I've been coming to this nail salon for years, and I've always loved the service and experience here! I recently came in and was so impressed with all the new products they have available. The salon has really been revamped and has such a fresh, updated feel. It's clear they've put a lot of effort into improving the experience for their customers. I gave this place a chance because it's close to where I am staying since I moved down here temporarily and this is the worst service I ever had with nails. I saw the low star rating and figured hmmm maybe it's gotten better, but definitely wasn't. It was me and one other person in the salon and I got a mani pedi. The pedicure was ok, but overpriced for the service and quality I received. They also RUINED my natural nails taking off my powder coated nails. I saw Kerri for the first time today and she did a full set for me and they turned out great. I will definitely be returning to see her when I beed a fill. She was kind and professional and we had great easy conversations. She did exactly what I wanted and was patient with one of my nails that was not cooperating. I was hesitant at first to stop in because of the reviews but I definitely recommend Kerri! read more

I've been coming here forever with Kerri and today I came with an appt for a mani / pedi knowing Kerri was on vacation. I walked in & was sat & a nice lady started my pedi, the rude lady that was supposed to do my mani, pressed me, rushed me, and bullied me because I could not decide on a shade of pink. I kindly asked her if she could put them on my nails so I can see them on. She decided to stop service with me & get a new client because I needed more time choosing my shade of pink after she rudely handed me colors and walked away. After years of being a loyal customer I have never felt so embarrassed and humiliated as a frequent returning customer. I felt so harassed and uncomfortable that I left services crying and did not let them continue. And to the new owner, you handled this so poorly and unprofessionally that you lost me as a customer. I will miss Kerri but I will not give this establishment another dollar especially when manis and pedis are now a luxury. read more

I received a pedicure and it was not a great experience. After being seated, the woman dropped a plastic thing in my bowl which hurt as it fell onto my foot. I asked for a service and an add on massage which was listed for $10 on the sheet but she insisted on it being $15. I said you have to go by the listed price and she seemed angry and did a sloppy and quick job with my pedicure. Lastly she thinned out the nail polish color right in front of me, I'm not surprised my nails chipped a few days later. read more

Very very dirty ! My sister got toe infection here. They don't use liners and the tools were sitting in some really gross blue liquid. When my sister asked if it's been sanitized they said yes but there's no way to tell they do overnight. then 1 of the ladies was scrubbing her feet with the pumus style blue thing then out back on the rolling tool holder do not go here you will save money and your pedicure will last longer !!!! read more

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. I've tried going in twice. Once for a fill that NO ONE wanted to do because they wanted to go home. Even though they were playing cards. I do have long nails and when I called I let that be known I have long nails. Second time was for a soak off. A FREAKING SOAK OFF.!! Every person that came in would look at my nails and say, "Someone will be here in 5-10 minutes to help you." Like, just sit me down and let me soak for 30 minutes. These women are so damn lazy and picky on what service they want to do. Rude A** women. I will NEVER go there again and will ALWAYS tell people to NOT go there. Trash. read more

I came in on Sunday 5/23/21 to have a gel manicure and pedicure. I had asked for the deluxe manicure and pedicure combo with gel on both hands and toes. I was having maternity photos done that evening. The pedicure was good. The manicure was being done while I received the pedicure which I know happens more often than not but I'm not a fan of that simply because when I was having my manicure painted.. she was scrubbing my feet and I feel like my feet didn't get scrubbed much because she obviously can't mess up the manicurist painting my nails. My biggest issue is with my manicure. It was very rushed and sloppy. I didn't receive the "deluxe manicure" that I had asked for which at this point I'm very glad I didn't. I already over paid for what I received.. let me explain. I received a $15 basic manicure and paid another $15 for gel. Basically a $30 manicure and it is now 2 days later.. 5/25/21.. and my manicure is already peeling. I'm very disappointed to have even spent the amount of money I did at this location. Deluxe pedicure ended up being $53 I believe? Plus an additional $15 for gel on my toes so $68 for a pedicure.. which at least the polish isn't peeling on that.. yet. I did only receive the basic manicure which was $15 but another $15 for gel on my fingers. Let's be honest.. if I'm getting a manicure and a pedicure and requesting gel on both.. $30 is a little steep. ESPECIALLY when it's already peeling. I'm pretty disappointed as I've been here before and never had issues. I will admit it's been awhile since I had been because I don't treat myself to these kinds of things often being a busy mom but it's experiences like this that make me regret even doing these kinds of things for myself in the first place. Over $100 NOT well spent. I will unfortunately never come back. read more

First time coming here and I'm OBSESSED with my manicure! I gave only 3 stars because they had my Sister wait a significant amount of time for her service and we had made appts in advance. To be fair, I got both a pedi and a mani, and my sister was only getting a basic mani. The salon is beautiful and peaceful, best pedi massage of my life, they had a good amount of gel colors to choose from, the prices and packages were good and did I mention I'm OBSESSED with my manicure, so good! Great quality! I got the $45 pedicure and it was AMAZING. It even came with a hot stone massage. It probably took only 5 minutes to paint my toes and a good 40+ minutes of massage and exfoliating. I will be coming back here read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I'm staying at The Great Wolf Lodge with my kids and parents. I decided to treat myself and get a pedicure. I read some other reviews and thought it can't be that bad. It was bad. Rude. Annoyed to see me arrive when they opened. The basic pedicure was $35 + $15 for gel. I will only get gel on my toes. The massage was half way decent, but my nails aren't set. They have fuzz on them from my socks. They put me under two different light things. 60 seconds each coat. So happy I didn't upgrade and waste even more money. read more

