. So disappointed as I moved to Manteca and want to find my new local place. The pedicure was ok, but I can't help think she would try harder if I had gotten the more expensive choice. Short massage, I asked if she could rub my feet, as she was only massaging my calves. The nail techs frequently speak their native language, quite obviously talking about their customers and even their coworkers. Tacky. However, I have long natural nails and Kerry is great with them. Never grinding off the top layers of my nails like everyone else does. She does my nails with the dip powder and I am always very happy with her work. A bad nail tech can ruin natural nails. This place is weird. It reminds me of the nail salon in Hayward on hesparion Blvd, I think it's called queen bee as well. I felt weird and awkward here. They kept trying to up sale their pedicures and manicures. This place is ridiculously overpriced! Like crazy! More expensive then some bay area places. The man that did my pedicure was very sloppy. The polish job was all over the place. At the end he didn't get any remover to clean around the edges, just left it. My review went from a 3 star to a 2 as I finish writing this review. DO NOT GO HERE! This shop is dirty, the staff is rude and they change the pricing regardless of you confirm in the beginning. And I'm not talking just a few dollars I went in to get my daughters gel pedicures and my 11 year old a manicure. It was going to be $35 for 11 year old and $55 for my 15 year old for basic pedicures then $20 for manure. So $110 but somehow when we went to ring up it was $143?? I asked her to break it down but she said she couldn't that was the total. Then when I said we talked and you said 11 year old it was $35 but then when we ring up she said the sign says under 11 doesn't include 11 it actually means 10. I went to file complaint with better business bureau but they said they already had 17 other similar complaints. Just unreal because we have a great neighborhood and this shopping center has so many options and this would've been great for us and the neighbors. read more

I am beyond regretting that decision as you can see from the picture- I have a nail fungus! The fill was sub-par and they charged $35 for it before tip. Anywhere else in the area charges $30. Take it from me, don't make the mistake of going here.