However, each of my last few visits have had small issues that, if they happened only once, I could have ignored. But, I can't really ignore the small issues anymore. I am not a confrontational person, so no, I did not say anything each time something happened because it felt nitpicky, until I realized that something was happening during every recent visit consistently. And overall, my experiences were still pretty good. One of the first times there was an issue with unprofessionalism it was something that made me uncomfortable. I once overheard the blonde lady, that's worked there for a long time, talking badly about someone's body that she had just given a Brazilian wax to. So, I noted to myself, to never get waxed there. The last several massages I've had there have been with the same person. And she's actually great. But some things have happened during my massages that have cut into my ability to relax. Every single massage for at least the last year, she has brought in what sounded like a metal container with iced water? And she repeatedly will refill a water bottle loudly during my massage with iced water and then constantly stop the massage to loudly drink from it with the ice in the metal bottle or cup clinking around. I have never seen what it is, because I am face down during the massage but that's what it sounds like. Multiple times I can hear this masseuse and have also caught other masseuses here texting or doing things on their phones during my massage. Let me preface this next one with, I am actually 420 friendly.... However, I am 99% sure during my most recent massage, she was hitting a vape. I smelled it MULTIPLE times during my massage. Normally doesn't bother me out in the real world... but during my massage??!! Also, when I walked in for my most recent massage, the owner, was who let me in. I said Hello, good morning to her. No response. Another thing worth noting is, their neighbors have LOUD barking dogs. I understand the spa cannot help this. But you can and will hear it during your massage. Something changed here. I am sad to have to go elsewhere.

My real issue was with my facial, I did tell her I have sensitive acne prone skin and she said she was using products for sensitive skin but I did break out after, and while I was have my massage and facial at the same time she was going from my feet to then rubbing my face. I thought that was very weird and gross. So idk if I broke out because of her going from my feet to face or the products. I think if I ever book again it would only be for a massage because she did have a nice touch and all around nice lady.

I visited Queen Bee Nails and Spa for the first time today. I was extremely pleased from the time i walked through the doors. The gentleman at the front counter quickly greeted me with a friendly hello and a smile, then offered me something to drink. He then directed me to the station where i would be getting my nails done. I sat down for what seemed like only a second when a very friendly young woman by the name of Dow (not sure on the spelling of her name) greeted me with a warm smile and hello. She was very friendly and pleasant and made me feel right at home. We had a great convo as she did my nails. She did a fabulous job on them! She did them exactly like i wanted, perfectly! She took the time and pains to make sure they were perfect and i was happy with them. Their prices are very reasonable for outstanding service!! The salon was very clean and orderly, and everyone had a smile on their faces and treated all their customers like family. This place is wonderful....i will never go anywhere else, and i recommend others to go here! I have visited MANY salons...and have ever had such a wonderful experience! Most salons I've been to I've felt rushed and almost in the way. This salon is a cut above the rest. You should visit if you haven't already, you will be pleased I'm sure! I absolutely love going to Queen Bee Nails and Spa! The vibe is always friendly and I always leave completely satisfied! This visit I wanted something custom, creative and cute....and I was paired with the perfect nail technician for me, VIVIAN! All I had to do was show her a picture of what I had in mind and she made a masterpiece! My favorite thing about Viv is she said she loves doing long nails and custom work and it definitely showed in her detail....in the end I loved everything as usual :) so if you want something custom and done with care ask for Vivian! I came to QueenBee Nails and Spa to get my nails done and they did an amazing job. The shop is very neat and organized. They did my nails perfectly. Then I accidentally touch my nails to see if they were dry but I ruined it instead, but the workers there were totally fine with it when I had asked them to do my nails again. I definitely recommend to visit this place again to do my nails. read more

I really like the Queen Bee Nails and Spa facility! The beautiful murals on the wall help create a serene and attractive atmosphere while being pampered in the nice big comfortable chairs (with massage features). Everyone is friendly and helpful. I love queen bee salon. I have been going for four years and referred many of my friends. There is hardly ever a wait and the staff don't trash talk or get distracted by side conversation amongst themselves. The staff are friendly and professional and I love how my mani/pedis look. I went there bc my girl was out of town and I needed a fill. Needless to say my fill lasted a week. I already have a chunk of gel missing from thumb and the gel polish is chipping away. I paid 15 more then I usually do so I am super disappointed. read more

Again, I have no hate, I genuinely used to enjoy coming here, all while only maybe 2 people Ivy and Tracy herself have ever met my "picky" standards. MIND YOU, I always get the most basic sets. Customer service is not there.

But let me say it again, my toes are taken care of super nice, offsetting the heavy handedness and language barrier.
